• Paul (8/5): Nice stay close to town - Good location - walking distance to the centre of town. Off a main road, so quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Good TV. A plumber is needed for the shower. It made a very loud banging noise when the water was running. The noise must annoy neighbouring rooms.

Considering the room was the cheapest in armidale I quess maybe paying a extra $10 a night would be a better option

• Joanne (10/5): Best Motel Ever!!! - Everything! This is without a doubt, the best motel I have ever stayed at. Next time I'm in the area this will be the only place I want to stay. All the staff were so kind, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I'd booked in last minute as I was in desperate need of a quiet, peaceful getaway to clear my head and recharge, and this beautiful motel was beyond perfect. I'd originally booked to stay 4-nights, and after less than a day wound up extending my stay by another 2-nights...and then 1 more night on top! I stayed in 2 different rooms over the total 7-night stay, and honestly feel like some of the advertised photos of the rooms don't do them justice. Both the rooms I stayed in (room 10 and room 1) were so CLEAN!!! Comfortable, spacious, and quiet, and it really feels like you're in own little home. Lots of little things that all add up to an amazing experience, e.g. extra pillows and blankets in the cupboards, all the pillows looked new and fresh, microwave, fridge, cutlery, etc. Every night when I climbed into bed the mattress made me think of Goldilocks, "not too soft, not too hard, just right!" Blockout curtains so you could still have your privacy, and enough windows to let in fresh air and natural light throughout. The showers felt like they had unlimited hot water and the water pressure was amazing, especially for aching muscles. It's in a fantastic location within a mostly residential area, there's a bakery just down the street who make delicious coffee, and the most chonkiest, heavenly vanilla slice ever. You can easily walk into town (or drive and park within 5-mins) to the shops and cathedrals, or just as easily go the other direction onto Waterfall Way with the various national parks within an easy 30-60min drive. I went to Oxley National Park, Cathedral Rock Park, New England National Park, and Guy Fawkes River National Park and experienced a variety of amazing bushwalks. N/A.

I struggled to attract staff attention when I went to check in (I had to end up ringing) but that was the only minor blip.
