- Lea (8/5): - I loved the access to the Tahoe Ridge resort (I think it’s Heavenly Ski resort?)
Close to the lake and casinos.
I really liked soaking in the jacuzzi. Also there were a lot of oddly placed built in storage which was fun for the kids to play hide and seek. It was quite a lot of stair climbing; I couldn’t see how it would work for someone with ambulatory issues.
Also it would have been really great to have half and half for the coffee. The only option was a non dairy creamer made of corn syrup solids.
The virtual check-in worked
- Ulan (10/5): - I really love this hotel. It’s has a beautiful view, clean room, and spa on the roof

- Jordyn (7/5): Good for the price - I like that it was more like a condo The key cards stopped working leaving my family stuck outside for 30 min
- Vaughn (10/5): All time favorite home away from home. - It was beautiful, clean, unique and had everything you could need to spend a cozy weekend away. Beautiful views, comfy beds and a wonderful jacuzzi bathtub! The price was comparable to hotel rooms with no amenities. The check in was a little odd because the attendant was not present. There were directions and a phone to call and speak with a person.
- Lysandra (7/5): Very roomy condo with all the amenities of home. - The property was well located into town. The room was very well equipped with dishes, kitchen gadgets and cooking supplies but it was very outdated. The carpet was pretty old and couches had stains and the beds were uncomfortable.

- Edith (10/5): Our best experience at this place. - The views from the apartment. We liked everything; this is our third time at the place.
- Kelly (8/5): Tranquilidad y biena vibra - El lugar agradable y un binito ambiente Las llave no funcionan siempre, se tiene problemas para ingresar a las instalaciones, y cuando se cocina suena aiempre la alarma de incendios.
- Martin (9/5): -
- Nazario (7/5): - The location and the view was beautiful Dirty, I found some white powder on the table (I take a video which look better than the pictures) the bed from master make a lot noise (old bed), I can hear all the noise from upstairs , and I was in the unit 117 all the way to the bottom 4 floors they need elevators.
- Hailey (10/5): -
- Cesar (7/5): Once I made it into my actual room, the stay was pleasant. The space is more than enough for two people and the views fr - Ideal location, and quite The online receptionist is not too bright and is the definition of “I just work here”.
- Anastasia (8/5): Nice location with fully equipped family room - Good location. Close to the lift. Big family 2-bedroom room with a fully equipped kitchen. Nice view from the property The sign for the Frond Desk location should be up on the street, and not down the stairs. It was hard to find the direction.
- Kirstie (10/5): Great experience, so excited to come back! - The view was exceptional. I liked the no staff on grounds, but that they were available 24/7. The stay felt very private. The rooms and sheets were very clean. I'd liked being able to use the fure place. The mattresses weren't to my liking, but that could be personal preference. Too firm for me.
- Gonzalez Peralta (10/5): - Todo muy bonito la vista del balcón
- Mike (9/5): -
- Stephanie (10/5): Fun trip - The view The sliding glass door didn’t work so we weren’t able to use the outdoor patio. Also the hot tub door was closed and wouldn’t take our room key to open so didn’t get to use the hot tub
- Mark (1/5): Deceptive - It was close to a Heavenly lift
The view It is not a hotel, it is apartments converted into units to sell like hotels rooms. Pictures of amenities are of the Hotel up the hill, not this place. Amenities (pool, exercise room)—forget it, you won’t use them.

- Melchior (9/5): -
- Alejandro (9/5): -
- Juana (10/5): - La ubicación Que no hacen limpieza diario
- John (9/5): - Well, the staff was very accommodating. The facilities and room were more than adequate. It was a seamless stay on our way to another destination in Nevada with exceptional facilities. The room was very nice, but a bit weathered. It's really a ski resort and very close to skilifts at Heavenly. Real nice access to South Lake Tahoe.
- Samantha (9/5): Overall, the trip was so cozy and was more spacious than the pictures show! - My friends and I loved the hot tub! It ended up snowing the first night we were there. It was an experience! We also loved the fireplace and outside balcony. The beds could have been a little more comfortable.
- Maria (8/5): -
- Larysa (8/5): - The room window has a beautiful view both in the evening and in the morning.
