- Stéphane (8/5): - La chambre était agréable et l’hôtel est dans une zone particulièrement calme, ce qui a rendu le séjour très reposant. Le konbini situé au rez-de-chaussée de l’hôtel est également un vrai plus, très pratique au quotidien. Un grand merci également au personnel, qui a été adorable et très serviable. Le seul point négatif est la distance avec la gare : il est généralement nécessaire de prendre le bus pour s’y rendre.

- Poh Soon (10/5): Value for money - It's close to the bus station, and even if you missed the bus, you could walk to hon hachinohe for about 10 mins. There was a Lawson just downstairs of the hotel, if you're hunting for local food, miroku yokocho is the place!

- Andrew (7/5): Good hotel in remote part of Japan with small rooms, efficient, helpful staff and simple services - Room was small but well equipped. Check-in was marred by 7.7 strength earthquake. Staff coped well and got us checked in whilst damage assessment ways in progress. Laundry was good. Breakfast choice was limited for European traveller. Long distance from Shinkansen station.

- 笠尾 (10/5): 素晴らしいホテルで大満足 - 今回は２回目の利用でしたが、町の中心部にあり、どこに行くにも便利です。スタッフもすごく親切で当日の部屋をツインに変更もすぐに対応していだきました。八戸に行った時は必ずこのホテルを利用したいと思ってます。雨でホテルの傘を借りましたが、きれいな傘で感激しました。 特にありません。

- Sato (10/5): 旅行 - 入浴剤が何種類もあった。疲れていたのでとても助かった。昆布茶も大変良いです。 コンビニが下にあるのが安心。立地もバス降りて思ったより近く、目の前で楽でした。クローゼットの消臭剤も良いです。 wifiはテレビをつけないとパスワードが出てこない。これは大変わかりづらかった。 チェックアウトの時間も忘れてしまい検索して分かった。部屋のわかりやすいところに示してほしい。 他は電気のスイッチの位置、充電する場所、など全部わかりやすく過ごしやすかった。 部屋はコンパクトだけど使いやすい。
