- Lori (8/5): Love the area. SandHollow is just beautiful, one of our favorite peaceful spots. - The location was great and the rooms were beautiful. Very peaceful and that we could not hear the neighbors was great as the place was packed. Too much chemicals in the hot tub, it wasn't all that clean in the hot tub. There are way more amenities at most of the nightly rentals around the area so that was a little disappointing that there was no lazy river, pickleball court not in service and just not that much to do around the room with no heated pool. We just love Sand Hollow though so we will be back.

- Sarah (10/5): A Desert Oasis - The property was a welcome retreat after a long day in Zion National Park which is only a 40-minute drive away. The property looks very new and is an oasis in the desert with beautiful views of the mountains. The room was HUGE and the beds were very comfortable. Wish we had more time to check out all the amenities.

- Debbie (4/5): - I asked where the “Guest Laundry” was located and the girl told me “there is no laundry for the one bedrooms” another time I asked to have my used towels picked up and was told that they do not pick up towels until we check out. We had a weeks worth of used towels that we were told had to stay in the room. It’s very disgusting. They made us feel like second class people because we only rented a single bedroom. My husband and I are retired and don’t always travel with our kids. We didn’t need more than 1 bedroom but would have liked to wash our clothes. Needless to say, we will never be staying at that establishment again.

We live in Las Vegas so it was a perfect weekend getaway without having to drive for 5 plus hours. We will definitely be back here soon! The free wifi was not the best when you have kids on their devices and you are trying to watch a streaming service so that is the only minor downside.

Even the kids complained about the how bad the beds were. Luckily we only stayed one night on this trip because no one got any sleep that night. - marymG1416SB (4/5): Resort does not care about people with special needs! - DONT STAY HERE!! While the resort is gorgeous on the outside, the interior is lack luster not to mention the condescending rude response of the manager, Taylor, to service issues! Starting with the units. It’s literally 100 degrees in Utah & posted at each thermostat is a threatening note not to turn the AC down past 72 degrees or the unit would freeze up and guests would be charged a $100 maintenance fee! The walk-in shower doors don’t open the whole way due to being hung too low for the tile height making it difficult to assist someone with special needs. Now for the worst part…We took a once-in-a-lifetime cross country trip with my family that included my 54 yr old sister who has Down Syndrome, failing eyesight & early onset dementia. I booked months in advance with the understanding that there was a pool directly outside of our building that would be easily accessible to my sister. I also called several times to confirm the reservation & accommodations. When we arrived, that pool was closed due to renovations that were not completed in time. I asked to be moved to a different building, but was told no 2 bedrooms were available. I asked for two 1 bedroom units & was denied & told that my sister could walk to one of the other pools!!! A call from the resort prior to checkin would have been appreciated so we could make other arrangements, but no such consideration was extended to the guests. When I registered a complaint to manager, Taylor, her response via email was basically “sorry about your luck” & no compensation or accommodation would be made! In fact she rudely said “this matter will not be revisited.” I’m sorry…I thought she was in the service industry for the purpose of helping guests feel welcomed and appreciated!!! The audacity of a resort manager to disregard the needs of her guests is OUTRAGEOUS!
