It was beautiful, great location, happy friendly staff, we were upgraded to a larger room with the most comfortable beds and choice of pillows and lovely bedding Beautiful bathroom and spotlessly clean everywhere . Everything you could possibly want provided in the room and a free welcome glass of champagne offered on arrival. Then the breakfast!!! Has to be the best experience ever. Never have I seen so much choice of fresh delicious food available! Even a chocolate fountain if you wanted to dip your fruit The hotel, as a surprise , played happy birthday to my daughter at breakfast and presented her a cake with candle while everyone smiled and clapped . Even the lift has built in safety features so only guests can use it This truly was the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I will definitely be going back and recommending this to my friends for the best experience ever

Hotel urejen, sobe imajo (ne vem če vse) kuhinjo, z vsem kar potrebuješ v slučaju da bi želel kaj skuhati. Osebje izjemno prikazno. Edina recimo temu negativna stvar je parkiranje. Hotel nudi sicer podzemno garažo, ampak je v primeru malo večjega avtomobila kar precej izziv priti not in ven (zavit, precej strm dostop).

- Ante (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt hat. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt hat. Das Frühstück war insgesamt ganz ok, aber nicht sehr umfangreich. Es gab nur eine Sorte Salami, und Spiegeleier müssen extra bezahlt werden. Der Spa-Bereich ist vorhanden und grundsätzlich angenehm, allerdings kostet ein Bademantel zusätzlich.

- Daria (8/5): тапочки в номер хотя бы по запросу стоит предложить - роскошный завтрак, очень очень вкусно все! Удобная кровать, но на подушках спать невозможно. Для меня это не проблема. в номере не было тапочек. Впервые я не взяла свои сланцы и была уверена, что в отелях такого уровня они будут. но нет, хотя есть спа, куда мы не попали в итоге. Воду в номер не ставят, но можно набрать на 1 этаже в лобби.

- Niels (9/5): Aangenaam hotel met super ontbijt en super vriendelijke bediening. - Super vriendelijke bediening. Ze stonden altijd klaar om te helpen. Mooi proper hotel met lekker ontbijt. De jacuzzi en sauna waren zeker een leuke extra. Ik kan geen negatieve zaken opsommen.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay, hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good Easy location, close to public transport The only thing I’d like is some body lotion in the room and not having to go to reception for shower caps etc, can be a bit inconvenient

- Angel David (9/5): Convenient and comfortable - I loved this little studio which actually didn't feel anything small at all. It had a large couch to sit on, a fully equipped kitchenette and a large comfy bed. The off-site room is just a couple of meters away, so also for getting breakfast is just convinient. For the price, I think it was fair value! Location was convenient and accessible, but do mind this is 25min walk to the riverfront. I wish I had stayed on the actual hotel site, but then again is just two houses away. There's little to no view to enjoy from the sixth floor facing the street.

- Giovagnoli (10/5): Unexpected extra charge at check-out. - It is my family’s favorite hotel, and every time we arrive in Budapest it is our first choice, because it truly deserves its 4+ stars through its cleanliness, everything it offers, and the delicious breakfast. This time, however, I was disappointed compared to our previous stays. As usual, we arrived with our dog, but unlike the other times, no pet fee was requested at check-in. In the morning, I was told that the receptionist had not noticed the dog, which is why the fee had not been charged, and then I was asked to pay it. I do not appreciate this kind of surprise at check-out.

- Anna (10/5): Wyjątkowy pobyt! - Zdecydowanie najlepszy hotel w jakim byliśmy. Pokój był duży, czysty, bardzo cichy. Łóżko wygodne, podróżowaliśmy z synem dla którego przygotowane było pojedyncze łóżko, ale spał z nami i zmieściliśmy się bez problemu. Śniadania pyszne i zróżnicowane, codziennie było coś innego. Obsługa w tym hotelu to największy skarb, bardzo nam pomogli przy wcześniejszym zameldowaniu, przechowali i wnieśli do pokoju nasze bagaże. Będziemy miło wspominać pobyt w Budapeszcie. Pozdrawiamy panią Karolinę z recepcji!

Meeega flott!!! Kann nichts beanstanden, war alles wirklich top!

- gemelt (9/5): - Doručak je bio vrlo dobar i raznovrstan, relativno blizu centra grada,ali Uber i Bolt vas mogu odvesti za par minuta do centra ako vam se ne hoda. Čisto je i uredno, velike i komotne sobe. Hotel je smješten u mirnoj ulici tako da nema ni buke. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno i susretljivo
