La dirección no te lleva a la recepción que realmente queda en la esquina; tardamos un poco en encontrarla. El personal de recepción es poco amable, también el del desayuno. Aunque se menciona que el hotel tiene parqueadero, hay que pagar 20 dólares extra por cada día de alojamiento; esto no se menciona al momento de la reserva. En la mañana vi varios carros que no lo pagaron con multas de 70 dólares. A pesar de o anterior, volvería por su ubicación.

I stayed for 3 days nobody came in to clean our room at all those 3 days. i told one of the staff that i need my room cleaned she said okay shell get to it and she never did. This is not good service at all. Our room was filled with sand and nobody helped

Das Personal an der Rezeption war beim Check-in weder freundlich noch hilfsbereit. Beim Check-out hingegen verlief alles positiv. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist es inakzeptabel, Plastikbesteck und -geschirr zu verwenden. Der Frühstücksbereich war sehr eng, sodass sich die Gäste kaum bewegen konnten. Zudem war die Auswahl begrenzt und viele Speisen waren schnell vergriffen. Die Mitarbeiterin, die für das Nachfüllen des Buffets zuständig war, wirkte überfordert und wurde dadurch zunehmend unfreundlich. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, sie um Hilfe bitten zu können. Ich reise viel um die Welt und habe eine solche Erfahrung bisher noch nie gemacht. Ich bin kein komplizierter Gast, aber Freundlichkeit und ein gewisser Standard sollten selbstverständlich sein.

- Federico Andres (4/5): Para recomendar a mi suegra - A metros de la playa y de bares y restaurantes en una zona muy linda Hospedaje viejo, mal mantenido, cero inversión. Extremadamente oneroso en relación a sus instalaciones. No se presta ningún tipo de servicio ni atención al huésped más que la limpieza del apartamento, el cual cuando lo recibimos tenía arena en el piso. El personal de recepción no se mueve del front desk ni con orden judicial. El trato no es amable. Siempre hay cola hasta para tratar el más mínimo pedido o reclamo. Desayuno básico, casi todo harinas y lo peor que todo de paquete, nada de cocina o artesanal. Salvo la playa y la ubicación, un alojamiento para recomendar a tu enemigo

Instead of the king bed and sofa bed, there was a king bed and two chairs. Made it difficult and complicated. Housekeeping was nonexistent, the manager seemed nice.

- Kristy (1/5): - It's close to the beach. It's mostly clean but make sure you wear something on your feet, floors are horrific. Management is absolutely horrible, disrespectful, discriminating. Understaffed. They absolutely don't care about any guests or their needs, just how many dollars they can get out of you. If you book with a third party like a smart person, they treat you like literal trash.

The breakfast attendant let about 5 people in no problem and then stopped my mother and I and asked for our room key in order to get their “complimentary breakfast” which was crammed into the tiniest room possible anyway. We ended up not eating at the hotel because of how we were treated. Too many cars for parking spots and you pay extra for them as it is. Parking has extremely tight spaces.

Which we did not enjoy because the check in took so long , over an hr , and it got dat already . Unacceptable check in times , over 90 min in line to check in . Long line in a small office . The place is run down , the floors are loose , no isolation , we could hear people speaking next door .

I booked this room for the party of six I was with. So when we arrived, there was no place for the 3rd couple to sleep and last minute they had to book a different nearby hotel. Very disappointing.

Especially because we arrived at 1am in the morning to a place that I was not familiar with. Thank you for being there. We paid for parking and extended parking. Due to the popularity of the location, there were no HBH parking available Saturday night when I got back from a great time at the Casino (Yay!!!) and I got a parking Citation. :-P I will gladly stay with HBH again especially because of the location to the Boardwalk, Beach, Restaurants and Stores. :-)

- Bruce (8/5): Clean,convenient with a few quirks - Everything was good, except there was only bright overhead light in the middle of the room. No lamps next to either bed. There was also no phone in the room so the only way to reach the office was to walk over.

Housekeeping never showed up during our stay to replaces towels or restock toiletries. We had a roll of toilet paper for 2 days & the same towels as day 1. I stopped one of the housekeepers coming out of the building & asked for toilet paper & clean towels. Not sure of her name, but she said she would return with the items & she never did. We did not leave a tip due to the issue. Overall, I’d rate the place 8 of 10.

- Alexandra (6/5): - The check in process even with 3 employees (friendly) was awful…..almost 40 min wait. The breakfast in morning was displayed in a very cheap fashion, and finishing especially on a weekend, at 9:15 instead of 10am. There should be “quiet” hours in the the center courts (patios) by 11pm at least instead of hearing groups talking loudly outside. Mattresses & sheets were cheap sponglike. Proximity to beach & parking was the ONLY good thing. Overall, cheap. Hopefully the staff’s response to this review is not the same exact “script” that they write on all others, instead take appropriate action to enhance the quality.

- Maria (6/5): - 1. Limited parking – On our first night, we couldn’t find any available parking near our room. Everything was fully occupied, so we had to park on another street, which I believe also belongs to the property. We had to walk all the way with our luggage and kids to our room. Note that you’re charged an additional parking fee for each night, so if you’ve booked and prepaid for a room, you’d expect parking to be more convenient and closer—not on another “block.” 2. Room not cleaned – We stayed for four nights, and our room was not cleaned even once during our stay. 3. Included breakfast – The breakfast consisted of very cheap products and wasn’t suitable for small children. Some of the dairy items were close to being spoiled—they already had a noticeable smell while we were there. 4. Overall condition – The entire property seems to be poorly maintained. The only positive aspect was the location—it’s very close to the beach.
