While the Beach House is being repaired on the first floor from the fall storm, we were able to stay on the 2nd floor. We will come back. It is well centralized. You can walk to everything if you needed to.
- Sarah (10/5): - Robert was the most welcoming, fabulous property host that i have ever met. He knows the area like the back of his hand. We had great conversation and made sure every day that we were good.
The property itself is so close to the beach, john pass, walkable to groceries, stores and restaurants. I am so happy we experienced the stay.

- Virginia (10/5): - The Beach House is conveniently located on Gulf Blvd. in Treasure Island, Florida. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and have refrigerators, microwaves and hot plates. Robert, the property manager, is wonderful. He is helpful and a great resource for dining options and things to do. This was our third stay, and we plan to stay again next year.
- Michael (10/5): - I booked a room here last minute and it was by far the cheapest option in the area that was walking distance to the beach. The room was very clean and felt much roomier in person than in the pictures. Robert was also super accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable hotel near the beach.
- Douglas (10/5): - Thus is an older motel style lodging. We liked it for the nostalgia. The beach was a very short walk behind the motel. Robert was wonderful and provided a lot of info about the area. We love to walk and walked to and from John's pass a couple times. There was also a wonderful walking path along the beach.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Very nice and convenient location.
- Ramona (8/5): - Did not have hot water to take shower and the bathroom was very very small
- Linda (8/5): - Robert was the best and so helpful

- Nathan (10/5): - Robert was a great host at check in. He got me comfortable with the area immediately and had everything prepped. Property is literally just off the beach which is exactly what i was looking for.
- Mary (6/5): Close to beach and John’s Pass - Location is close to John’s Pass. Good beac walking on Madiera Beach and Treasure Island.

- Rhiannon (10/5): - Great place to stay in Treasure Island. Robert was friendly and attentive. The hotel location is ideal to walk around Treasure Island and Madeira Beach as well as to drive to Tampa. The location is well cared for and a 2 minute walk to the beach access. Remember when staying here it was built in the 50's and was just through 2 hurricanes. Thank you for making our 2024 Christmas great.
- William (10/5): - Excellent small boutique hotel
- Melissa (10/5): - We were in town to visit family. This property is seconds from the beach by a boardwalk. There was great communication between the manager and us. He was very personable. Always ready to answer any questions and gave us ideas on where we could go around town that would be open due to the hurricane damage. Also had a couple menus in the unit for food ideas.
- Agustin (10/5): Beach stay - It’s a wonderful little beach apt but has everything one needs for a couple of days. Robert the manager was terrific and accommodating.
Hopefully, soon they can recover from Hurricane Helene and re open first floor.
Perfect beach access.
We had a car and drove out to St Pete and Tampa.
- Angela (10/5): Girls Trip! - It was an amazing stay! Perfect location. Clean updated rooms. Nice porch outside-good view. Really enjoyable. Robert the host was very hospitable and helpful!! Will stay again.

- David (10/5): Great Small Beach Accommodations! - Two-story older motel style building. Nice updated renovations in great condition. Kitchens, futon in sitting area. Small renovated bathroom. Very clean.
- Michael (10/5): Very nice location - A great location very close to the nice beach. Due to the passed storms, everything has changed. The owner Robert was so nice and communicative! The Hotel has some issues caused by the storms, but Robert made the best out of it. We can recommend the Hotel.
- brian (10/5): - This was just what we needed! Our room was nicely appointed and very clean. Location was just steps to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk at Johns Pass. Robert made us feel very welcome and well cared for! Would definitely stay again! NOTE: the town is in recovery from the recent hurricanes, but there are plenty of places that have reopened and that are very happy to have visitors back!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - They just recovered from 2 hurricanes and were amazing! This property is perfect for anyone wanting to be close to the beach. Onsite parking and close to restaurants!
- Hugh (10/5): Beach House - Remember, they just went through two hurricanes the whole first floor gutted on the second floor. It was 100% spotless, clean they were no odors or anything which is very surprising. They’re doing the best they can. They don’t have any beach towels or anything, but give them a couple more weeks and everything should be fine.
- Cristina (10/5): - Loved the colors and decor of the room. Right next to the water.
- Natasha (10/5): - My stay was peaceful, comfortable and affordable! I especially appreciated the host! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the entire island! I want to say thank you for all your kindness! My room was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and had all the conveniences I needed.

The rooms were painted in bright beach colors and decorated in beach decor. It was equipped with everything you would need for any length of stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available, if needed. It was only a 1/2 block walk to the bridge to access the beach. We lived on Treasure Island for 5 years about 6 years ago. We now live in Downtown St. Pete and wanted to stay of Treasure Island again. It was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. We will be returning in a couple of months; and, definitely will be staying at the Beach House Hotel. We would highly recommend the Beach House Hotel.