- marissa (8/5): - Be sure to read fine print you’ll get charge resort fees seperate wasn’t expecting that and didn’t even use any of the resort amenities off season 1 night stay the views are gorgeous beds need updating feel the springs they control heat or ac it was hot in our room we turned it down and noticed only heat would blow
- Kevin (8/5): - The inside was actually very good, clean and spacious. The stairs need some repair, some felt like they would break loose when stepping on them. Paint and or finish was needed in several places outside the building.
- Taylor (8/5): Spacious apartment in the mountain - Excellent value for money considering it was basically a whole apartment in the mountains overlooking the valley with two balconies.
Usable fireplace in living area a nice cozy touch whilst watching TV. Full private kitchen facilities. Rooftop spa nice and hot. The room took our breath away. Self check in done remotely through reception TV via a video call with a person, was a little frustrating since the keys stopped working multiple times and we were flustered after driving all day. Unclear instructions on how to utilise available facilities at a neighbouring resort and we were unable to use them. Room and reception area took a while to find initially.
- Theresa (6/5): - You cannot use the amenities at the other property as it states. Your keys do not work there. Unless someone lets you in. The oven is a convection microwave that does not cook food fully.
- Lawrence (10/5): -
- Kathryn (10/5): -
- Samsonov (10/5): -
- Tiffany (8/5): My stay was almost perfect! The doors had keycard issues I stayed a night and had to get the keycards redone like 2 tim - I love so many different aspects of this property! The fire place was very cute! Interior is definitely giving a cabin vibe! Lots of space and so perfect for a fam/friend vacay! There are no elevators! Definitely will get your steps in!
- Michelle (2/5): Will not return as the property is dirty. - The property is in a good location. It is a very old property that needs updating. My initial room had flies in the bedroom, and they changed my room after my request. However, the entire property requires updating as there is a lot of dust and decor is from the 90s.
- Thomas (8/5): - Spacious. Clean. Nice views.
- Jerri (7/5): -
- Martha (7/5): -
- Robert (8/5): - The most outstanding view I've ever seen from a hotel room. The view to the Carson Valley thousands of feet below was unforgettable along with the view of the surrounding mountains on which the Hotel sits. While grocery and restaurant options were limited compared to South Lake Tahoe proper, both were a short walk away. For hiking and mountain bike enthusiasts the 170 mile long Tahoe Rim Trail is a nearby easy walk and there are other hiking/biking trails to explore as well.
- Monroe (7/5): -
- Rachel (8/5): - I was very impressed for the most part. Only encountered a few problems. Was disappointed we couldn't use the tub inside because it was missing the plug.
- Wilson (10/5): - Great last minute stay, easy virtual check in.
- Srinivasreddy (3/5): Terrible experience - Basis appartment There is no private pool , No lift, No barbeque place, all these were listed against the property, None of these were available. all the data posted on the website was incorrect. we had to carry heavy suitcases to the lowest floor( -3 floor), There were no water bottles provided. infact the pool is another property
- Renee (5/5): - It was clean It was very run down and building tilting
The flooring looks like had a flood and not replaced.
Iron work all rusted
Siding dilapidated
A bit embarrassing as we brought a guest
- Rohullah (8/5): Very good -
- Yanmin (9/5): Superb -
- Lachlan (9/5): Superb -
- Elidio (10/5): It was pleasant and comfortable - The views, nature quiet No comment
- HEH544 (10/5): Family trip to Lake Tahoe & Yosemite - We used our timeshare this year to visit Tahoe. The Ride Sierra had 2 hot tubs on the roof & multiple grills. You have access to the other two resorts nearby with swimming pools & more hot tubs, gym, pickle ball, racquetball etc & a restaurant. Our condo in our building was a 2/2 fully stocked kitchen etc. You check in virtually at their office on a phone. They print out a pkg pass & key cards. You can get any extras you need as far as supplies in that main office 24/7. We even made a trip out to Yosemite a couple of days & returned to the condo to finish out the week. It doesn't have A/C but we went this week 6-14 to 6-21 & it was very cold at night. You can get floor fans for the rooms if you want them. Our condo was quite a few steps down from pkg & with altitude of maybe 7,000 in Heavenly it was tough! So maybe ask for a higher room where you won't have the steps if you have any health issues or physical disabilities. It must be gorgeous in the winter there. Overall a wonderful experience! We went to all the "beaches" & by the end of the week it was prob 30's at night & a huge "controlled" fire also happening as we looked out to Carson from our balcony. Also 8ft waves in the lake Sat so pls check weather conditions prior to booking boats. Unfortunately a boat capsized.
