- Patomrat (10/5): - ใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้ง ไม่มีที่จอดรถ จอดรถใต้ตึกเพื่อขนกระเป๋าลงแป๊บเดียว พนักงานมาบอกให้จอดที่อื่น เราก็จะเลื่อนไปจอดที่อื่นอยู่แล้วเพราะรู้กฎว่าจอดไม่ได้ แค่เอากระเป๋าลงเพื่อเช็คอินเฉยๆ แต่ตอนเราเปิดหน้าต่างเอาไว้แล้วยุงเข้า มีพนักงานมาจัดการให้อย่างดี สรุปแล้ว คนแรกที่ไล่ไม่ให้จอดเพื่อลงกระเป๋าไม่ค่อยดี ส่วนพนักงานที่มาจัดการยุงให้ทำงานได้ดีมาก

Despite presenting my national disability card, the staff did not recognise it and refused me access to the disabled parking area. This led to me having to park about 200 meters away across the street in another hotel's car park which was quite inconvenient.

- Bernhard_F (8/5): Asahikawa ist einen Besuch wert. - Das Hotel liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, von wo auch die Fernbusse verkehren. Hinterm Bahnhof kann man in einer parkähnlichen Anlage am Fluß spazieren oder sitzen. Die Fußgängerzone 'Heiwa Street Shopping Park' ist nur einen Block entfernt. An der Rezeption des Hotels ist man erfolgreich bemüht, Ihren Wünschen zu entsprechen. Die Zimmer sind relativ geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist landestypisch gut und für Europäer entsprechend gewöhnungsbedürftig. In der Lobby gibt es einen Kaffeeautomaten zur freien Verfügung (nicht zwischen 9 und 15 Uhr). Die - recht schalldichten - Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, entweder weil die Straße recht laut ist oder weil sie zur Abwehr von Ungeziefer (keins gesichtet) verschlossen sind. Die Klimaanlage läßt sich nicht regulieren, ist aber moderat eingestellt. Im Frühstücks-Restaurant war es dagegen sehr kalt.

Having Asthma and Allergies, the 5 minute in the room triggered my allergies. Mr Onai San was very polite and tried to help but the room types we booked (family room) were fully booked for the night and we had no choice but were inconveniently put in 2 separate twin rooms and had to move again to a family room the next day. This has caused us much inconvenience and discomfort. Very disappointed. Dusty hotel.

- Sueanne (2/5): - Rude and dismissive staff. We booked three rooms for three nights but when we arrived we found it unsatisfactory. Among other things, our non-smoking rooms had cigarette smells, probably due to poor ventilation in the building. We asked the hotel if we could just stay one night and get a refund for the other two nights and the counter staff just said no. Just one word, no. The manager came out and said we could leave tomorrow if we wanted but we can't get our money back. There was zero attempt at service recovery. None of them bothered to ask what we found lacking and if there was anything they could do to make it better. I have stayed in multiple other Japanese business hotels but none with staff as rude as Court Hotel. Bad service, tired rooms, poor ventilation, and weak aircon – do yourself a favour and just stay somewhere else.
