• Sarah (9/5): Our new Happy Place! - Absolutely stunning and peaceful property. Great service. Spa so relaxing. Food on property was great/ if you are looking for a change up one night the restaurant across be road is so delicious too. This is more an observation not criticism- We found it best to stay on property since we didn’t have a car. Nearby towns were cute but taxis not super easy and expensive.

Zimmer (Junior Suite) großzügig und hochwertig eingerichtet. Eine Ruheoase mit hohen Erholungsfaktor. Teilweise unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer, der bei jeder Reinigung mit sehr intensiven Duftspray "überdeckt" wurde. Da sollte man vielleicht das Problem an der Ursache angehen?

• Alexia (1/5): Arnaque, à fuir absolument - Localisation le long de la route nationale. Le restaurant est situé contre le parking et la route. Horrible. Les terrasses des chambres sont séparées par de simples panneau de bois bon marché. Le bain sur la terrasse était un simple bain en plastique avec un robinet. On voyait la route depuis la terrasse. Une serviette était abandonné sur les toits. Personnel de l’hôtel non qualifié, ils vous répondent par mail de manière grossière, oublient de prendre votre réservation au spa. Et ne proposent aucun geste pour s’excuser. Au petit déjeuner on vous sert un jus d’orange en boîte, la serveuse nous parlait uniquement en allemand alors que nous lui avons gentiment dit que nous n’étions pas allemands mais belges. Le spa est une horreur. Matériaux de basse qualité, hammam avec des parois en plastique inadaptées qui sent le moisi. Bref à 800€ par nuit nous nous sommes enfuis après 1 nuit. Une arnaque absolue.

• Wybob (7/5): - Gut gefallen hat uns die Gartenanlage des Hauses, ruhig und schönes Ambiente. Die Gebäude und die Anordnung Restaurant, Bar und Pools hat uns gut gefallen, der Garten ist gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und hat viel Auswahl geboten, reichhaltig, gute Qualität. War immer ein guter Start in den Tag bei gutem Service und schönem Ambiente. Der Spabereich sehr schön und vielfältig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist eher Mittel, zu nah an der Straße und es gibt keine Spazier- oder Radwege vom Hotel direkt, man benötigt ein Auto. Im SPA ist es schwierig Termine Vormittags zu bekommen, später Start mit den Terminen. Aus meiner Sicht stimmt auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis keinesfalls. Die Preise sind zu hoch. Weitere Punkte die uns aufgefallen sind, die nicht zu einem 5Sterne Haus dieser Preisklasse passen: Der Fitnessraum/Gym sehr schlecht - lieblos ohne Stil, - Ausblick schrecklich, - Geräte veraltet, verrostet, nicht gepflegt, gibt es hier Service? War nicht zu bemerken. Dieser Raum hat nicht einmal 3Sterne verdient und das in einem Haus dieser Kategorie und mit diesem Preisgefüge?! Der hintere Poolbereich ist sehr schön angelegt, aber die Betreuung scheint nicht regelmäßig und zu spät zu erfolgen, -Handtücher liegen oft nicht bereit – man muss sie z.T selbst holen - kein Wasser im Kühlschrank Eigentlich sollte das mehrfach vom Hotelpersonal geprüft werden. Die Sonnenliegen sind optisch sehr schön, aber auf die Dauer sehr unbequem. Man kann die nicht verstellen und es gibt nur diese Liegen, keine Alternative. Die EsTrenc Strandhütte des Hotels -schwierige Anreise - ungepflegt, nicht einladend - keine Klappstühle für den Strand

Tout était pensé dans les moindres détails : le design de l’hôtel, les deux superbes piscines, les vues incroyables, la chambre avec terrasse privée, et surtout le calme et la propreté. Le restaurant était excellent, avec de très bons petits-déjeuners inclus et un dîner exceptionnel. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le SPA et le massage, c’était vraiment relaxant. En seulement trois nuits, nous nous sommes détendus et avons profité comme jamais auparavant – un séjour inoubliable !

• Marco (10/5): Amazing place to stay and relax!!!! - The spa is amazing, the restaurant exceptional, probably the best on the island! The hotel is beautiful, the room was very cozy and inviting. Overall I loved it and I and my husband will be coming back soon! I wish we had a cattle to make some tea in the room and some cups for espresso. The balcony was quite small.. The evening room clean service was not great, the forgot to come one day and generally it would be good if they could give a quick tidy up and clean the cups in the afternoon and not just close the curtains (plus a coffe and milk refill)!!

