• Sebastien (3/5): Pas ouf ouf - Hôtel plutôt agréable Alors pour le côté design c'est pas mal par contre nous donné la chambre la plus (pourrite) sûrement dû au fait d'avoir pris sur Booking. Chambre au RDC côté rue avec une fenêtre qui fermé pas ( le bruit dans la rue était insupportable et le froid qui rentré encore pire.)

• Rasoul (1/5): As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say this was the worst and most disappointing hotel experience of my life. - Misleading information, poor service, and unacceptable experience I chose this hotel based on its location and the information provided on Booking.com, but unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations and significantly more expensive than advertised due to misleading details. 1. Misleading parking information The hotel was advertised as having parking, which was a key reason for my booking. However, upon arrival, I was told their parking could not accommodate my car (BMW iX2), and they refused even to show the space or assist further. I was left to find public parking on my own, which resulted in an additional cost of over €150 for three nights. This completely defeats the purpose of listing “parking” as an available facility. Additionally, after I returned, the staff repeatedly questioned me about where I parked and details about my car, which felt intrusive and made me uncomfortable. 2. Incorrect pet fee charges At check-in, I was informed that the pet fee would be €25 per night. However, at check-out, I was charged €25 per dog per night, resulting in €150 total. This was not clearly communicated in advance and felt misleading. 3. Poor service and treatment After contacting Booking.com on the first day to report these issues, no proper resolution was reached with the property. Following this, the service noticeably deteriorated: - No greeting or acknowledgment from staff - Room was not cleaned for the entire 3-day stay This behavior felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. 4. Room quality and noise issues Room 202 has a connecting door to the adjacent room, partially blocked by furniture. Despite being locked, there was no sound insulation. I could clearly hear conversations and constant door noise from neighboring guests, which significantly affected comfort and privacy. 5. Check the picture of the bathroom with hair in it! The property provided misleading information and poor service. Parking was advertised, but upon arrival I was told my car could not be accommodated and I had to arrange expensive public parking myself. The pet fee was also unclear—I was told €25 per night, but was later charged €25 per dog per night. After I contacted Booking.com about these issues, the service noticeably declined: no room cleaning for 3 days and no basic hospitality from staff. Additionally, the room had a connecting door with very poor sound insulation, making it easy to hear neighboring guests and affecting privacy. Overall, the stay ended up significantly more expensive than expected and did not meet basic standards.

• Ryan (8/5): Top locatie. - De ambiance was geweldig, de locatie zelf ook je zit hier erg centraal. De kamer had wat verbeter puntjes maar had verder alles wat je zoekt, en het was schoon. Het ontbijt viel erg tegen, los van de dame bij het ontbijt die in de eerste instantie nogal nors overkwam, waren de dingen die warm moesten zijn allemaal koud. Het is een klein hotel er was met dat in het achterhoofd voldoende de keuze. Maar een kop koffie of een jus de orange pak ik liever gewoon zelf in plaats van dat ik dit moet vragen en in de meeste gevallen dan eerst moet zoeken waar de dame is.

• Ramatoulaye (7/5): simpas mes laisser nous le temps de nous laver et nous habiller avant de nous harceler pour le cheeking - les chambre son très propre et jolie et le réceptionniste très chaleureux prospère. la chambre du bas mal isolé on entend tous dehors et pas de place pour ce garer et le prix exorbitants de leur parking 30 euros sachant que nous payons déjà très chère les chambre !

• Patrice (9/5): Un hôtel romantique et calme à 2 pas des Champs Elysées qui propose un petit déjeuner d'exception. - Hôtel au magnifique charme désuet et romantique, idéalement situé à 2 pas des Champs Elysées et de l'Arc de Triomphe et malgré tout calme. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique, avec un personnel qui vous soigne aux petits oignons. Parking à l'accès un peu étroit pour les voitures, mais situé en plein centre de Paris, on ne peut pas tout avoir !

• Sophie (10/5): Réjouissant - Parfait! Pour un WE tout à pieds, à 100 m des Champs et dans le calme absolu, c’est top! L’hôtel correspond tout-à-fait aux photos, l’ambiance cosy est très sympa! Nous avions 2 chambres 2 et 3 personnes, tout le monde a été ravi! Mention spéciale pour les couchages super agréables, les oreillers moelleux et les draps doux comme on aime ! Une chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure et l’autre sur la rue, on a tous dormi comme des bébés tellement c’est calme ! On a eu la chance d’avoir à l’accueil la personne qu’on avait eu au tel. qui nous a conseillé pour le parking et pour un resto le dernier soir, elle est super sympa. Ses conseils ont été parfaits! Le parking est très proche , très propre, sécurisé et avec des places suffisamment grandes ! Les petits-déjeuners servis par Olympia sont copieux. Olympia est un rayon de soleil, chaleureuse et accueillante. Un vrai plaisir de la voir le matin. Un sans faute pour cet hôtel qui nous a permis un séjour enthousiasmant! Merci à toute l’équipe!

Немного пошарпаные стены и кое где есть подтеки( но это совершенно не смущало, т.к интерьер под старину и эти несовершенства даже дополняли атмосферу)) В номере Люкс нет чайника, халатов, тапочек.

• Arnaud (2/5): - Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel si l'on vous donne la chambre 30. Fuyez le plus loin possible dans ce cas. Celle-ci est située en demi sous-sol au niveau de la rue. L'un des murs est attenant avec le hall de l'hôtel. La fermeture de la fenêtre est cassée. Vous entendez tous les bruits intérieurs et extérieurs. Il est impossible de pouvoir dormir correctement. L'hôtel a l'air sympa pourtant et le veilleur de nuit est avenant. Dommage

• Miki (9/5): It is worth the stay - The location is perfect, right next to the Champs-Élysées, only 5 mins walk to Arc de triomphe de l'Étoile. We really enjoy the stay there. The receptionist staff is really friendly and approachable and offered us one of the best rooms to stay for the night. It was pleasure meeting him. 
The facilities are good and beds sheets are quite clean and
comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel because of its excellent location and pleasant staffs and great facilities.

• Miki (9/5): It is worth the stay - The location is perfect, right next to the Champs-Élysées, only 5 mins walk to Arc de triomphe de l'Étoile. We really enjoy the stay there and staff members are very approachable and friendly too. The facilities are good and beds are so clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel because of its excellent location and pleasant staffs and great facilities. The room size is a bit smaller than we have expected, and the first room we stayed had only offered 1 armchair which is not so comfortable for two of us stay in the room. And they only accept the physical credit card payment for the deposit (no cash payment and no Apple payment/phone payment allowed) in the reception when you check in there which is not quite convenient for me. Apart from that everything was a great experience staying in the hotel.

• Ritha (6/5): - The place it’s beautiful and comfortable but there is an issue with the room rate. Travelocity coated me a lower rate. But the hotel is looking for me to pay a higher rate. I tried to explain that there is an error but according to their records their rate is higher and asking me to pay hotel taxes on top. Not sure why this booking is different than my other bookings made this past 12 days. I can only say that this hotel was not a pre-paid booking. Although I entered my credit card info, I was told that I have to pay at the hotel and this is where the difference is. I am left having to the hotel records and not not my Travelocity booking. Not good Travelocity, please change this policy as it leaves customers vulnerable and room rates upsetting surprises. Thank you