- Cummins (1/5): Bad -
- Benito (4/5): Unfortunately we will not stay at this property again. We were very disappointed in the very limited access to the and f - Rooms were clean and comfortable The room was not easily accessible. We had a disabled person with us and there was no disclosure that the room did not provide handicapped accessibility. It was very difficult to get up and down the many stairs.
- Angela (3/5): False Advertising, no private hot tub or pool. - The gorgeous view! Having a full kitchen is always nice. False advertising! The room does NOT have a private hot tub OR pool. The modern building in the photos is a separate building a bus ride away where the guests here are allowed to use the common swimming pool. This building is very old and, while clean, shabby rather than rustic. I booked this room specifically for the aquatic amenities and am truly disappointed. The hot tub (for all of the guests) is on the roof. The view was wonderful! Too bad the hot tub was cold and full of bugs. The patio area was in disrepair and generally depressing.
When I returned to the virtual front desk and brought this false advertising to their attention, she said it was Booking's fault and they needed to fix the listing. Shameful. If you look at the other reviews in the past, there are several that mentioned this exact problem going back over the past year.
As to the staff. The virtual agent was a bit odd, but it worked. If I needed something during my stay, I had to call repeatedly, and when answered, they were courteous but not too helpful.
There is no air conditioning! No ice machine on the premises!
- Soto (10/5): Exceptional -
- Iqbal (3/5): Poor - There was no air conditioners, In the morning there was no electricity, It was horrible. I'll never go there.
- Cynthia (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the fact that it has 2 bathrooms, the balcony, washer and dryer. The jacuzzi area. We had a great time.
- Anthony (10/5): - Great place to stay highly recommended
- Pedro (4/5): Disappointing - The view is great Apartment was super hot and thermostat was broken, took the staff a whole day to check it and it still wasn't fixed. Bathtub was closed and also was not fixed. Description didn't mention that the pool and other amenities were a 10 min drive away from the Apartment
- timothy (6/5): - Overall a good room for the late spring. Only issue we had was the WiFi not working. Not a deal breaker but when we check out just made mention that the WiFi wouldn’t take the password was told “oh well it probably just switch over to a new password and your checking out so it’s not that big of a deal now”
- Asadullah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eddie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tejal (8/5): Very good - the hot tub and fire place and the full kitchen space to be used. the hot water went off, and we had to shower in cold water.
- Cody (10/5): Exceptional -
- Makeila (10/5): - Such a beautiful property made our stay unforgettable! Will definitely keep going back
- Destiny (10/5): Aside from uncomfortable beds, Beautiful, clean, tailored for the guests. - Beautiful, clean, tailored for the guests. Beds weren’t very comfortable at all. We tried both beds and the sofa bed.
- Nathan (10/5): Was a very peaceful and lovely getaway - The views and room were outstanding! Nothing!
- Alejandro (8/5): - The only issue we had was needing to get a new key several times the key would not open the gate dore beside that a wonderful location overlooking nature in the distance farm land and city near by skiing and snow
- Kue (8/5): Very good -
- Fifthlin (9/5): Superb -
- Yuliia (10/5): I liked it - I really liked experience here. The view from the room is amazing. Unfortunately, the hot tube works only by 9 pm( and it was really interesting check in with host on the line.
- Uriel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carthage (10/5): Exceptional -
- Giorgi (10/5): Exceptional - Such close proximity to Heavenly! and incredible views
- SeeTheW0rld62 (8/5): Great location for skiing Heavenly - Our friends have a timeshare here and we've stayed here several times. The last time we were here was 2 years ago. Since then, the unit was updated, new flooring, kitchen and bathroom. The location is perfect for skiing the Nevada side of Heavenly. There are both Heavenly and Ridge shuttles with stops near the property that take you to the Stagecoach lift. It's not a fancy timeshare, but is very comfortable.
- Danelle (9/5): Superb - Very convenient, comfy room and beautiful views!
- Jeremiah (10/5): - Spacious
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
