There were some outdoor seating areas which we didn't use, but they looked quite pleasant. Carpet and sofa were dirty . Beds and pillows were not great.

We got locked out 2nd day as they asked if we were extending our stay-i let them know we had paid for 2 nights. Tiny breakfast room was decent and a nice addition-reasonable hours (hostess very quiet).., housekeeping did not show up 2nd day (not sure if that was included?), Room was rather tired looking, a bit of odour, my husband dropped a bottle cap that fell behind the headboard but he would not retrieve it because of the thick accumulation of dust. Beds were decently comfortable. Property was quiet and a great location, close to the area we were visiting, access to restaurants/shopping etc. Good amount of parking. Reasonable price for what was included. please see above.

The room was very clean, well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The location was really convenient - both for dinner the night before (walking distance to restaurants) and for the drive to the airport in the morning. This is the second time we have booked one of our crew members here and we will do it again.

Recently renovated bathroom, so bright and clean. Staff very accommodating (we needed our big bag of therapeutic icepacks to freeze, they let us use their big freezer). Appreciated the location of our room to the handicap parking spot. Hotel beds are never comfortable, this one was a bit too soft (but that’s just personal preference). Handicap bathroom? Except for the largeness (liked that part!), it wasn’t great was that the grab bars for the toilet were on the wall BEHIND the toilet. Completely useless. Height of toilet too low for a handicapped person. Fridge froze everything we put into it (not the freezer which needed defrost, the actual fridge part).
jeansQ9476EW (4/5): Bathroom for handicapped people - We stayed 2 nights in a handicap room #301. The room was adequate, it had been repainted recently. The bathroom was enormous, new and spotless. The shower was euipped with grab bars and a stool. However the toilet was another story! I'm still trying to figure out why the grab bars were behind the toilet, although one was beside the toilet, but too far back to be of any use! The toilet itself wasn't raised, it was a normal height. It was very difficult for me to get up off of the toilet, with nothing to hang onto except my walker. We would not stay there again because of the difficulty in the bathroom. The manager let us put our ice packs in the freezer, which we appreciated, as we both need them for pain.

Because I had to leave the motel prior to breakfast would be served, I asked if I could have a few snack items the night before and these were happily given to me: yogurt and fruit :-) Also, the building was very quiet the night I stayed. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The rooms are old and dingy. The furniture hasn't been updated in a long time, nor the carpets. There was no safety chain on the room door, which I would have liked - I placed a chair up against the door instead. The air conditioner was very noisy.
