• Sharise (5/5): They tried it. Never again - The staff was friendly and it was close to the boardwalk I booked this hotel because I wanted the spa and pool but got their and checked in only to find out that both were closed. Which ruined me and my mom whole birthday.. Also when my mother went to use the Jacuzzi it was nasty like they gave me a room that wasn't used in years because the water that came out was rusted 🤢🤢🤢. Luckily we had our own cleaning supplies.. the couches were old and ripped up . We pulled out the pull out couch and decided not to use it and got the beds out our cars... The agreed to accommodate me with not charging me the check in fees but somehow still charged me for parking 🤦🏾🤣. I asked to be transferred to FLAGSHIP but because I wasn't an owner they didn't wanna do it. Low and behold I found out my dad and aunt are owner so it's gonna get handled . One of the lights in the bathroom didn't work

• Shynese (1/5): I wouldn’t go back!!! - Great Location. Ocean view on the boardwalk! Old outdated. Needs an update bad. Garage doesn’t have an elevator basically wasn’t wheelchair accessible and the garage wasn’t attached to the hotel. Inside your room, you can hear other doors closing it was really loud and annoying as if I had the door open.

• bbeachlover (10/5): Excellent Stay - Had an extended stay at the Atlantic Palace and was very pleased with the accomodations and staff. Because of my extended stay, they required me to switch rooms after two weeks. The change was seemless as I was assigned a similar room on the same floor. My one bedroom was large, clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff and assistnt general manager Tomikaa were all very professional and nice. You can't beat the location - right on the boardwalk - and walking distance to all the boardwalk casinos. The long term bellman- Lubin was accomodating and knowledgeable. I will be happy to return in the future.

• Yvenson (1/5): Horrible, since my car got damage in Thomas so called parking lot - I felt Like this was not an accident, it was purposely made. Because they give a parking pass with a notice that they won't be responsible for car damage, and my car got scratched. Worst parking

I look forward to returning for a longer vacation at the Palace. - The view of the ocean and the boardwalk was more than expected; the view was fabulous and so relaxing. I appreciated the kitchen including the fridge and space on tne counter tops to prepare my foo; it was all too wonderful and am looking forward to returning. The staff were so helpful and kind. It was a pleasure to ask them for assistance. N.A

We went up there for my 21st birthday it's located close enough to all the casinos and in the summer it's right next to the beach it's let's you out the back doors to the boardwalk. The view IS AMAZING from the 12th floor. Everything was amazing. Parking is a bit rough but it's still a good option.

We had the place booked for two nights and didn’t even stay the night for a little getawayI. It was part of the time share but I would highly recommend to go some where else.

• Odmentrue (5/5): It was ok for 1 nite. - The view was beautiful, and the room was ok. The room smelled like mildew in the room. An the staff was lil rude just gave me the key sent me on my way. After tussling with me about the price I paid, and them adding additional costs when I got there. Meanwhile charged me an additional 150$ because I booked through the app booking.com

• Shakena (1/5): Never again staying here. - There was no breakfast services I don’t like how I put down $128 for damages and never got my hundred dollars back when I left. It has now been 30 days and I have not yet still received my refund of my hundred dollars there was no damages and I still have not received my refund of my hundred dollars. I will not recommend nobody to stay here.
