• gary (2/5): - Sorry to state the room's conditions were TERRIBLE. After check-in, entered the room and did a quick review of the bathroom and beds. Pulled the blankets and sheets back and that's when BED BUGS were seen; not just 1but a lot. We got out of the room immediately. All told we were in the room less than 5 minutes. Extremely disappointed that these conditions would exist and perhaps seen acceptable. Only wished I took pictures but just wanted to get out of the room before the Bed Bugs had a chance to get into our belongings.
• Lisa (2/5): Cockroachs - After being in the room for about 4 hours I saw cockroaches. The front desk wouldn’t refund me.
• Lisa (6/5): Good for the price - Well… it’s pretty good for $90 a night. Doesn’t smell great but I didn’t see any bugs. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Excellent location but unclean - Dead bugs all over floor. Sheets were stained and had cigarette burns. Kitchen faucet was missing and water not working. Cobwebs on ceiling. Bathroom had hairs in sink and stains on walls.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Crack den - The room smelled like a crack den. The places was old, carpets were filthy and it looked like a crack den. I left after 15 minutes and went to a hampton inn.
• Hollie (2/5): - Opened to door and was hit with a horrible moldy smell, dead bugs on the table tops etc, and dead bugs loaded in the toilet and several dead in the tub. Left right away and they wouldn't even do a refund. I had a child and an elderly mother with me.

• Mary Jane (2/5): Disgusting place it is need of total repair. - Our power went out for 4 days and there was a major heat wave headed so without electricity and air conditioning we decided to fine a reasonably priced place to stay. Close to home. This place is in a lovely neighborhood area on a few miles from us. Although I never really was in there before I thought it would be okay. Well I was wrong the place was in very poor condition. It was in need of many repairs and It was filthy. We did not stay. I really wish I could get a refund but there wasnt any one around when we left and it was only 10 minutes after we checked in. This place should NOT be on any rental app it is in no condition for people to stay even in an emergency like ours!

I should be reimbursed for the full amount of money I paid for the Media Inn Suites. If I am not reimbursed, I will never use Hotels.com again.

Random people standing outside, made us feel very uncomfortable to the piont my husband said we need to take everything out of our car for the night, in fear of being vandalized. We could not check in, because there was not an attendee at the desk. The hotel lobby/waiting area was not clean. The carpet looked like it had been there since 1980. Stained and dirty. There was dust everywhere. Just down right disgusting. I would have not felt safe staying there not even for one not. This was the worst hotel/inn I have ever attempted to stay at. Needless to say we did not check in and left. Took the 3.5 hour drive home.

When we said it was unacceptable nothing was said and an alternative was not offered despite appearing to be nearly devoid of any other guests. We never checked in and left immediately. I am dumfounded that a place like this remains in business in this day and age.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Not the worst place to stay - It’s not the best place I’ve ever stayed but also not the worst. This hotel is clearly not new and the updates that have been done seem haphazard at best. The guy at the desk was friendly but couldn’t get my credit card to “work” so he suggested I just get cash at the ATM down the street. That seemed shady but since I only needed a place to sleep for one night, I paid cash. Also, there were several signs posted about no smoking but the very small lobby area reeked of cigarette smoke. (Room was odor free)

• George (2/5): Hotel - The rooms that we had the door was off the bathroom and the TV was off the wall. And the remote was not working. We had to switch to three different rooms. And the last room we had the bulb in the lamp was broken.

First impressions needs to be addressed. Pull up the carpet and laminated the floor, so much cleaner. One room at a time

• Karen (2/5): - I liked nothing. I'm not a particular person when I stay in motels but this was the worst experience in my 58 yrs. I've never asked to change rooms anywhere I've stayed except here. The door jamb & lock were broken in room 1. you could just push on door from outside & get right inside. Moved to room 2. Wheelchair access room which seemed ok until we walked into the bathroom, where the drain apparently had overflowed and left tp, dead bugs and poop all over the bathroom and shower floor! Next #3 Room was up 4 flights and it had to be opened with a key which there was only one and the manager had to open the door but not give us the key so we can go in and out. So after my friend left I couldn't leave the room whenever I wanted without calling the manager to let me back in! Needless to say I checked out early and the property refuses to give me a refund!

The bathroom in our initial room was so filthy we had to request another room. The smell of the non-smoking room was obnoxious; I couldn't wait to get home to take a shower.

• Jackie (2/5): - I was looking for a simple room that I could work remotely from while visiting family in Media. I was very disappointed most basic amenities were so bad. The water did not warm in the sink and the shower only got lukewarm, not all outlets worked, wifi was very slow, the remote got stuck, there was dirty clothes in the bathroom, one bed was missing a blanket, the toilet paper was very cheap and almost out when I arrived, and there was no cleaning provided for my week long stay. This building is in bad disrepair.

Walk outside & you could see torn screens on the other rooms windows , it was a very disappointing place to stay . It was cheap & I know now why . Go to the Hampton across the street .
