• Debbie (1/5): - We accidentally spilled a cup of coffee in the room. I cleaned it up with a towel and placed the towel in the bathroom with the other towels. We got home to find a $75 charge for the towel . I tried to call and was given an email address. I sent an inquiry and received no response . We have stayed here multiple times because we go that way visiting family. We will not stay here again , mostly because of no response or respect.

• Jessica (1/5): - There was absolutely no air conditioning. Strange men were given key cards to our room at 1:30 in the morning. Manage won't respond. I had 4 kids and thankfully had the latch engaged so the door couldn't be opened. Extremely anxiety provoking and incredibly disappointed in the lack of response from the property manager

Right off of 95, there’s a huge plaza across the street with stores and restaurants. The continental breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. The staff was courteous. The room was not clean (hair in the shower), it was musty and there was obviously a moisture problem. There was some sort of fan/dehumidifier that ran all night behind a screwed in piece of Sheetrock. The bottom of the pool was slimy.

The placement is horrible for all 4 floors of teenage boys staring at my 3 pre teens in the pool. There was a soccer tournament in town. They stayed in the pool 25 mn. • Emily (4/5): Good location, but probably wouldn’t stay here again - Comfortable beds, good location Thermostats/air conditioning did not work- very warm in the room overnight had thermostat set at 60 and never went below 76 all night, not comfortable for sleeping at all, mentioned it to the front desk at check out and was told they have had people into look at the heating/air conditioning multiple times- should be a disclaimer on their website

• Lewis (1/5): I will never stay here again - The location of it We round a roach in the room there were stains on the side of the mattress. And black mold around the window. And the room was very dark , some lights did not work.and for breakfast there were no non pork options. Oh and our room had no towels. I had to go back down to the front desk. And my keys did not work for 2 days. I was there for my dad's funeral. I wish I had taken pictures. But I was just so over it. My room was 412.

• Saundra (7/5): Convenient and Relaxing. - I love the location, close to shopping and eateries. Some in walking distance. The daily breakfast is convenient with the standard variety. The indoor pool and laundry facilities are available. My room layout is comfortable and included a microwave and refrigerator. The beds are dreamy and plush and a door to separate the living space from the sleeping space. That gave me added privacy. The dresser and night stand drawers are deep The closet is spacious. The bathroom water temperature was inviting. The bath towels are clean and not hard. The TV remote controls worked and plenty of electrical outlets for the charging devices. I did not like the low toilet or the slippery tub. You definitely need shower shoes in the tub. Even though the living space had a chair, couch, desk chair and lounger, there was nothing to sit on in the bedroom. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. I did not like the inability to dim any light to a soft glow, the only option was a bright light or a less bright light but not low/dim lights. The pool did not have a temperature setting, we did not have bright sun due to rain and the pool water temperature was not inviting. Early check in not honored. The mechanical failures with the air conditioning did not affect our room.
• Mariam (4/5): We would not recommend it to anyone. Sleeping in 84 degree room temperature during summer a torture - Breakfast was ok The air conditioner did not work at all. The elevator broke down and was not fixed as earlier as possible. We requested room service, never provided. Some staff members were ok. The facility overall was clean and well located. Whoever is managing the facility need some serious investment into air conditioning system and elevator.

• Paul (1/5): Terrible decision - Nothing This place was very dirty the bed sheets had stains the mattress had nasty stains and shower curtain was disgusting. The staff is lazy and rude. Breakfast had no milk for the cereal or coffee with no cream like half and half either. Staff said tuff luck. Not one of those lazy girls at the front desk thought it would be a good idea to grab a gallon of milk for 3 bucks to make the customers happy. I would never waste my time at this business again. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. What a joke.

During breakfast There was no coffe, we rarher to drink coffe than eat food so this was unacceptable. The pillows look like half pillow and make my neck hurt.

• Joanna (9/5): Overall, we felt safe and comfortable while we were there - Cleanliness of the facility, friendly staff, location around restaurants/ stores, and the indoor pool. The building does seem a little outdated and limited options for those who don’t eat pork or beef for breakfast as a source of protein.

• Brandon (8/5): Not bad to stay for half a month. - The indoor pool was okay as well as the gym, parking was adequate. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. I asked for maintenance to fix my dresser and in-room phone (kept beeping) neither was fixed. I had to pull the broken drawer out. The phone continued to beep. Was quite cold and had no real temperature control.

• Christopher (1/5): You get what you pay for... - Affordable hotel with nicely sized suites. Upon checking in, I was charged two different incidental holds ($25 where I ran my card through the machine, and $75 which was automatically added to my card by staff). I'm not sure why the split but it should've been one change for $100. Upon lifting the comforter and top sheet to the right side of the bed, I was met with some deep discoloration on all of the bedding. I immediately went to the front desk that was vacant and had to shout asking for help. Once the staff member arrived at the desk and was shown pictures of the bedding, I was informed that replacement bedding would be provided but there was no other staff present to change the bedding out. Additionally there were no other rooms available to move into. I asked for gloves, since I had no idea what the stains were caused from and I am so glad that I did. Upon removing the bedding, the mattress and mattress topper were stained even worse in deep red and orange. I packed my belongings and headed to the desk, demanding a refund. The staff member informed me that there had been another issue with a guest from a different room on the same floor and it was likely due to housekeeper that day. Due to using this site to book, it will be an extended wait time for my money to be refunded. The property will need to release funds to this site and then subsequently me. A few words of advice, you get what you pay for and when we as consumers allow businesses to continue to lower the quality of services without speaking up, while charging higher rates, we are creating a new norm that none of us want.