• Samantha (10/5): Private, relaxing and peaceful - This hotel is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Amazing breakfast, the pool area is very private and relaxing, we also enjoyed the private hot tubs, the spa facilities are some of the best on the island. Staff are very attentive and no request is too big or small. We would stay here again.

• Anastasia (8/5): - Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. We chose this property because of its proximity to Santanyí, close enough for easy access (about a 20-minute drive) yet far enough to feel removed from the busier areas. At first glance, the grounds are stunning, with the on-site parking convenience that not all properties offer. Rooms Rooms are clean and receive evening turndown service. We stayed in the main building where the reception and spa are located. While convenient, this did mean we could hear other guests in the mornings and evenings. If peace and quiet are a top priority, this is worth considering when booking. Spa & Amenities The outdoor pool area is pleasant, with towels readily available. The spa, however, felt somewhat dated for a 5-star property. That said, it does offer a unique feature: the only thermal spa on the island with subterranean origin. The thermal area includes multiple baths and a thermal pool. The dry sauna was excellent, well-heated and conveniently located next to an ice room. Guests also have access to bikes and beach bags, and we were told a beach is just a 10-minute ride away. Dining The highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the dining. Every dish we tried was exceptional. Though on the pricier side, the quality absolutely justified it, especially in a region where high quality dining options are limited. The ceviche and steak were prepared perfectly, and the included breakfast was generous, offering both buffet and a made-to-order menu.

Man isst unter der Pergola mit Sonnenuntergang , einfach toll. Dass man am Pool mit QR Code jederzeit bestellen kann ist cool. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. 🤩🌅 Menue am Abend etwas zu Fischlastig, da eine Person kein Fisch und Meeresfrüchte mag.

• Pippa (9/5): Peaceful & relaxing short stay - We wanted a peaceful couple of days after a big family holiday and this was perfect. Gorgeous, serene hotel and loved the spa circuit. I think any more than 3 nights you may get bored as there’s not much around, but for a peaceful adult only break it was lovely. Food was also delicious. Aircon in rooms could have been cooler. Inside jacuzzi felt dated and could have been cleaner.

• Clara (7/5): - La struttura è esteticamente mozzafiato, con uno splendido giardino, spa e ristorante. Si mangia benissimo ed il personale è cordiale e rispettoso.le camere sono spaziose, pulite e profumate. Il servizio per arrivare in spiaggia ad Es Trenc è ciò che ci ha fatto scegliere l’hotel, ottimo servizio con qualche punto di attenzione però. Purtroppo alcuni spazi sono lasciati andare: la piscina avrebbe bisogno di personale sempre presente, invece molti lettini rimangono disordinati e da pulire (siamo rimasti oltre un’ora e l’ombrellone di fianco al nostro aveva ancora i piatti sporchi del pranzo). La palestra idem: sono andata alle 18:30 ad allenarmi e mancava tutto, non c’erano asciugamani e i bicchieri erano tutti sporchi. La spa andrebbe valorizzata di più; la struttura è splendida ma ad esempio la jacuzzi avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Siamo andati in spa 3/4 volte, solo una volta abbiamo trovato qualcuno ad accoglierci In bagno non c’erano amenities a parte sapone e shampoo. El refugi completamente lasciato a sè: i divani si vedevano non messi a posto da giorni (eravamo i primi ospiti del turno delle 10:00). Era piuttosto sporco, senza docce. Gli ombrelloni in dotazione sembravano di fortuna. In generale, se chiedi ottieni (es se non avessimo chiesto noi ombrellone non ce lo avrebbero dato), però non c’è proattività da parte della struttura nel fornire assistenza.

Personalet er ekstremt venlige og servicemindede. Værelset og den tilhørende private gårdhave er super lækker. Inventaret i fitnesslokalet trænger til en opdatering. Når man er på området er der en del støj fra vejen. Flere af knapperne i det store spabad virkede ikke.
• Axel (9/5): Wir haben uns an diesen 5 Tagen sehr erholt. - Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, die Küche ist sensationell am Morgen. Wir hatten immer mal Sonderwünsche, wir haben tagsüber öfter Ausflüge gemacht, diese Wünsche wurden uns immer einfach und unkompliziert erfüllt. Die Auswahl an Getränken und Weinen am Abend ist toll. Wir freuen uns auf ein neues Wiedersehen an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Leider sind wir vom Essen Abends nicht so begeistert gewesen, allerdings ist das auf einem sehr hohen Level kritisiert. Das anrichten der Gerichte eine tolle Augenweide, der Geschmack nicht immer meins, und die Portionen könnten etwas mehr sein. Die Auswahl der Vorspeisen sehr Fisch lastig, wenn man Fisch nicht so mag schwierig. Auswahl der Hauptspeisen ausgewogen und reichhaltig. Der Nachtisch einfach nur toll, gute Auswahl und einfach nur Lecker. Ach so der kleine Gruß aus der Küche, ein Traum.

