• Natasha (6/5): - Very rarely when I write bad reviews but I want to be honest as I travel a lot and rely heavily on customers reviews. Very disappointed; stayed at the suite, the suite was very spacious, however nether TVs worked , the bed was very uncomfortable; the bed sheets felt damp ; dirty toilet ( black mold floating when flashed) ; dirty jacuzzi jets ( we did not even dared to use it ) ; mold around the bathtub ; very dated, needs a lot of TLC ; terrible insulation ( we could hear every step upstairs) Continental breakfast was also very disappointing; limited and not fresh options ; even coffee tasted like a dirty water. Too pricey for the quality and service!

There was the usual cereal, yogurt, packaged muffins, danish and bagels. Pluses were hot cocoa machine and decent "machine" orange juice. Pre-peeled boiled eggs looked really bad.

• Lisa (10/5): - I stayed at thos location for 1 week while I was in town fir a family reuion. The staff were very friendly ,and the breakfast had lots of options from cold cereals to hot waffles . Always had fresh towels and a clean room . I would recommend it to anyone staying in town .

• Lee (10/5): - The staff was very personable and check in was handled efficiently. The room was clean and all the necessary furnishings There were a number of small concerns. The refigerator made a trilling noise when the cooling cycle kicked in and it sounded like an alarm and woke me up. One of the outside entry doors did not require a keycard during the day but we didn't use that entrance in the evening to check it again. There were spots on the shower curtain and a bedspread. A towel had a torn corner and a wash cloth was stained. Breakfast options were good. Overall everything was fine considering the very reasonable rate.

• Jeanette (8/5): We'll definitely be back! - There was plenty for breakfast! Nice selection. They were out of paper towels and soap, so they needed a refill of those. A bit of confusion checking in, but everything worked out fine. Very comfortable mattress! I would prefer no mat in the tub, thinking of possible bacteria underneath. Maybe just have a mat being optional to put down? Sorry, I already put all the comments above.

• Larry (9/5): We will be back. - Very clean,easily accessible, staff was very kind and friendly. Could have used some meat along with the breakfast food. The facility is starting to show some signs of wear and tear, but I will stay there again if I’m in the neighborhood. Nothing.

• Trevor (2/5): - The room was a non-smoking room but smelled heavily of smoke. The bathroom was small/ dirty and the entire room looked like it was never updated. The towels were stained.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The room and bathroom appeared clean and it was comfortable enough in its atmosphere. I gave two stars on eco-friendly. There were no recycling bins along side garbage in the rooms. One thing I thought odd was the plastic type bed spread. I’ve never seen anything like that and it was a red flag and kind of gross. Breakfast was nice enough with a variety of options of what I’d expect. The other thing that could be improved upon/updated was the guest binder. No info on check in or check out times. It also still had a menu for the A and W that is long gone. Not sure what else could have been updated. Over all it was a fine experience.
• Matt (7/5): Good - The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Breakfast was a bit basic but not bad by any means. Also, the entrance towards the back of the hotel was not locked. You didn't need your room key to open it.
• Helen (4/5): - Needed a place to stay to go to mystery cave state park so stayed here. There was stains on the sheets and found bugs in our room. The lock on the back door is broken which is not very safe. Stayed out of necessity but this places needs lots of updates.

Not sure why I am always the one who gets the bed with stains on the sheets? 😞. Pretty sure my husband left his coat on the bed. I've called twice and they said nothing was found. 2nd year we've stayed. Good value but would prefer a more personable experience.

• Sherri (2/5): - Enjoyed the 4 days, nice clean, courteous employees, day 3 I had entire oufit come up missing, nobody in room except for employee that removed outfit from closet area inside door. Noticed my reception outfit was gone upon checking outfits for next day. We were out all day, nobody could get into room except hotel employee. I guess grateful it was reception outfit and not wedding outfit. Lesson learned only take in what you need for the night. Such a shame, I would've stayed at that hotel again when in the area, next time I'll stay elsewhere and only take in what I need from now on.ps hope you enjoy the outfit that I never had the chance to wear, thank god it wasn't wedding outfit as I was mother of the bride.
