- Elsie (5/5): You get what you pay for! - The room was clean , and the bed was very comfortable. The TV only have ONE channel available, and the remote control couldn't/wouldn't change the channel or turn the volume up or down. TBS was the only channel on the TV, no others available. Small air conditioner worked Ok for the space of the room. However, again the remote control for it didn't work, and you had to take a light from the phone and adjust what you wanted on the uni. The electrical plug that controlled the lights between the bed wasn't working either (top outlet). We had to mess with the plug to get the light on from the bottom outlet. Not sure what someone else used prior to our arrival.

- Evelyn (10/5): Enjoyable - Staff were very helpful and polite!
- Todd (8/5): Comfortable room at a affordable price - Convenient location and a comfortable room. Very affordable.
- Garon (9/5): It worked perfectly for us. Thank you. - None provided. Worried about late arrival. There could have been a way to make that easier.
- andrea (6/5): -
- Margaret (8/5): - The proprty is definitely "no frills". Room was clean but dark and very old fixtures. Bed and pillows were OK but not great. Nowhere to eat nearby
- GermanDoro (8/5): -
- Karl-Heinz (10/5): - Ist ein Klassiker, urchig, gemütlich ohne schnickschnack aber zu empfehlen. Hebt sich von den überrissenen Preisen in Ketchum und Sun Valley ab
- Rebecca (9/5): Will come back again -
- Anne (8/5): - Fire pit. Key for entrance.
- Felicia (7/5): Cute and cozy for the cost and location! - The location was great, just a short drive to Sun Valley. Bellevue is a cute town. The corner coffee shop is within walking distance to the motel. The motel was clean and the property was well kept. This part of Idaho is stunning! The only complaint would be the wall/door to the rooms next to us was not very well insulated. We could hear them talking and the TV playing. This was only bothersome early in the morning but otherwise this was a great option for us.

- Bethany (3/5): Affordable, but we wish we would have spent the extra $30 to stay at a better place in Hailey. - Easy to find and check in/check out was easy. Easily the most uncomfortable bed my husband or I’ve slept in; and he’s traveled professionally for work for the last 13 years. There were only 2 flat pillows on each bed, and we had to use towels and our own clothes to make do for the night.
- Jeff (7/5): I’d do it again if I was in the area. - Convenient, easy check-in and checkout. Kids riding a skateboard outside our window on the plank walkway.
- Nicholas (7/5): Good -
- Ernesto (9/5): Superb -
- Kim (4/5): Disappointing - Loved the full-sized refrigerator in the room. Pillows were awful.
The first night we had kids screaming outside til after 10pm. The 2nd night we had grown men outside making lots of noise til after 1am.
No ice machine.
The office closes at 6pm.
- Thomas (7/5): Great location great prize compared to the competition. - Great price for the location and competition, and the location itself is great. Well, to be frank, a lot of these independent less expensive than the competition hotels always have a lingering smoke smell, and it’s unfortunate, but it’d be great not to have that.
- Jackie (8/5): - The AC was all important as it was in the 90's F. It kept me comfortable so I could get my beauty sleep. It also helped that my fellow travelers in the rooms next door were quiet. Thanks. The big refrigerator with a nice size freezer was also a bonus. Whoopee!
- Brenda (10/5): - It was great and I like that there was a designated parking spot for your room.
- Laurie (9/5): Comfortable - It is a value motel near Sun Valley. We needed to be near when most hotels were booked. I could of used a desk.
- Tottino (8/5): Nice mom and pop motel, nothing fancy just clean and convenient - Location. Cleanliness The pillows
- Amina (5/5): Passable - WiFi did not work, room not clean, not a nice position. Low value for the price
- Carl (2/5): - no hot water for shower in 2 rooms a/c too noise to sleep in room 1
- Pamela (6/5): - Budget hotel
- Stephanie (8/5): Fast Check-in - Our room was clean and the towels and sheets were soft and smelled fresh. The water heater was great and the nice shower was appreciated.Parking right next to our door was helpful.