If I have to say something negative, staff at restaurant is a bit not organized & the room is not very sound proof. But overall really recommend!

• Aurora (9/5): Sehr erholsam - Die Atmosphäre, die Architektur, die Inneneinrichtung & die Poolanlagen War natürlich schade, dass es nicht in der Nähe vom Meer ist bzw nicht ersichtlich von der Hotelanlage aber wenn man das weiss, ist das ja nicht schlimm :)

• Michael (10/5): Zum 10. mal nur genial - Das Hotel liegt eingebettet in einer Gartenoase mit sehr schönen Zimmern, super freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist einfach nur grandios. Die Badetücher am Pool müssten öfter nachgefüllt werden.
• HIROHIKO (10/5): 人生ベストホテル - スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で親切で、たったの2泊でしたが居心地の良さを感じました。とても心温まる場所です。 サウナはスチームサウナ、普通のサウナ、コールドルーム、仮眠室、整い部屋、マヨルカで唯一の温泉があります。上記のスパエリアには美味しいナッツやミネラルたっぷりのドライフルーツが用意されていて、身体のデトックスを助けてくれます。 プールは2箇所はあり、景色の良いロングプール、ホテル横にある小さめのプールです。景色の良いプールは風が吹き抜ける見晴らしの良い場所なのでとても気に入りました。 私たちは朝食・夕食付きプランにしたのですが、大正解でした！絶対におすすめします！ 朝食は豪華なビュッフェとメインのホットメニュー、夜はいくつかのメニューから選べるので、連泊しても楽しめます。 ミシュラン獲得レストランなだけあり、どれも想像以上の美味しさがありました。 身体をリラックスさせるのに最高の施設だと思います。 ない

• Stefana (5/5): See above - There is a lot to like about the property, but (no one likes a but) they have a lot improve on. 1. We have been there the year before. We messaged them personally to let them know we have booked again via B.com (we stayed there 6 days before our wedding). We arrived for the check in - not only no idea we have been there before (pls note was booked under the same name, plus we emailed them to let them know we are coming back) they casually asked ‘oh first time here?’ We said no. They were ‘yea okay’. Then nothing!! Stated the week badly- I am hospitality through and through, I know how important it is to have people coming back, and when they didn’t give a damn, that was hard. Also we chosen this place before our wedding weekend because it was special the year before. The fact they had 0 information pissed is off from get to. When you drop 5k, you expect better). Plus the other things - for that price 1. Gym is terrible and unkept. Not much space but the fact you have the equipment but no maintenance and 0 add ons (to what could make the gym better - like a silly yoga Matt??) 2. Spa not ready until midday (towels etc) 3. Service is so messy and slow. They are training people and do their best, but by July you’d think they have it sorted. 4. Food is always good - but so limited (and expensive). Plus long waits, QR code ‘doesn’t ever work’, very sloppy. Cross the street, incredible quality bbq for less ££. All in all, we felt heartbroken after our second experience. It’s sad - we go Mallorca 3 times a year, that could had been the place to call home: Absolutely not. See above

We found a lovely place to relax in the shade but the fo - We’re very interested in birds & requested a room overlooking the nature reserve. They did grant that request; we would not have enjoyed staying in many of the other rooms. At busy meal times the staff numbers seemed too low so service was not very good at those times.

• Schroth (9/5): So schön das wir wiederkommen werden. - Frühstück super, Lage sehr schön aber abgelegen, Zimmeraustattung normal. Das Beste ist das Thermalwasser !
• Horst (10/5): - Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Auf Grund von Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten und Allergien buchten wir wie immer nur mit Frühstück. Nach Rücksprache mit der netten Geschäfsleitung zauberte uns der Küchenchef ein pergektes kulinarsches Erlebnis. Besonderes Lob an das Team der Rezeption und den aussergewöhnlichen und hilfsbereiten Service im Restaurant. Frank, Fatma, Chichi, Sofia und co erfüllten jeden Wunsch....jederzeit wieder...sehr empehlenswert.
