Los baños necesitan una renovación y tienen olor muy fuerte. El aire acondicionado funcionaba deficiente. Falta mantenimiento y por el precio hay mejores opciones en Uluwatu, con más comodidades.

• Clara (8/5): Great for first time in Uluwatu - Great location on the main road, walking distance to cafes and bars. The hotel itself has a cafe with drinks and food available. The pool area is nice with 6 ish sun loungers to use and was always quiet when we went. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cleaned daily in the morning which was nice. Towels are provided for the shower as is a bath mat. A very cute cat too! The rooms and bathroom are on the more basic side, with no soap at the sink.

• Lady Lo (3/5): - We stayed here for two nights as a group of four, and unfortunately, the experience was not very pleasant. When we first checked in, the room had a strong toilet odor, so we requested to be moved. The staff did transfer us to another room, which was cleaner, but it was clearly not fully prepared. The water wasn’t turned on yet, and the sofa bed for the third and fourth guests hadn’t been set up, so housekeeping had to prepare it on the spot. The next day, we were asked to move rooms again due to bookings. We requested to stay since it was just one more night and packing everything again was quite inconvenient, but we understood the situation. However, when we were placed back into a similar room, the bathroom odor was still an issue. This time, it was masked with a very strong fragrance that made us feel dizzy, which was honestly worse. When we raised this, we were told the hotel was fully booked and advised to just turn on the air conditioning. We ended up opening the doors for ventilation instead. Another concern was the shower water, which felt slightly salty, so you don’t really feel fully clean after bathing. That said, the staff were responsive and tried to assist where they could. Still, overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not ideal for our group.

• Annabell (6/5): - Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer mit Stockbetten, das allerdings leider schimmelig war und unangenehm roch. Das war der größte Minuspunkt meines Aufenthalts. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass die anderen Zimmer in einem besseren Zustand sind. Oh und die Dusche ist ohne Druck Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und die Anlage insgesamt gepflegt, auch wenn sie schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wenn man hauptsächlich nur einen Platz zum Schlafen sucht und keine hohen Ansprüche hat, ist die Unterkunft für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.

• Annika Celine (3/5): Schmutzig und ganztägiger Baustellenlärm - Der Pool sah sauber aus Ich habe hier 5 Nächte verbracht, und nicht ein einziges mal wurden meine Handtücher gewechselt. Die Bettwäsche auch nicht. 2 Zimmer neben mir wurde renvoiert, und direkt neben der Unterkunft ist eine riesengroße Baustelle, die täglich Lärm von 08am - 8pm macht. Sehr laut. Das WLan funktioniert nicht zuverlässig. Der Boden im Zimmer war schmutzig als ich ankam. Hier lebt eine räudige Katze, die vermutlich Pilzbefall oder Ähnliches hat. Ich habe gesehen wie Mitarbeiter des Cafés diese Katze gestreichelt haben, und danach weitergearbeitet haben. Das empfinde ich als sehr unhygienisch. Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht gewesen.

• emily (7/5): Great stay, good place - The staff were very welcoming and helped me out so much when I left my belongings at the room they helped me organise it to be delivered to my next place. This was great kindness and I am very thankful. The room was good. The pool was lovely and the location was good. could be cleaner in the bathroom

There was a lot of construction going on beside the location and also at it, so from 9am-6pm everyday the noise was horrific! I would have changed to stay somewhere else only I was sick. there was an awful smell of damp also.

Although the description stated they were under construction, they put me in a room right next to the construction site. I was kept waking up to the sound of hammering on my headboard. They could have been more considerate, as it wasn't just their own construction site; there was a building next door that started at 8 am and finished at 6 pm. Zero rest. The hot water didn't work; my husband was on a Bali belly and I had to go downstairs twice to get it fixed. They cut off the hot water during the day.

• Kim (1/5): - Ik zou deze plek niet aanbevelen. De plek is opzich prima, wel heel basic, maar daar betaal je ook een goedkope prijs voor. Maar de service van de receptie ben ik sinds gisteren echt niet tevreden mee. Ik was mijn telefoon verloren en vroeg de receptioniste om hulp en wat ik het beste kon doen. De reactie van de vrouw was totaal onverschillig. Ze vond het blijkbaar geen urgentie. Was niet bepaald behulpzaam of meedenkend. Of geruststellend voor iemand zoals ik in paniek. Ik moest het zelf maar zien op te lossen en zelf met ideeën komen. Totaal geen begripzaamheid en behulpzaamheid voor iemand in een noodsituatie. Dat zou je toch wel verwachten van een accommodatie, want waar moet je anders heen als solo reiziger. Blijkbaar heeft een goede service ook een prijskaartje nodig. Dus als je naast een basic accomodatie ook nog service wilt, dan kan ik je niet aanraden om hier heen te gaan, dan kan je beter meer betalen en echt waar voor je geld krijgen.

