• NIKOLAOS (7/5): Επαρκές αλλά όχι cost effective. - Τοποθεσία πολύ καλή δίπλα στο Financial District. Είμασταν 3 άτομα, το δωμάτιο μόλις ανοίξει το sofa bed δεν έχει χώρο να κινηθείς ούτε να βάλεις βαλίτσες. Ενώ η κράτηση ήταν για 3 άτομα δεν είχε ανοίξει και δεν ήταν έτοιμο το sofa bed. Μας έφεραν σε δεύτερο χρόνο σεντόνια μαξιλάρι και κουβέρτα να τα φιάξουμε μόνοι μας, όχι το προσωπικό. Μείναμε 3 βράδυα, την τρίτη μέρα δεν καθάρισαν καθόλου το δωμάτιο χωρίς να έχουμε πινακίδα μην ενοχλείτε. Μετά την επισήμανση στη reception μας έφεραν πετσέτες. Φυσικά δεν άλλαξαν σεντόνια. Πρωινό με περιορισμένες επιλογές

Breakfast was the same free breakfast you get anywhere else but it served our purpose. However, my only complaint is we would get intermittent lights.. sometimes the lights would work in the bathroom and kitchenette area and sometimes Not! We were only there 21/2 days and mostly not in the room only to sleep so we dealt with it😏We loved New York and this will definitely be our go to Hotel when in New York.

La chambre est très fonctionnelle, avec son frigo, sa plaque de cuisson, son micro onde et son lave vaisselle. La salle de bain est grande et très propre. L'emplacement est top, à 2 pas des stations de métro. Nous avons passé un super séjour. C'était dommage de ne pas avoir de vraie fenêtre dans la chambre.

• Valentijn (8/5): Goed en rustig gelegen hotel met goede OV verbindingen - Goede locatie met veel openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden zoals metrostations en op Broadway veel busverbindingen. Rustiger gelegen en dus minder geluidsoverlast. Goede bedden en ontbijt was goed. De entree is vrij simpel. Lobby is op hogere etage gelegen. Ontbijt is elke eigenlijk hetzelfde op een enkele items na, dus meer variëteit is welkom.

Paguei ambos e utilizei apenas um.

For one night it was ok The staff was not ok. I still wait ( for a month) for my invoice on the company s name though I called many times and send more than 10 emails and told them also at the reception. In vane.

• Zoe (7/5): Expensive for what it was - Loved the location of the property and the bed was nice and comfy, with toiletries included and staff were nice and friendly The breakfast room was absolute hell, people stood around blocking all the food because the room was too small and even when you got the food there was nowhere to sit. It would’ve been nice if water could’ve been placed in rooms for the price of this hotel. Also we tried to add an extra guest on before staying and it was absolutely impossible to do and was just repeatedly ignored by the Marriott team so that’s quite bad customer service.

Nelle vicinanze ci sono moltissimi ristoranti, almeno un paio di supermercati e tante attrazioni da visitare (memorial 9/11, wall street etc etc), la fermata della metro è dietro l'angolo a non più di 20 metri dalla porta dell'hotel e dà accesso a diverse linee che collegano benissimo con tutti gli altri punti di interesse (non abbiamo mai dovuto cambiare metro per raggiungere una destinazione). L'accoglienza è cordiale e professionale. la stanza è sufficientemente grande anche se la nostra aveva un affaccio un po' sfortunato. potrebbero migliorare la colazione a buffet aumentando la varietà del cibo proposto.

• Damian (8/5): Gran Ubicación - La ubicación es excelente y la habitación cumplió las expectativas. Tiene una pequeña cocina completamente equipada. EL desayuno es muy básico y hay que tener cuidado a las horas punta porque no hay sitio.
• Vivienne (5/5): Adequate, but very expensively - It was only one of the hotels that had a twin room. Clean, but very very hot. Rather bizarrely there was a huge fridge freezer in the room that made a terrible buzzing noise. I finally managed to turn the whole machine off. Breakfast was terrible.
• Francesco (6/5): Centrale ma decisamente migliorabile - Centralità e vicinanza alle principali metro La pulizia scarseggiava: al nostro arrivo era presente la spazzatura dei precedenti ospiti e durante il soggiorno la camera ed il bagno sono stati puliti in maniera davvero superficiale. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato per te, solo il letto matrimoniale era stato preparato mentre il divano letto lo abbiamo dovuto fare noi. Altra cosa: le pentole presenti non erano adatte alla piastra ad induzione; ne abbiamo chieste di compatibili e ne hanno portata una soltanto sporchissima. La colazione inoltre aveva davvero poca scelta e varietà.
• Maria Teresa (9/5): Cómodo para todo - Éramos 4 y el tamaño de la habitación fue perfecto,cómodas las camas,un baño amplio y zona de cocina con una gran nevera,microondas y todo lo necesario para cocinar,aunque no lo usamos estaba muy bien.Ubicación perfecta al lado del metro,andando al ferry de la Estatua, Zona Cero,Oculus, sitios para comer o para comprar comida. En cuanto al desayuno,mejor de lo que esperaba,teniendo en cuenta que es distinto a cualquier desayuno de hotel en Europa,el café estaba muy rico,había fruta,huevos revueltos y cocidos,bagels,etc.Por cierto, podías llevarte alguna cosa para media mañana,a mí me daba la vida una manzana a esas horas. La limpieza de nuestra habitación muy muy bien. El personal muy amable Por poner algo,me hubiera gustado que hubiera algo de embutido tipo jamón york o queso para desayunar.