- Wilson (10/5): - everything was perfect! Will definitely be returning multiple times a year. Wonderful get away!
- Scotty (10/5): Definitely coming back! - From the moment we arrived, we could see this was an older Motel that somehow survived all the new construction (condos, resorts, luxury homes), and we could soon see why. The manager was very friendly and greeted us with laughter and great advice on where to go for dinner, drinks or just things to do nearby. The room was really cute and more importantly, clean! There was a small refrigerator which was perfect for our short stay. The beach was 30 yards away and not overly packed with people. It was a really nice mix of adults and families with plenty of room for all to enjoy. We are definitely coming back!
- Taylor (10/5): Highly Recommend - Would highly recommend staying at the beach house, the host Robert is very helpful from check in to check out and gives great recommendations. Room was nice, clean, and has everything you need from a fridge and freezer to microwave and silverware. Great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, excursions, and shopping. Especially for the price you can’t beat this place, I would definitely stay here again!
- brandon (10/5): Love the Beach house! Great management! - This was one of the best experiences I have ever had traveling.
Robert who runs the hotel is amazing and accommodating. The property is clean the beds are comfortable everything about the experience was top knotch!
We will be back!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place to stay with family. Great service. Very close to the beach. 🏖️
- Richard (10/5): - Robert the manager, made our stay even more pleasent. It rained one day and he sent us an email with things to do in the area.
The hotel is old Florida, but it was very clean and smelled fresh. Nice linens and big towels. Would stay there again.
- William (10/5): - Good
- Donna (10/5): - Super close to beach!
- Lynn M (10/5): - It’s so cute quaint . Rooms are clean decorated nicely . Beach within steps of property. We loved it
- Laura (10/5): - The rooms were very clean. They have a kitchenette with a bigger refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Property is very convenient to the beach. You don’t even have to cross any streets with your beach stuff. Robert, in the office, was very helpful in making suggestions on things to do in the area. Bathrooms are a little small and need updating, but were still clean. Great little place for a quick getaway. I would stay there again .
- cyndy (8/5): impromptu trip - we were offered the use of a beach umbrella at no charge....the umbrella needs to be trashed, it was broken.
- annmarie (10/5): - Our short stay at the Beach House Hotel was lovley.
The room was very clean and spacious. We had all the amenities that you need for a nice beach stay. The distance to the beach is incredible. Robert, manager and all around everything guy was great. Very friendly and helpful. I will be sure to keep it in mind when I go back to the area.
- Chris (10/5): Hidden Gem - Our stay was great! It was the perfect place for a long weekend! The best part was the service! The manager of the hotel was amazing! He was very welcoming and provided us with information you can’t learn on line. He gave recommendations of restaurants and some must sees in the area!
The hotel overall was clean but the shower ceiling did have some mold. Even though beach chairs and umbrellas were given as a curtesy, they all were old, falling apart, and rusty.
My overall recommendation wouks be to definitely stay here again!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location! - Last minute booking was expecting a dive! Surprisingly the front desk gentleman was very kind and helpful! Clean and quite comfortable room. Would recommend!
- Stacey (10/5): - Awesome lil place
- Amy (10/5): - The Beach House Hotel is very cozy, nicely updated, and beachy. It is a very close walk to the beach and the tiki bar next door. It was a great adjunct to our friends staying at that property. Robert was acceptionally friendly and accomadating!
- Charles (10/5): Best hotel in St Pete - A nice place to eat, sleep and play on the beach. I’d love to own this gem! It may not have all the amenities of a larger hotel but warm, friendly staff and a lot less of a price of the larger hotels.
- Gerald (2/5): - Nothing like the photos, small not a hotel rather an extremely small room with no amenities. For a kitchenette unwashed dishes and it keeps going on.
Extremely expensive for what was advertised
- michael (10/5): - Robert was awesome manager and hotel was close to everything.
- Gary (10/5): An island treasure. - This is a gem of an old school Florida hotel. Situated steps from the beach and within walking distance of everything you could need. Friendly, helpful manager and funky beach deor made this a pleasureable stay. Well equiped and comfortable. Great value.
- Suzanne (10/5): - Great location and the host was excellent.
- Virginia (10/5): - This is our second stay at the Beach House. We like that the beach is a short walk. There are several restaurants that are within walking distance. It’s quiet and parking is right in front.
- Kathleen (8/5): - The property was well kept and a small, quaint hotel. Robert was very friendly and informative. The beach is steps away and even John's Pass was a nice walk .
- April (10/5): - Owner was friendly and super helpful. VERY close to beach access
- Michael (2/5): - Lack of staff, difficult to get checked in.not everyone is together 100percent of the time. What kind of place doesn't have any staff on site at check in time? Awful check in method