But, the people smoking next to our room was not helpful. The AC in our window pulled their smoke right into our room. Perhaps management could make a designated smoking area away from the guests rooms? (A guest review from a year ago also mentioned this problem)
- Thomas (6/5): - Clean and cozy parking in front of room. Only one channel on the TV
- Douglas (7/5): Good - Comfortable beds, walking to good restaurants. Children running around outside until 10pm.
- Kim (5/5): Passable - There was a full size fridge and a bathroom fan. Very old place with an old air conditioner, old towels, old decor, no noise suppression so it's noisy, no place to charge your devices, etc. I wouldn't mind so much, but what they charge for the room is OUTRAGEOUS. Twice what they should charge.
- Peter (6/5): - No one at desk when we went to check in. No breakfast included with the room and no place near to eat. Pretty pricy for a place in such a remote area.
- Katherine (6/5): Pleasant -
- Cynthia (4/5): - The comforter on the bed had a cigarette burn in it. The bathroom was filthy. Pillows did not have pillow covers.
- Paul (4/5): - The heater didn’t work in the first room so she kindly switched us. Then the faucets handle in the tub didn’t work. After trying for quite awhile we finally manage to hav a shower
- Walt (6/5): - Room was clean and stocked with clean towels, soap and shampoo. Fridge, microwave, and coffeepot all worked flawlessly. Ice trays with ice in freezer. Simple room, best price in area.
- Gallant (8/5): Great Value - Nice clean room in a good location for travel to Sun Valley Ski Resort.
Great value during the FIS races.
- John (10/5): - The staff was very helpful
- Jason (8/5): Very good - Great for the price! Was comfortable and had every you need (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tv). It’s not fancy by any means but it was much better than expected.
- Fred (10/5): - satisfied
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Edward (3/5): Poor - Clean and simple Small rooms poor sound insulation, could hear the neighbor all night long.
- Declan (9/5): Superb -
- Randolph (6/5): - On extended trip, personally for the price it was the most expensive and least favorite. TV was not intuitive— remote only would work if one was fairly close and would not work while sitting in bed, the guide for programming wouldn’t work so you would have to flip through the channel.. Has baseboard, electric heat, which was inefficient and difficult to control for comfort..
On a positive note, the office staff responded to an issue that we had and took care of it appropriately.. even though their office hours are 10am to 6pm, we were able
Contact them to discuss the issue..
- Pamela (6/5): Just ok. Would not return - It was just a place to sleep. Very small rooms, and people living permanently in some of them. People starting cars in the middle of the night I'm guessing to smoke in them. Lots of plane noise. Would not go back there.
- faith (8/5): - A great little motel with parking right at ghe door. Room was clean. not far from restaurants.
- Richard (6/5): Pleasant -
- Baumer (8/5): Very good -
- Neal (10/5): - Staff was very friendly checkin was easy. Room was a great value for the money. The walls between the rooms are thin and the neighboring room left their tv on all night which was super annoying.
- James (10/5): the personnel were nice - there is no breakfast.
Cutest thing is there is a propane fireplace inside one of the walls that is near the bed. nothing
- Larry (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (6/5): Ski tour25 - Comfortable no frills motel better on weekdays as the walls are thin.
- Schwappach (8/5): Practical, economic choice- ten minutes from the airport. - Clean, comfortable room. Great value. Nothing.
- Sanders (2/5): Very poor -
- Dave (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable room!
- Melissa (9/5): Superb -
- Jana (8/5): Very good -
- Jaccob (4/5): - TV didn’t get any channels, thank goodness for bringing a Roku, but even the remote didn’t work, walls are super thin, could hear the person next room over snoring, hot water lasted maybe 30 seconds, heater kept doing a beeping sound the entire time it was running.
- Robert (6/5): - Priced reasonably. Staff accommodating.