• Helen (7/5): Nice staff, good location, expensive and poor breakfast - Good location, close to subway and room was quite spacious We arrived late at night (midnight) and despite me messaging ahead the sofa bed wasn’t made up. I was told someone would come immediately but after 30 minutes when I went to ask at reception it was clear that the request hadn’t been made. The mattress on the sofa bed wasn’t very thin and unusable. I was told they were all the same. Eventually the next day we were given a second mattress which made it more comfortable. Breakfast was also poor for the price and when food ran out before 9:00 it wasn’t replenished.

• PrakashJ08 (4/5): Undisclosed Destination Fee - Stayed at Residence Inn New York Downtown Manhattan / World Trade Center Area recently and had a disappointing experience with their billing transparency. While the stay itself was otherwise fine, I was charged a mandatory “Destination Fee” (~$25–29 per night) that was NOT included in the total booking price and, more importantly, was never communicated at check-in. I was only told that a refundable $100 security deposit would be held on my card. This fee was later deducted from that deposit without any prior explanation. The hotel claims the fee is disclosed in fine print on booking platforms, but from a guest perspective, this is not sufficient. Mandatory charges like this should be clearly included in the total price or explicitly explained at check-in — neither of which happened. They also mentioned that I “used the benefits” (like a small market credit), but this was never explained during the stay. Had I known I was being charged upfront for these, I would have made different choices. I raised this multiple times with the hotel and Marriott, but no resolution was offered. Overall takeaway: Be very careful with pricing here — the final cost may be higher than what you see at booking, and key charges may not be transparently communicated during your stay.

• lorik2000 (10/5): Gem - Jorge at the bar was the BEST! Try his special coffee old fashioned - chefs kiss. What a gem in the financial district and close to so much. We were able to secure two rooms for my family behind a locked door which was great. The rooms are huge and the service was great.

With breakfast finishing at 10 and no hot food was available . We also requested that the sofa bed be made up ahead of our arrival with a duvet abd pillows. It wasn't. No additional duvet so we ended up with just a blanket on one of the beds as no other bedding available

The hotel is equipped with a range of amenities, including a kitchen that features a microwave. The rooms have been designed to exude a residential ambience. The hotel offers excellent in-house service, including housekeeping and a dedicated breakfast area. The restrooms located in the public areas, and the lobby has been designed to prioritise style and hygiene. The cleanliness of the room, lobby and laundry room was found to be excellent! Also, The breakfast is of a good quality. Nearby Fulton station maybe not very safe for girl and solo travers in the mid-night. Choose another station.

• T4440FFolivers (10/5): FANTASTIC - This was a fantastic hotel, from the room to the staff, it was excellent. The room was big, with 2 beds and a pull out sofa with still plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay. The shower is massive and has really good water pressure. Room does not fog up that much which is nice considering you can get the shower pretty hot. It’s the biggest room I have stayed at in NYC and possibly my favorite (between this and marquis I cannot decide) Great Job to everyone involved with this hotel. Everyone should be proud of the excellent product

I have stayed at this property multiple times between October 2025 and March 2026, often for 1–2 weeks at a time due to work travel. His drinks were perfectly made and he had such a great attitude. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. Noi italiani siamo abituati a una colazione più dolce e non c'era neppure un mini croissant, solo un tipo di muffin confezionato (sempre lo stesso tutte le mattine), solo due tipi di pane e solo un tipo di marmellata. Neppure il salato era tanto.. il bacon (da abbinare alle uova strapazzate) era servito a giorni alterni.

• Anna Faber (9/5): polecam ten hotel - Podobało mi się, że śniadanie można było wziąć na wynos, dobra lokalizacja hotelu blisko wielu atrakcji, pokój był duży, możliwość rejsu do Statuy Wolności w ramach voucheru od hotelu. Nie podobało mi się, że w zmywarce i szafkach kuchennych były brudne naczynia, a w szufladzie brudne sztućce, mimo że na blacie stała kartka z napisem, że naczynia zostały umyte. Dziwne, że naczynia nie są myte po każdym gościu. Niedobre pieczywo na śniadanie i mało zdrowych opcji do wyboru na śniadanie.
