Guest Reviews
- Mardell (4/5): - Staff very nice. Bed very uncomfortable and the guests are very loud, screaming down had, slamming doors all night. Staff did not try to interject. The second night the guests next to us moved our bed banging on the wall multiple times.
- Jason (5/5): -
- Annissa (10/5): - The cleanliness of the hotel and room as well as pool and hot tub. There were no chairs to sit in the room had to sit on bed.
- John (8/5): -
- John (10/5): - Friendliness
- Melinda (10/5): - Not sure about the 989! Was told 10% discount for breakfast at new restaurant next door. But they didn't give us 10% off. They didn't know about the discount.
- Sarah (9/5): Nice king room. - The bed! It was nice, soft and comfortable Breakfast. Wasn’t much options
- Richard (9/5): -
- Jessica (2/5): I won’t stay here again. It wasn’t work almost $400. - The property was clean. The pool looked nice even though we didn’t swim. It was indoor which was pretty nice. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. It was so bad I had to go buy a mattress topper. I have NEVER slept on a bed that bad in my life. I PROMISE I’m not being dramatic. We were in room 142 so I can’t say if any of the other beds are better. The internet also didn’t work our entire stay on the tv. We called the front desk multiple times to tell them. The issue never got resolved. The hotel itself had a strange smell in the hallway. The room didn’t really. I don’t know if it was what they used to clean but by the end of the stay I was very congested and sneezing. After I got back home everything got better. The free breakfast also consisted of ONLY Waffles two kinds of cereal and an apple. The worst free breakfast I’ve seen yet. They didn’t even offer juice or water. Of course they had milk but that was for cereal not even as on option to drink. They didn’t provide cups even if you wanted to have it.
- Melinda (8/5): - Very convient for us. Not sure I like the 989 store. Seems high oriced.
- James (9/5): Would come back - Location Trivial, but, not enough electrical outlets
- Leigh (10/5): -
- Monique (2/5): Not having TV or wi fi made for a very long evening. I was with my sister and there was nothing to do - The room was close to the door The TV and WFi didn't work all night. It was awful.
- Walters (9/5): -
- Thomas (7/5): It was ok the breakfast definitely needs to be way better - The staff was helpful. We had time where they had to have the power off and the breakfast needs to be way better.
- Gregg (9/5): -
- Susan (4/5): Ok - The beds were really hard. If you have arthritis it’s not fun to sleep in those beds.
- Eva (10/5): - The woman at the desk was helpful, kind and patient. And the room clean and comfortable.
- CGJ (10/5): - Everything was fantastic as usual
- Esterley (10/5): - Pool and hot tub Na
- reneekJ7194UL (2/5): Misleading Breakfast and Cleanliness Concerns - I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay. Prior to arriving, I received a text message stating that breakfast would include items such as eggs, biscuits, and gravy. Unfortunately, none of these items were offered during my stay.
In addition, there was no proper breakfast seating area available. It appeared that the former breakfast area had been converted into an expensive convenience store located inside the hotel, which was not what was expected or advertised.
The bathtub in our room was dirty, which was very concerning and did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. There was also a strong smell of marijuana lingering in the hallway, which made the environment uncomfortable and inappropriate for a family stay.
This was a key factor in choosing your hotel, and had the actual breakfast offerings and conditions been accurately represented, I would have selected a different location and been willing to pay more for a better experience. I planned this weekend as a special time for my family, and the situation was both disappointing and embarrassing.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Pool hot tub

- Jodi (8/5): - Pool and hot tub nice. Room very comfortable. I got a reminder after I checked in about breakfast. Not what it said at all. Waffles and cearl. And a bowl of apples.

- Victoria (8/5): - Like the store clean and comfortable like the staff
- Ziviski (1/5): - The hotel had a laundry room fire at 1130 pm and guests were evacuated due to smoke.
The Days Inn said they issued a refund back to Booking and now Booking needs refund back to me as the guest.
- Kendra (9/5): - The service and the people The jacuzzi wasn't handicap asseceblez
- Mary (8/5): Great value hotel . - Good value for a one night stay ,the room was just the right space for 3 people and the sofa bed was perfect with a little divider between the beds .Front desk gave us extra toiletries and extra blankets, breakfast was great . The curtains were slightly outdated and looked like they were from the 70,s .
- Julie (6/5): Clean & comfy but breakfast was a bust - It was clean & comfy The breakfast was very thin
- Amber (4/5): No breakfast but cheap - The front desk staff was amazing!!!! The room kept getting freezing no matter what we had the heat on causing me and my daughter to get sick. While they advertise free continental breakfast all they had were waffles and stale cereal. They instead opened an in hotel store.
- John (3/5): room was freezing when we got there a leak by the heater was discovered and the beds were not nice - nothing the leak in the room continental breakfast some of the staff
- Royce (7/5): - They were doing construction on the building and when we were leaving the next morning for a gymnastics comp, we had a flat tire then had to immediately go to bell tire and they found a nail in our tire.
