Bathroom was slippery too. Dissapointed cs i took the premier room but the cleanliness is not taken seriously.

- DINESH (6/5): - The room was clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room. Each set included a main course, cereal, a pastry, coffee, juice, and fruits. They also provided milk for the cereal. They provide a dental kit only upon request. The room was quite old and a bit dusty in some areas. It looked good in the pictures, but in reality, it felt dated. The bathroom had only a fixed shower. The breakfast was average—not very impressive.

- Fatin Nurshuhada (5/5): - Nice vibe for the common pool area, beautiful landscape. Polite staffs. The guard helped me carry my luggage to the room on 2nd floor. Saw few species of uncommon birds flying around. Breakfast food adequate choice. Noticed theres nicer choice of food on weekend compared to weekdays during my stay. For such a beautiful resort, the housekeeping is poor. They didnt change the comforter btw me n previous guests, which I know cause when I checkedin, theres 2 big brown stains on the queen bed and some brown stain on the single bed. Next morning I put them on the floor -standard signal for a change, and I came back to the exact comforter with exact spots. Makes me wonder if the towel that I put on the floor was changed or not. Floor got black stains (not scrubbed), balcony not sweeped- lot of debris on edges. theres ants on table and bed. Sink not cleaned- residue of my oily food from the night before was still there. Need improvement. A BIG ISSUE for me is the room safety. Theres no secondary latch on the door, only the card reader. Which means any staff with a card can come in. I had to push the knob with some furnitures to feel safe at night.

- Vasudha (4/5): Disappointing to say the least. I am 76 n putting me in 818 made it quite hard to carry my bag down - Minimal choice of meal items for vegetarian. Only one available was fried Char Keow Teow (fried noodles). So I opted for the bread n butter n cup cake. Dust on the surfaces facing bed..not wiped for days!!

- NADIA IZYAN SHAFIQAH (6/5): It a pleasant stay but never i will not repeat unless the cleannesses improved. - Kid and adult swimming pool The toilet got mold and not clean. Even the bedsheets have some dirty.

Cleanliness is acceptable and staff are helpful and polite. The breakfast is ok, luckily manage to be at restaurant before peak hour. Overall is ok. Just an opinion if there is a covered walkway tp the main lobby/restaurant during wet season, it would be nice.
