Guest Reviews
- Alan (8/5): - Bar staff were friendly and helpful and was nice sitting out on the patio. From what we saw, the place could do with a bit of TLC, but that's fairly typical of most of the places of stayed in over the years.
- Joanna (9/5): -
- Alison (8/5): - Very spacious and easy parking. No lift working In hotel had to move to lower ground floor room. No one could tell us when the lift will be fixed.
- Louise (4/5): Convenient to the hospital but needs updating - Near to hospital Very dated, not enough plug sockets, hard bed, very small cups, old looking robes
- Baker (1/5): -
- Kasar (10/5): -
- Michael (7/5): Pricing reflected the condition - Easy to find, plenty of parking Felt very tired and dated. Small bedroom window with very little light and dark curtains & nets. Not sure why I had 3 x beds. TV remote batteries need changing. Draft Beer had a strange taste
- William (7/5): Not bad - Everything fine apart from the mattresses The beds. They should have changed the mattresses years ago
- rocdoc (8/5): - Breakfast was good quality
- Jason (8/5): I’d stay here again. - Convenient location and pretty grounds. Staff lovely. Breakfast v good, cooked to order and good value. Room was comfy Internet was fast Bathroom tired.
- John (7/5): - I rarely order a burger for my meal but decided to give it a try. So glad I did it was without doubt one of the best burger meals I have ever had.
thanks to the chief and staff during our stay.
- Margaret (8/5): Definately consider staying here if you are in the area. - The staff were phenomenal, nothing was too much bother, they were always plesant, engaging, and smiling.
The breakfasts were delicious. Only suggestion would be, Rooms a little tired looking, so perhaps a freshen up. Which isn't a negative comment, just an observation.
- Sharon (10/5): Would definitely recommend - Nice looking hotel. Polite staff.
- David (10/5): - Everything was superb There was nothing to dislike
- Johann (8/5): -
- Sharon (4/5): - The price Tired and tatty. No heating other than a plug in heater.
- Alana (8/5): Had a lovely stay, in the hotel, where the staff appreciated the guests, and looked after them. - The hospitality of ALL the staff way exceeded our expectations. Their friendly approach really made our stay that more enjoyable.
The cooked breakfast was delicious, the dining room was spotless,
The beds really comfortable, which afforded us a great night sleep The rooms were a little tired looking, the carpet stained in places, curtains needed a few more hooks to hang better
- Simon (8/5): - Location was excellent as we were working at the studios. The property is set in lovely grounds and would recommend this to anyone looking at stay near by.
Great value for money and the restaurant looked amazing but didn't get the time to use it.
- Rosalind (8/5): Clean, Comfortable and very relaxing. Staff excellent and friendly nothing too much, taking bags up - Location was great, quite but so conveniently placed for M40 and M25.
Breakfast cooked to order, so scrambled eggs excellent. Please get the lift repaired.
- Colleen (8/5): Good - Staff were friendly and polite breakfast was good even though it needs some TLC the room was very clean and comfortable
- Martin (10/5): -
- Chanise (5/5): Passable for the price. - Closeness to attractions. They did all they could to cater for Gluten Free for the evening meal. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness wasn’t great. Carpet stained. Part of the air conditioning panel had fallen down in the room. The shower did not work. Nothing to offer at breakfast GF
- Maria (8/5): Delightful staff, who couldn’t do enough for their guests! - The staff, food and dining experience were excellent. We were truly impressed by how accommodating everyone was and the quality of the food we were served. The room was a little “tired” decoratively speaking and could benefit from a revamp.
- Vivien (10/5): Very homely - The staff are so helpful My mattress was too hard but they sorted that out with some duvets.

- Ambreen (8/5): -
- Ali (1/5): Do not waste your money - The parking is spacious and good location thats as far as it goes Well firstly, the receptionist was quite rude despite me asking questions about the rooms. The shower is horrendous as hot water means scolding hot to cold and back to scolding no regulation. The room looked very dated and really poor standard
- Margaret (8/5): Great location and staff - Close to Windsor and Heathrow...travelled as a couple A bit dated and needs freshening up...bed was uncomfortable kept rolling into middle
Staff very pleasant and friendly
- Annett (4/5): Nice location, rooms in need of new decor - Nice grounds, food at restaurant was very tasty. Free car parking. First room smelt of cigarettes. Walking through the annex corridor wallpaper was peeling off.
Our room was very dark with a badly stained carpet and the in room safe was not usable.

- Mike (4/5): Not very pleasant - It was ok Very inappropriate levels of music that shook the room until 2 in the morning. Only able to get a maximum 4 hours sleep at best.
When the bace kicked in the cups on my table bonceced off and ended up on the floor.
- Richard (8/5): - The bedroom could be better as we could not turn off the light by the door as the switch did not work. Breakfast was fantastic as it was cooked to order.
- Stephen (2/5): No hot water - Front desk told me when the hotel is busy, the hot water system can’t cope. Good to know the truth. I want a bath, it’s late and the water is lukewarm. I’ve been told to wait 30 mins and hopefully it will warm up. I won’t be booking any more stays here.
- hall (10/5): - The customer service is excellent.
- Paul (1/5): - Location Lack of consideration for paying guests.

