- Windnanc (8/5): Good stop! - It was late at night and we were getting desperate for a decent place that would accept pets (canine and feline). We discovered that not every hotel that advertises being pet friendly actually is. Then we found this gem! The man at the front desk was friendly and made check-in easy. The public areas are very nice. Although we didn’t use it, they have an indoor pool and hot tub visible from the lobby area. The room was very large, modern, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was nice and warm in the room despite being -6° outside. We appreciated the large smart TV, refrigerator and microwave. Room also has an iron and hairdryer. The shower could have been hotter. Breakfast was decent. Rate was reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Stayed for the Amana Colonies Dog Show and overall the stay was okay. What was not good was the smell in the hallway on the second floor. It was musty and just a smell you couldn't figure out what it was. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft, clean sheets. However, the room had ants bad. Due to the dog show, I had my dog with me and I had realized she stopped eating her kibble when I saw the ants. If it wasn't for it being middle of the night, would have asked for a new room.

Overall a great experience where at times it could go in the opposite direction, sometimes a stay at an interstate hotel can be iffy but this was good.

Second floor is very accessible with elevator. Hotel staff were very efficient and friendly. Pool area was very clean, hot tub was amazing! Continental breakfast with cold and hot food was spectacular! We slept like babies, was very quiet, beds very comfortable, sheets towels and linens all spotless and clean. - Truitt (2/5): Poor staffing - Room large and clean Staff no knowledge of pree booking Rude and slow. Couldn't answer half of questions. Called ahead to see if crib or playpen They assured it was a crib . Finally got it because she couldn't find key and they brought us a PLAYPEN dirty and old. Checkout they couldn't even find a cart for our luggage
- Mary (8/5): - We met other couples there and were able to visit in the lobby and also out in the gazebo. The staff members were friendly and efficient. We thought it was a good value, clean, and quiet.