- Kyler (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeff (6/5): Pleasant and comfortable - There was not a breakfast, It was fine for an over night stay. Everything was fine
- Vanessa (7/5): Good -
- Walter (6/5): - behind the times. no fan in bathroom, outside door barely closes to lock, bathroom won't close tight
- Stuart (9/5): I would recommend this hotel. - Great location. Nice cabin feel. We were running late, notified the hotel, and the person stayed to check us in at 8:30 pm. It didnt have a hair dryer. A firmer bed would have been better.
- Debbie (8/5): - It was good..
- Vicki (7/5): Good -
- Dave (9/5): Superb -
- Gregory (10/5): - Rustic but well maintained.
- Karen (8/5): - Check-in went well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our stay was pleasant.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great staff. Quaint and charming accommodations - Nice and quiet. Enjoyed the firepit with other lodgers. Private and secure. Good and helpful people who were easy, accommodating and no fuss. The people who work there are very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Nice and clean accommodations.
- Denyce (8/5): - This is a small, older motel but I was actually surprised at how well it was maintained. The room was very clean and spacious with a frig and microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Nice little place to stay.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - Staff assisted me with unloading & loading of my car onto car hauler trailer !
- Brent (7/5): Too expensive for the quality, but cheaper than most other hotels nearby - It was clean and convenient The rooms smell like smoke
- Ulrike (3/5): Poor -
- Gustavo (8/5): - Allowed us to change dates when wrong date had been booked.
- Hale (7/5): Friendly staff and basic affordable accommodations. - Friendly staff, offered a suite for the same price as the basic 2-queen we had reserved. Ditch the sofa or at least buy slipcovers for it. And forewarn guests if they won't have parking near their room, especially if they're handicapped. I was ok this time, but sometimes my lupus makes it difficult to walk.
- Brian (10/5): Uncomfortable beds - Great except beds were uncomfortable
- Terry (6/5): - Very nice staff and owner. Comfortable and clean. A/c wasn’t working well in my unit. Would be nice to have basic utensils and dishes with the kitchenette.
- Anya123456 (6/5): Really needs some basic upgrades - Staff was super friendly, Easy check in
Large refrigerator and microwave was nice. Rooms are run down, AC barely works.
Old window units
It was in the 90s with high humidity and a miserable nights sleep.
- Heidi (8/5): Nice stay - Didnt realize breakfast was an optionha Had a nice stay
- Joesph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alane (8/5): Clean and updated motel! - Loved the location (and value) NA
- Hartej (10/5): Overall, good and comfortable stay. - Mattress. How cramped the sink and the bathroom area was.
- Miguel (10/5): - This motel is close to Hailey and Ketchum. If you are looking for a clean room and comfortable bed without amenities, this is a great place. I went to Sun Valley to hike and ride my mountain bike. This motel fit my needs perfectly.
- Jennifer (6/5): - I really appreciated the management finding an alternate room for my kids and I, rather than keeping us beside a group that was smoking right outside our window, swearing and drinking. I was uncomfortable with the situation and the staff went above and beyond to make my children and I feel more comfortable.
- David (8/5): - Interesting option
- Panny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (8/5): - An older property, but mostly well kept and conveniently located. It's at the lower end of the price range and met our needs well.
- Evelyn (7/5): Good - The room was at the end of the hotel and we were a little skeptical it would be noisy due to the little outdoor area they have for those who stay to use (grills, play area for children...etc.) but our room was well insulated. The days we were there it was hot and the bedroom did not have AC which made it hard to sleep. I was sure when I had booked the room I said I needed 2 beds but there was only one. My granddaughter had to sleep on the couch which did not make the nights easy for her. When they brought over an extra blanket and pillow they did not bring a sheet to put on the couch.
- Pamela (8/5): - This was a good stay for a night while passing through the area. Good value for the price.
- Holly (8/5): - Older place but clean and comfortable!
- Greg (7/5): Good -
- David (5/5): Not many options, so this is as good as it gets at the lower end of the price range. - It is not offered Pillows and bed were less than steller.
- Lucy (9/5): Perfect quick stop with just enough western character - Quaint place. Not pretentious but fit right in and staff was welcoming!
- Luis (6/5): - Okay