- Mark (10/5): Great value on a nice place - It’s not brand-new, but it’s modern enough
For the price I’ve paid it was really nice
The food was great, and the breakfast is cooked to order which was nicer than a buffet
Good Private car park at the Vogue as we were in Big Vans lots of room. If I’m staying in this area, I’ll always head for this place now.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating
- Karen (6/5): - The garden Lift out of order
- Serena (7/5): -
- Simon (10/5): Great location. Lovely setting. Superb staff - Lovely setting and great parking. Staff were exceptional. Lady on reception (sorry didn’t get her name - short dark hair) was everything customer service should be. Nothing. It’s a great little hotel.
- maggie (8/5): -
- Matthew (8/5): -
- Stephen (8/5): Good hotel that listens to its guests - Really friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are good and so is the breakfast. They are improving and listening to feedback, which is encouraging. Hot water still not reliable for a hot bath. Was great on Friday night but not on Saturday.
- Andrea (1/5): - Water was cold and tv wasnt working 💔
Not value for money at all
4 staff came in to get tv working NO JOY very very bad just looked at the walls all night not good at all Water was cold and tv wasnt working 💔
Not value for money at all
4 staff came in to get tv working NO JOY very very bad just looked at the walls all night not good at all
- Paul (1/5): Don’t stay here. - N/A Very uncomfortable, had to buy my own mattress topper to get through the night. Unhelpful staff, AC broke, loud parties at night that are not mentioned anywhere.
Would never return.
- Adrian (10/5): Great stay welcoming staff. -
- David (7/5): Comparative value for money -
- Anthony (1/5): Absolutely awful - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Nothing Staff when filing a complaint due to water leak in the bedroom were appalling.
The night manager inspected the room and saw the damage, which was considerable, and now the day manager states there was nothing wrong with the system - lies !
They accepted no responsibility for damage to personal belongings including my laptop even though I showed photographic evidence of a ceiling mounted room heater leaking water.
This was their email response;
We are very sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced during your stay.
Following a thorough investigation by our facilities team, no issues were identified with the heating unit in the room nr.17.
As outlined in our hotels’ Disclaimer, which is clearly displayed on the premises, the hotel cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to personal belongings, particularly while the room is occupied.
In view of the above findings and our stated policy our position on this matter remains unchanged.
- David (6/5): - Location is good WiFi didn’t work properly. Limited menu.
- Butler (4/5): - Outdated in need of a tidy and decorating
- David (7/5): Good - A convenient stay and decent room. It was good to be able to have dinner on site, both it and breakfast were good. Nothing to complain about, other than maybe the lift to my second floor room.bring out of action, no doubt a temporary glitch.
- Joan (9/5): Overall a fantastic stay and hopefully to be repeated - The location was amazing, the room was a good size and the linen was fabulous. The reception staff were kind and helpful, the dinner waitress was efficient and friendly. The food was excellent. A wonderful stay and would certainly go back. The decor in the bathroom needs a little tic, some grout missing from the tiles. The carpet in the outer hall was frayed. All in all it needs a little updating. The scruffy looking waiter at breakfast failed to tell anyone that they had to make their own toast or even the location of the cereals. Whilst the cooked breakfast was excellent, his service was poor in the extreme.
- Tina (8/5): -
- Jon (8/5): -
- Adrian (10/5): - The staff were friendly, the room was very comfortable and the hotel was an excellent location for our plans. We stayed for two nights - The two breakfasts were excellent ( Full English ) and the lounge area and bar were good. We would return to this hotel again. The overspill car park was in poor repair and flooded in places due to heavy rains. I realise that this was beyond the hotels control but it was the only "blot" on our stay.
- Ruth Soden (10/5): Great Place - The function room was excellent and the staff were amazing Toilets in room hard to flush.
- Barton (9/5): - Very Pleasant Staff. Quiet. Would have been nice to have had a TV lounge for instance.
- Jody (10/5): -
- Harrison (8/5): -
- Belinda (9/5): Great comfy stay - Convenient location for our visit
Comfy spacious room
Friendly staff Nothing
- Ruth (5/5): - Comfy and decent sized room No tea coffee facilities in room. Only one of plug sockets worked
- Gillian (3/5): Sad to see. - The staff were helpful to sort out a problem with the room and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable bed. The first room in main building had a constant humming noise, the lift was out of order, the carpets had been tapped in many places. so we asked to change rooms.
The building opposite the wallpaper was coming off the walls in the corridor carpets tatty, the place looked run down and unloved.
The restaurant was very cold, I borrowed my husband's fleece.
- Kevin (8/5): Good hotel for Heathrow at a great price - The room the Pinewood hotel was very comfortable and it's close to the parking we selected for Heathrow Airport. Plenty of parking and checkin was quick and efficient. N/A

Put in a room with a only view was a unrepaired roof. Reception staff very interested in their phone and no eye contact even when checking out.
- Adeeba (1/5): The worst hotel i have stayed in! - Nothing Everything
- Mandeep (1/5): Very bad experience, did not expect this from a hotel that charges a high price to stay 1 one. - Nothing, No air conditioning, cracked sink, fan provided was full of dust, no extra pillows when requested at front desk, wi-if doesn’t connect to tv, no telephone in the room, carpet was filthy, toilet flush broken, smell in the room, would not recommend this place
