Just be sure that the count of guests staying in your room is accurate when you book. My family decided to go with me after I already booked the room, and I had to pay extra for them.

The garden is small but full of flowers and the swimming pool has jets on it to relax. And you are very near the Hollywood boulevard with lots of restaurants..

He provides many free items: bottles of water, soda, snacks, and anything else the traveler might have forgotten. Definitely a great find. I recommend it and will continue to rent on my future trips.

I can’t say enough about how the owners have gone “ over the top” to care for their guests. I liked absolutely everything. The place is so nice that I can’t believe they aren’t booked solid.
• Peter (10/5): - This is a unique place to stay. The "Boutique" name is appropriate. Our unit was small for the 2 of us, but generally comfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and the decor was contemporary. They included a lot of thoughful extras like snacks and beverages. There is no concierge but I've never stayed anywhere with so many choices of restaurants and different cuisines within walking distance.

Plates, pots, pans, silveware, coffee machine and a bunch of complimentary snacks, sodas and coffee. Also included everything you need in the bathroom. The outside area and the pool were also amazing. Within walking distance from downtown and a bunch of restaurants, bars and all different kinda of stores. Would recommend and We're definetly going back!!!

The proprietor, Eddie, was very attentive, but not intrusive with great attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom is comfy, and the unit was immaculate.

• suegV9617TZ (10/5): A Hidden Gem - This hotel is a real gem nestled in amongst the high rises of the Hollywood neighbourhood of Fort Lauderdale. It is a family owned and operated establishment. Super clean and comfortable accommodations with many thoughtful touches. The courtyard is beautiful tropical oasis with a heated swimming pool surrounded by lush foliage and plants. It's even lovelier after dark when all the twinkle lights are on. Our stay here was wonderful - highly recommended!!

The location is so convenient; just a few blocks to so many wonderful restaurants and also to a grocery store. Our unit was spacious and very relaxing in decor. It had everything we needed, especially all the little things that usually aren't available in units with kitchens. Things like baggies; storage containers; aluminum foil. And the "goodies - complimentary snacks and beverages. If we are back in the Hollywood area we would definitely stay here again.

Not only is this cute little quaint boutique hotel super clean but also better than Air BnB because you get the 5-star service! Fully stocked amenities, spacious guestroom and what made our stay memorable was Eddie the owner! He makes you feel you're home away from home with his hospitable charm! He's always there to make sure you're well taken care of. Best service ever! I've never really taken the time to write a review but this one particularly deserves the recognition! Definitely 1000% highly recommend!

• Joelle (10/5): A-M-A-Z-I-N-G secret Oasis in Hollywood downtown - A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. An Oasis in Hollywood downtown. Eddie and his wife made a little paradise. A real boutique hotel with 1BR apartments that have been renovated with taste and with incredible amenities and gadgets. When I read the reviews I was skeptical and wondered how can it be so much 10/10 comments. Well deserved. I would give a 12/10. This place is almost a secret to keep.
• PetePaula2011 (10/5): Look no further for a peaceful retreat 😊 - We could not have asked for a more hospitable host and a cleaner apartment which was like a home away from home. This hotel is located very conveniently to everything; the beach, Aventura mall, Hollywood area,easy access to Miami and very close to the Fort Lauderdale airport. Our host Eddie took his time upon our arrival to tour the grounds which showcased many different types of flowers and the plants surrounding the outside and the hot, jetted pool. He then took us on a complete tour and highlighted all the latest technology in the suite which ranged from speakers in the shower to stylish lighting to viewing the television via voice. He and his wife lovingly left lots of treats around the kitchen and it was exactly as though it was our own personal kitchen with every single apparatus available. The comfort we felt there was unrivaled to any other chain hotel that we would have normally stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning once we have to go back down there. The cameras everywhere so that you feel safe entering and leaving the property.

This Property only has four rooms and a kick ass swimming pool. It is heated, very relaxing and secluded. A little oasis in the middle of downtown Hollywood Florida. That’s Laura and Farrar around the property is gorgeous. Eddie, the host and owner, was very sweet to show us around the grounds and tells all about the different kinds of plants. He was very attentive and an excellent host. This little boutique hotel nestled in the middle of downtown beats any high-end, high rise hotel I’ve ever been to.

Because once you come in the gate you come in to one of the most serene areas I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. It’s like a tropical oasis. Full of beautiful flowers and ceramic figurines. Also has a heated pool with jets like a Jacuzzi and all kind of lounging spots around so peaceful and so serene. And the rooms are also outstandingly Beautiful and they provide everything you need. Including complementary basket of snacks every day fridge full of waters and sodas and teas coffees and hot cocoa‘s always available. These rooms literally provide all you will need to have a great vacation a Longwood beach chairs Umbrellas and games to play on the beach like football and beach balls they really provide everything even a shower outside for when you get out of the pool. I truly had an amazing time but what really topped it all off the host Eddie is a truly funny and amazing guy.

The owners are amazing and have taken such care in every detail to make sure your stay is amazing. One of the owners', Eddie, had a million and one funny stories to tell us and cracked us up! The pool/garden area is incredible! There are lush tropical plants, colored lights and ambiance and new things to look at with ever returning glance. Located in walking distance of the hot spots in downtown Hollywood! We will certainly return and encourage everyone to check out this genuine boutique hotel, (just not on the weekends we want to go, haha)!

• Verified traveler (10/5): A tiny gem in downtown Hollywood, FL - Eddie & Vee take great care of this one of a kind property and their guests. There are only 4 units here, each with it's own unique design theme. There were more complimentary items than any hotel I've ever stayed at...coffee, bottled water, soda, juice, an abundance of snacks, toiletries, etc. Our Villa came with two huge TV's, each with over 10,000 channels from all around the world. The villa was immaculate and featured a full kitchen. The pool is heated to 90 degrees, and includes a built in hot tub. The court yard surrounding the pool features a beautiful jungle of various trees, plants and flowers from around the world. This is a perfect little gem for a weekend away, but is also comfortable and accommodating enough for an extended stay. Can't say enough good things about this property and it's owners. I'm very glad to have chosen to stay here and plan to return again!

The owner communicated well and provided excellent assistance with my late arrival. The major problem I had was it was TERRIBLY disappointing to see the room listed on Expedia for $100 per night only to be billed $213.00 with the extra $113.00 being "taxes and fees"
