From start to finish, the catering and service met all of our expectations and played a major role in the success of our event. A special thank you goes to Kylie Fox, Sales Manager, whose organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our event ran smoothly. Chef Jeff and his team delivered exceptional meals—everything was fresh, well-prepared, and received rave reviews from our attendees. We were also incredibly impressed with the service staff: Nora, Jessica, Heidi, Nancy and Tanner. They were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our guests’ needs. Their friendly attitudes and seamless service made a lasting impression on everyone in attendance. It’s clear that the Baymont team takes great pride in their work. Rux (3/5): - Good Truck Parking Needs to be updated!! Took three times to get into a room. 1st room key did not work so had to walk from one end to the other with bags in tow to get a different key. Still did not work so made the trip again, gave me a different room at far end again, when the door opened someone was already in that room so another trip to the desk. One hour and three tries to get a room.

Parking lot needed repaying and strips. Know shops open restaurant and bar closed. Did not see snack or pop machine though. Carla (1/5): I would never stay there again! Nor would I recommend it to anyone . - Breakfast was okay. The manager moved us to a better room when I asked, due to the fact the room we initially got was horrible. The mattress was ancient and full of lumps. The headboard had vinyl that was peeling off. The halls and entryways were filthy as was the elevator. I don’t think any of it has been vacuumed in the last decade. The first room we were in didn’t have any bath towels and had vinyl pealing off the headboard. The chair in the room was so badly stained I didn’t even want to put my luggage on it let alone sit there. After asking for a better room, we had to use the elevator. It was very scary. It made horrific sounds and shook all the way to the third floor.

Mold and nasty smell throughout the building. Thin walls and can hear neighbors. Entry doors are not secured.

Angela (6/5): Pros and cons - The cons: The King bed was hard, the pillows weren’t much better, the tub/shower didn’t drain, and when there was a party breaking loose from 2:30-4am in the hall and in all surrounding rooms no one would answer the phone for the front desk and the front desk button on our room phone was broken!! 😡 The pro’s: nice gentleman during the day at front desk, temperature was comfortable, large hotel room fridge, fun pool and nice looking bar but didn’t have time to check out the bar.

Rebecca (3/5): The place needs a good cleaning and updated - Location Front desk guy was rude, carpet was wet in our room in the morning because it was raining. Sheets were paper thin you could see through them. Beds olds uncomfortable. Need a warmer blanket on the bed. Lights switches by sink were filthy. Buckets in the lobby catching rain. Breakfast was good, friendly lady that ran the breakfast area. It was kinda odd to have a tip jar in the breakfast area though. Its sad that the hotel owners doesn’t fix the roof and keep up the property. The elevator was filthy and the garbage by the door into the building by door 2 were stuffed. Hallway carpets need to be steam cleaned. We will not be back. Its too bad it could be really nice.

At about 830am the cleaning guy tried to enter, thank god we had the saftey bolt on. Breakfast was excellent, huge selection. Clean and nice but odd experiece we had.

I booked here because the Expedia pictures gave the impression the property was well kept, outside of our check-in,everything else was disgusting. Dirty, noisy, and it smelled like a pot festival, even at 2:30 in the morning when I took our dogs out to go potty. Stay away!

In the hallway outside our room there were buckets to catch the water dripping from the roof, because it was raining. The elevator was very dirty. Our rooms bathroom had a bad smell and the tub was not well cleaned. This was not a good experience.
Andrew (2/5): - Decided to stay here based on the property photos. I thought it looked ok and was reasonably priced. I should've read the reviews... The property was extremely dirty, smelled like a wet dog, and everything felt damp. The entryway was disgusting and there was dog crap on the sidewalk outside the entrance, this was my first hint that this was going to be bad. Being it was a quick overnight we just sucked it up and slept on top of the covers and bailed out quick in the morning. I'm not fussy and will occasionally surprise my wife with a stay at a motel as long as it's clean, but this hotel took the prize for being the worst place I have ever stayed! When finally going through reviews it appears that most positive reviews are from people coming for events and not staying in the rooms. So good job to the catering staff and do better to the management and cleaning staff, take some pride and clean this place up...
Lauren (10/5): Pet tested-kids approved-nautically nice - We booked during transit, rolled in at 1am because we just couldn't drive any further, had 2 dogs and 3 cranky preteens, and was so thankful for this amazing hotel.
Randy (2/5): - Room was clean. Only gave two towels for a double bed room. Asked for more and they didn’t have any extras. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast area was nice but shoes stuck to the floor. Pool was nice and clean. Hallways smelled of urine and elevator was filthy and old. Did notice that they are trying to upgrade items but it’s not done completely and leaves a rundown look.

Adam (2/5): This place needs some major renovation & cleaning! - It served its purpose, it got me out of my mom’s house for a few days but gawd!!! Clean this place!! It’s filthy all along the baseboards! I’m pretty sure there was brain matter painted over on my wall. Headboard was torn, down behind the box springs and the headboard had like a quarter inch deep dust and hair! The drain on the tub took like two hours to drain the tub after I took a shower. I mean good grief! They’ve probably made a billion dollars since opening!! Do some remodeling in the rooms! Some bigger tv’s! SOMETHING!! This stay sucked but still put up with it to escape my surroundings!!

Lyle (4/5): - This place needs a complete remodel. I will never stay here again unless it’s completely remodeled. Everything in our room was old, especially in the bathroom. The hallways had wallpaper coming off and the exterior doors by our room were disgusting with finger prints all over them. I can NOT recommend this place until it gets a complete remodel. Staff seemed friendly but never asked how our stay was when we checked out. I think they knew better

Lundquist (1/5): Won't be back - We did not stay as the room smelled smokey and one of our persons is asthmatic. The hotel was sub-par in its cleanliness. We requested a full refund. The facility was very dirty and the room smelled like smoke. We have a family member r who is asthmatic and c I understand not tolerate the smell.

Drew (3/5): Needs some fine tuning and some TLC. - Front desk people were polite. We reserved a crib. And they didn't have one. Kids side of the pools didn't work. No towels available at the pool. Room was super hot, asked about it and was switched rooms. Ac seemed to partially work the first night but then stopped working and it was hot the next day and night. The room we were moved too wasn't cleaned well. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet. And there was bobby pins on the floor. Smelled like marijuana in the halls. Fire alarm went off on the first night of the stay due to a person pulling the alarm handle.

Tamiblonde_12 (2/5): Nasty, old hotel! - We stayed here overnight to attend a wedding and this is where the block of rooms was set up. I definitely would have booked somewhere else if I had known that this was the old Seven Seas hotel. This hotel is so old and gross looking. It needs an update bad. Coming back after the reception, there were broken beer bottles in front of the door. Hallways were stained and dirty. The elevator was old, dirty with stained carpeting.
Resort587693 (2/5): Horrible stay would not recommend - This hotel is horrible! Everything is filthy and broken down. Holes in the walls and ceilings. Carpets are filthy and never vacuumed in the hallways. Garbage overflowing. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Even my 16 year old daughter sunk into the middle. Hot tub wasn’t hot at all and only a couple jets worked. No towels in the pool area. Was told if I checked out early I would still be charged the entire stay. Asked for the manager to call and never received a call.