- Alaura (7/5): Would come back - Hot tub, pool, close to the casino, decent breakfast, offered late check out, and the egg salad sandwich was amazing
- Matthew (5/5): -
- kelsey (10/5): -
- ericcaaliciar (4/5): No breakfast! Have to wake up before 9 to get a waffle - This place states it has breakfast. Woke up today went to make breakfast and they had no batter .they said it ends at 9 . That was laughable. Lazy staff .I'm sure didn't want to get more batter. All they had was cereal I booked this room just for breakfast and I'm from Saginaw.this was a disappointment.never staying here again .it's ghetto.
- Solomonson (10/5): -
- Sonja (8/5): Good value! - Convenient and friendly staff! The bathroom was a hodge podge for lack of better words! Poor remodeling…
Breakfast options were sparse and lacked value! Definitely don’t go there if you’re looking for a good breakfast! A bottle of water cost me $3.06!
- Potter (5/5): -
- Brandy (4/5): -
- 66saundraw (8/5): No place to eat! - Complimentary breakfast without a place to sit down to eat isn’t complimentary, but an annoyance at best.
- Michelle (7/5): - It was close to the tournament we attended. The toilet seat was broken, the beds were to hard and uncomfortable. Not much table room to eat. Not enough lighting very dim.
- kellyi799 (2/5): Don't stay here! Dirty, dirty dirty. - Rooms are filthy dirty. Hotel refused refund after we showed pics of dirty room we did not stay checked in and right back out. Bookings.com also refused to back the customer and offer refund. Bath towels dirty, tv area and entry sticky and dirty.
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Convenient and affordable
- Parks (4/5): -
- Glenn (8/5): Probably won’t stay again - Location wasn’t the best
- David (10/5): - Everything.
- Holly (7/5): - Room was clean and pool was warm No breakfast and quite outdated
- Brenda (8/5): -
- Michael (10/5): -
- Bobruk (3/5): - It was clean Something was wrong with the water valve when you took a shower it made.an awful noise and the room next door when they were showering it sounded like a jack hammer
- Cristina (1/5): Highly disapointing. Was charged an additonal $250 because I spilled food on sheets/pillow case - I enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The bed not very comfortable however for the price of the room, I would not complain. I was charged $250 for food stains on the sheet and pillowcase after accidentally spilling my dinner. I was told the fee was because the stains couldn’t be removed and the bedding needed to be replaced. That’s absurd—especially since there were visible stains on the bedding before I even used it. If the sheets truly cost $250 to replace, they should be made of silk.
I’ve stayed in hotels for over 30+ years and have never been charged such an outrageous “cleaning” fee for an accident. Occasional stains are part of normal hotel use and should be expected. Charging customers hundreds of dollars over that is completely unreasonable and feels like a scam.
The manager was polite but refused to negotiate or reduce the charge. This kind of policy makes Days Inn feel far from family-friendly. I’ll never stay at a Days Inn again and will warn others about this ridiculous fee.
- Stephanie (10/5): -
- Lori (7/5): It was good for the price - The location The air/heater wouldn’t regulate properly. The sheen curtain was ripped. The vent in the bathroom needs to be cleaned. Nobody asked if we needed more towels.
- Christi (8/5): -
- Monica (7/5): good location, make sure you bring your own log in information unless you want to try watching cable - Room was clean and quiet's t.v. does not access streaming channels only cable so I had to flip endlessly to find something to watch instead of just going on youtube or netflix (Hint to Days Inn: NOBODY watches cable anymore). Also, Booking.com's website somehow switched me from reserving a room for saturday/sunday night, eliminated the saturday so when I showed up at the hotel they said I didn't have a reservation but they had "one room" available and instead of the $86 that was shown on Booking.com's website, I ended up paying $265 for the same room for saturday night. So Days Inn knew they had me over a barrel and could charge whatever the damn hell they wanted.
- Sherry (9/5): -
- Austin (1/5): -
- Peggy (6/5): -
- Nicole (8/5): - Facility was clean, room was comfortable. I'll be staying again soon. Breakfast was underwhelming.
- Penelope (10/5): -
- Glen (7/5): My stay was good. - Breakfast and Hot tub were excellent. Parking needs to be lined and the air conditioner leaked in the room.
- Regina (8/5): Comfy and clean room - Very close and convenient to the concert we attended. The Hotel seems a bit dated.
- Debra (4/5): - You were putting carpet in the hallway and I couldn't get a minutes rest, very disappointing! Not much, I couldn't enjoy my stay because of the NOISE!
- Connie (10/5): Very comfortable - Clean and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay there again. Better stations on the TV. Very limited on local news and other program stations.
- Penelope (10/5): -
- Theresa (5/5): It was ok - I liked it was close to location/venue we were going to They were under construction or currently remodeling. I think it was just seems like the quality was more motel like.
- Danielle (5/5): -
- David (7/5): -
- William (7/5): -
- Vanessa (8/5): It was good - Location No eggs, bagels, and only one type of bread
- Ronnie (10/5): -
- Michele (8/5): - Received email asking if we needed housekeeping services, towels. Front desk provided local transport services. We were there for my Mother's funeral.
Didn't care for scent of cleaning products.
- David (7/5): ok for the value - The Bed was very comfortable. The TV searching was a little slow. The breakfast was a little under my expectation
- Lydia (10/5): Great - Best beds ever!! Clean and fresh bedding!! Weather parking lot needed more upkeep.
- Barbara (8/5): -
- John (9/5): - Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. Great pool, adequate breakfast. Located near all the events we wanted to go to.
