Marta Bueno (10/5): - The views from the room were crazy. Having breakfast with these views is amazing. There is an ice cream shop downstairs where you can have breakfast too, good for relaxing. The house was very big. Swimming pool was very nice to finish the day and the location was quiet but 5 mins walk to the main street. I can't recommend it more. Giuseppe (the host) was amazing, he organized transfers from the airport at the best price (directly paid to the driver, so probably no commission applied) and he helped to organize everything in the island. Also, when we checked out, he came at night with his car to make sure the driver pick up us on time to drive us to the airport, so in case there was any trouble he could make sure we are on time to the airport. Thank Giuseppe.

Lucile (9/5): Logement basique mais bien situé - Le logement est très bien situé face à la mer dans un coin calme. Lambert a été très réactif et a facilité mon séjour. Le logement est basique mais suffisant. Les taxes supplémentaires font vraiment gonflé le prix du logement qui est déjà assez élevé pour la qualité. La salle de bain sentait les égouts par moment. Des articles de base tel que gel douche, sel, poivre, café auraient été un plus.

Johan (10/5): No stress, very relax place to stay in Santa Maria - We had an amazing stay here. The swimmingpool was great and our host, Lambert, was very kind, helpful and always available. We definitely recommended this place!
Sarah (8/5): We enjoyed our holiday, great location, good value for money. - Great location right opposite the beach and a beautiful sea view, close to beach front restaurants, short walk to the main strip but not too far and very quiet with security 24hrs. We had a lovely sun facing balcony, large spacious room with separate bedroom. Full gas hob, kettle and breville (toaster would have been better for self catering) provided and good fridge /freezer. Air-con in main room and large fan in bedroom. Very well kept pool area. Lambert helped with any queries we had and helped us arrange trips / taxi transfers. No towel / bedding change for our week, with no washing machine it would have been good to have clean ones at least once as it was very hot. Boiler leaked after shower use, just pulled the plug out and it eventually stopped. Not an issue for us for either and I’m sure if we had asked Lambert, anything would have been possible.

Short walk from the Main Street where all bars and restaurants are. Beautiful view from our balcony and great coffee shop on the ground floor.
Lisa (10/5): - L'appartamento si trova in centro a Santa Maria ma in posizione tranquilla e fronte mare. È ottimo per raggiungere la via pedonale e la spiaggia principale a piedi e allo stesso tempo godersi la tranquillità notturna con il suono delle onde del mare. È accessoriato di tutto e il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, si è sempre premurato che tutto andasse bene e a soddisfare le nostre richieste.
Laura (8/5): Parfait - L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait à l’écart du centre mais accessible à pied (10 minutes). L’appartement est très spacieux et il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Lambert est très réactif lorsqu’il y a des demandes. L’eau coule doucement, surtout aux heures de pointe je pense quand l’ensemble des appartements prennent leur douche. À part ça tout était parfait.

L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort, meraviglioso Lambert che ci ha aiutato anche ad organizzare il giro dell'isola ed i transfer. C'è anche la piscina condominiale con i lettini e giardino piacevole se non si vuole andare in spiaggia. -
Rachel (10/5): Amazing stay, great location, and Lambert made the holiday so easy for us - thank you!! - The location was amazing, right on the beach, at the quieter end of Santa Maria (5/10 mins walk to the pier). Had a lovely gelato cafe right next to it and several beach bars serving good pizza. We were met by our taxi driver as promised at the airport and that was so easy. We then met Lambert at the property who showed us around and was always available during our stay if we needed anything. He booked us several trips (we booked a day trip with someone else, which was also fantastic) and they were excellent value and really worthwhile. The pool was great and always had loungers free. The WiFi was a little patchy, and the upstairs bathroom was a bit tired, but other than that, there were no complaints at all. It was fantastic value, even with these little things :-)

Mesrop (10/5): Quiet, beautiful, friendly and helpful spot in Santa Maria. - Beautiful flat kitted out with everything you would need for a short or longer term trip. In a nice quiet part of Santa Maria, just a short walk to the centre, restaurants, bars and shops. I was able to look out from my balcony onto the beautiful Ponta Leme to check the windsurfing conditions, it’s right next door to both ION windsurfing Club and the Angulo centre. Both Giuseppe and Lambert were super helpful and friendly. Definitely be staying here when I next visit Santa Maria. All that I’d been looking for and more. Nothing, it was perfect.
Frampton (10/5): Great little place to stay in Santa Maria - It's at the opposite end of town from all the big resort hotels, so quieter. Lovely beach bars just in front of the block. Easy 10 min walk into the middle of Santa Maria. Great pool. We really enjoyed our stay. It's not 5 star accommodation but has everything you need for a really comfortable self catering apartment

Gert (8/5): Fint hotel - Fint hotel/lejlighedskompleks i udkanten af Santa Maria. Vi havde et lille studio værelse med eget bad og tekøkken. Samt en lillle terrasse i gadeniveau. Værelset lidt slidt men velfungerende. Fin fælles gårdhave med swimmingpool. Tæt på stranden. Den bedste hvis man er til kitesurfing, mindre god til badning. Den gode bade-strand ligger ca. 10 minutters spadseretur derfra. Tæt på et par gode restauranter. Restaurant Colubus kan specielt anbefales. Her indtages også morgenmaden hvis man har valgt den til.

Verified traveler (8/5): Quei cialtroni di Expedia - Dopo un volo allucinante ed arrivo in hotel nella notte due giorni dopo, mi era stata data una camera che era uguale a quella della prenotazione per quello che era dalla prenotazione che gli era arrivata, ma che era completamente diversa da quella che mi aveva garantito l'impiegata di expedia che aveva seguito la prenotazione. Questa mi aveva assicurato le condizioni della mia scelta non conoscendo di cosa stava parlando, addirittura c'era un sovrapprezzo per una colazione, inesistente al Lame Bedje. La reception dell'albergo, appena ha avuto la possibilità di una camera più grande me l'ha data, credendo nella mia buona fede. Lo stesso malinteso era capitato nella vacanza che avevo fatto a Phuket, dove, però, alla fine dovetti pagare un sovrapprezzo. Veramente molto gentili in reception, come del resto tutto il personale del residence sempre disponibile.
