I enjoyed my room, breakfast, and the connection to the Mall. The hotel staff was friendly but I must mention Mr Amir at the reception was made my reservation and made my stay very comfortable. He is very professional in his work and knows his job very well. Because of him I came second time to this hotel. He is very active and without wasting time he handles a lot of groups coming into the hotel handle everyone very efficiently. He deserves acknowledgement. I am planning to visit Al Ain and stay in the hotel again next month.

The rooms, though, were uninspired; I was upgraded to an "executive" room that was small and with challenging climate control - either too hot or too cold. Overall, though, a great stay, and I spent very little time in the room regardless.

I booked thru hotels.com for a reason that there are rewards points for booking thru them. I wasn't able to get my reward points due to Ayla cancelled my booking even if i confirmed that i am coming late for i am traveling when someone called me to confirm if im coming or not. When i arrived in the hotel my booking was cancelled. Its unfair

- Ahmed (10/5): Elegant , clean and comfortable - I stayed there during my business trip. The hotel is attached to a big shopping mall with a lot of brand names, restaurants and cafes. It is a 15 minutes drive from down town. Staff were amazing, quite, spacious and comfortable rooms

Unfortunately the hotel was somewhere else (15 minutes drive from the location showen in the website). Reception said that there is a confusion between 2 hotels that have almost similar names.

- Sulayman (4/5): Run Away (Front desk is rude) - This hotel claims to be 4 stars, but it would not even give it 2 stars. The first thing you choose you rate based on the front desk. She was really impolite with customers. After staying for 3 nights, the alarm fire was on by 10 a.m and I asked for late check out since I could not sleep after it. However, The front desk girl she did not refuse by a nice way. she was refused in impolite way and she was rude at answering the questions. Also, there is no view at the room at all!. Also, hotel is far from city. There are many other complain that it would not fit over here too.