• Oihane (3/5): Pésimo - La piscina Por el precio que cobran por noche deberían ofrecer agua gratuita a los huéspedes, cambiar las toallas, vaciar basuras… Es caro para el pésimo servicio que ofrecen y para como están las habitaciones,no son nada del otro mundo,la limpieza deja mucho que desear… En cuanto al servicio de alquiler de moto no cumplen con lo que pactas con ellos y cuando vas a pedir que te lo solucionen.. tienes que soportar malas caras por parte del personal y mucho tiempo de espera. Por este precio hay sitios mejores con desayuno incluido.. no volveré. Lo único que mola es la piscina que tiene.

• Jeffrey (4/5): - It seems like under normal circumstances it would be a nice place. Also the café is great and has delicious smoothie bowls. They show a hotel with a nice pool. There is no pool and there was instead a construction zone literally right in front of my doorstep. When I asked the staff about the pool they said "Oh, we announced it on booking, didn't you see?" But I checked the booking listing right after that and it says they have a pool, shows all the photos as normal, and in the "search" option if you search properties with swimming pool they are still advertising it. So, I felt they were dishonest and tricked me. I messaged customer service and received no response, and them ironically received an auto-email after I checked out asking of the response from customer service was helpful. I of course responded that they never answered me, and received no answer to that either.

• Clara (8/5): - Nous avons apprécié la piscine ainsi qu’un service de laundry directement au sein de l’hôtel Il y a avait beaucoup de moustiques et de travaux à côté ce qui fait que nous étions réveillé un peu tôt ainsi que dans une chambre il n’y avait pas de rideaux sur une fenêtre donc la luminosité le matin était un peu pénible.

• Patricia (2/5): Muy decepcionante - La ubicación y ya. Tuvimos bastante mala experiencia. La piscina estaba vacía, en obras, y no nos avisaron ni nada (cuando viajas a Bali normalmente eliges el hotel seleccionando que tenga piscina…). Además, tuvimos un problema con el barco de vuelta de Gili Islands debido a la mala mar (nos lo cancelaron), de manera que tuvimos que viajar al día siguiente y solamente pudimos usar una de las dos noches reservadas. Consultamos si podían reembolsarnos la noche que no íbamos a utilizar y fueron bastante antipáticos en sus respuestas, cuando nosotros preguntamos solo por saber, sin exigencias. Cuando subimos a la habitación no había toallas, y nos habían dejado otras sucias (marrones, literalmente), y tuvimos que bajar a pedirlas. Por último, cogimos un taxi a través de ellos para que nos llevase a ver el Uluwatu temple y el taxista ni conocía el sitio. A medio camino nos cambian el conductor, con otro amigo suyo, que nos llevó de bastante mala gana a Canggu, haciendo una videollamada con su mujer durante buena parte del trayecto, en un atasco tremendo.

Not being advised at all that the swimming pool was closed for renovations. We booked many months ago and this was not advised anywhere, nor we were contacted before arrival. This was the main reason why we booked this accommodation. Disappointing.

The staff and manager were outstanding and a pleasure to deal with as very helpf - We were upgraded to a new room as we were not informed until last minute the pool was under construction The new room was great! The only problem was all construction that was going on on both sides of the property. At 4 am they were banging and grinding and making all sorts of loud noises! Could not believe the times they decided to start the noise as they didn’t want to make noise during the day as it was a spa so chose to do their loud works at stupid hours of the night whilst people next door were trying to sleep in their long awaited what was meant to be a relaxing peaceful vacation

The pool is great, the food excellent, the atmosphere quiet, and the staff always very helpful. During my last two stays (August and September 2025), the pool area was a construction site, with work taking place throughout the day, creating a lot of dust and noise. This wasn’t mentioned when I booked. On my second visit, I was only notified of the pool work 24 hours before check-in, a week after making the booking. The hotel offered a complimentary omelette at breakfast as compensation. In addition, a large construction project is happening right next to Naturela, with diggers operating from sunrise to sunset just 10 meters from my balcony. I usually enjoy my stays here and have visited three times, but unfortunately this year’s experience was far less enjoyable.

• Martin (2/5): The definition of a shithole - Location and the stafff who were trying their best to help were the only positives of the place really. Extremely dirty, damp, dusty and in general ran down. I had to ask them to change my sheets and towels when I checked in, because it didn’t look like they did before I came. Ongoing construction of the pool and buildings nearby. Absolutely could not wait for my stay here to be over to be honest.

Lo staff è gentile e disponibile Camera non molto pulita, a causa dei lavori che stanno facendo e neanche il bagno era molto pulito. In stanza non veniva fornito nulla se non 2 asciugamani e 1 sapone. Ho pagato gli stessi soldi in altre occasioni per location migliori

• Matthew (6/5): Overall for the price you pay, not terrible - room was comfortable and spacious! - The staff were very accommodating, they gave me free laundry for the noise that was going on with the pool. Changed my room when I asked and my scooter when I asked. Overall for the price you pay it is not bad, if the pool was up and running it would have been much better. The pool was under construction, which I was not notified about, lots of dust and noise from that. The room was also very noisy I had to move rooms because the one was way to close to the road and I hardly got any sleep.

• Michela (3/5): - The place and the area around feel like a building site. The shower and most plugs in my room didn't work. My room did not have a window. It feels like they are renting out a place that is not fully built yet. The staff was cold and unhelpful. Overpriced.

• Iris (7/5): - Bien ubicado, con restaurante bien de precio y servicio de lavandería en el mismo hotel. La piscina estaba en obras y nadie nos avisó. Lo vimos al llegar. De haberlo sabido habríamos mirado alternativas, pero no se nos dió opción. Me parece bastante feo.

• William (6/5): - Clean and comfortable room. Good location in uluwatu, lots of restaurants nearby. When we booked this property, it said that there would be construction on the pool until Jan 2025, we got there in Aug 2025 and pool was still under construction and was changed on booking.com until Dec 2026. There is also loud construction on the plot of land next door. Although this only runs from about 08:00-18:00 we were out most of the time so didn’t bother us too much.

• Natalia (1/5): Nefasta y desagradable experiencia. - Nada En primer lugar, cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que parecía un zulo. Solicitamos un cambio a alguna mejor (no nos importaba pagar algo más) y nos dieron una en una planta superior pero en las mismas condiciones. Cuando hicimos el check-in tenían un cartel de que la piscina estaba en mantenimiento. La realidad era otra, la tenían en obras. Nadie nos había avisado teniendo en cuenta que la piscina en Bali es fundamental y más cuando coges el alojamiento pensado para el último día antes de coger un vuelo largo a España. El alojamiento es antiguo, sucio, el aseo huele a tubería y a agua estancada. Toda la grifería y las instalaciones de las habitaciones no están en condiciones de higiene (adjunto foto) como para dormir ahí. Hay ruidos por la noche de forma continua. Apenas tiene luz y el personal ha sido muy desagradable en todo momento. No tenía agua caliente. Nos dejaron la toalla de los pies (adjunto foto) NEGRA. Por supuesto, buscamos otro alojamiento y nos fuimos a las dos noches de estar ahí. Teníamos la moto alquilada con ellos y debido a que nos fuimos antes de terminar la estancia (a otro hotel) nos solicitaron dejar el pasaporte original para poder quedarnos con la moto el último día. No cedimos y solicitamos la devolución del último día de la moto, accedieron. Es un alojamiento que desde nuestro punto de vista tienen que cambiar por completo. Nos sentó muy mal que no avisarán de que la piscina no estuviera disponible. Lo único que hicieron fue darnos un día de lavandería gratuita debido a que nos quejamos de que no nos hubieran avisado con tiempo. No nos consideramos muy especialitos con donde dormir pero este sitio no cumplía unos mínimos de higiene, comodidad y servicio.
• Erwin (1/5): THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! - I wish there was a way to share videos or pictures in the reviews, But I'll do it in Google so you can check. There is nothing close to reality. HORRIBLE place, the hotel is falling in pieces, no swimming pool, walls falling, floor dirty, rooms smelling to humidity and beds saggy, not to mention how disgusting was the toilet, again look for Google reviews. The hotel is surrendered by constructions which is a constant noise and dust, I reserved for 7 nights but I had to cancel and find another place literally the moment I step in the room... They charge like decent place, but real price for this should not be even a quarter of what they ask. Even further that I didn't stayed there for longer than an hour they charged me 2 nights... TOTALLY SCAM. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. I travel constantly to Bali and you can find much better places for good price than this specially in Uluwatu THE SCAM that they are, nothing is same as advertised, just the location is real.
• Deborah (7/5): Buon alloggio - Struttura comoda per gli spostamenti, solo con scooter. Super disponibilità dello staff, noleggio ottimo per i motorini. Wifi che non funzionava bene. Prese della corrente non funzionanti. Al momento del nostro arrivo nella struttura non era possibile usare la piscina per manutenzione.
• Carlos (5/5): No está bien, busca otro, pero no está mal - La ubicación bastante bien, el restaurante muy bueno La piscina en obras en pleno mes de Agosto. ¿A quién se le ocurre? Quizá de haberlo sabido antes no habríamos cogido este hotel, pero no lo indicaban claramente en la reserva. Mucho ruido las 24h, insoportable. No tenían motos suficientes para los huéspedes y tardamos 1h andando hasta encontrar algún sitio. Un día no entraron a hacer la habitación y otro sí, no hay cartelito para indicar si queremos que entren o no. Nos reservaron el traslado a Nusa Penida y casi tuvimos que volver a pagarlo por falta de comunicación con el driver y la empresa del barco. Un estrés innecesario estando de vacaciones.

• Nagore (4/5): - La cama era cómoda y el desayuno estaba bien. Ponía que tenía piscina y cuando llegamos estaba en obras por lo que no había piscina. Me parece algo importante a avisar, ya que puede ser uno de los requisitos por los que quisiera alquilar o no.
