Narelle (9/5): - The staff were efficient, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely. The area is quiet and removed from the bussel of life. There isn't a lot of restaurants or shops walking distance, you need a scooter. However we found a cheep little etery in the back street that made up for it. The WiFi didn't work well in our room, unless you sat at the vanity.

We had just traveled for 26 hours to get there, and they refused to let us check in because of their own mistake, without offering any kind of solution. It was a very stressful situation — we had to quickly find another hotel and pay for another taxi to move again. What is even more disappointing is that they didn’t take even a minute to help us or notify us when we made the reservation. Piscine grande et jolie, décoration de l’espace partagé très jolie, les chambres sont propres ++ et sentent le savon, tout est fourni : serviettes, savon, shampooing, brosses à dents, charlotte, café… il y a un petit balcon extérieur et le lieu possède un bar et un restaurant où prendre le petit déjeuner (très bon). Le personnel est absolument parfait rien à dire.

The Indonesian breakfast was delicious. Nice relaxing pool area to chill at. We were happy to stay a bit out of the way and get Gojek’s around Uluwatu as we didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of a tourist area. Nothing.

Shyla (5/5): Lovely resort in a terrible location. - The resort had well maintained facilities such as the pool and restaurant. The breakfast included in our stay was pleasant. The 3 bedroom villa we stayed in was spacious, clean and tidy. The location of the resort is unfortunate. It is located inconveniently down a terribly maintained road away from the main towns. If you stay here - do not book the 3 bedroom villa like we did. The noise from the street is very loud with the local stores situated opposite the resort. Screaming children, bikes, dogs barking, and general commotion until early hours of the morning.. we had a few hours of peace until the roosters start at 4am. Staff were very unhelpful with this issue and would not relocate us into different rooms despite us being the only guests. If we booked a different room I don’t think we would have had this issue.

Просторный, светлый с красивым видом на деревню и на Гаруду. (Только не для тех, кто не любит ходить пешком на 3 этаж☺️). Заглянула в номер «люкс» - это что за красота!?😱 Выглядит намного круче, чем на фото! Хорошие завтраки на выбор. В сезон, когда много народу, отличный шведский стол! Когда была в 2024 году, раз или 2 раза в неделю были кинопоказы у бассейна на большом проекторе😻 Это было прекрасно! К сожалению, фотографий не осталось , чтобы приложить. Вечером вся территория подсвечивается гирляндами-было волшебно!о✨ Идеальное расположение отеля! Находится в глуби деревни и рядом нет никаких шумных дорог с кучей мотоциклов! За окном слышно только пение птиц и петухов☺️ Полное спокойствие! Грустно, что многие ставят низкие оценки из-за расположения отеля и за плохую дорогу 🫠 Да, небольшой участок дороги с ямками и неровностями(ну это ж деревня) и она никакого отношения к отелю не имеет! Эти 300 метров спокойно на байке проезжаем и выезжаем на нормальные дороги👌🏼 ничего страшного! Про расположение: люди пишут, что в Джимбаране нечего делать и до всего далеко. Бред! Да, если ты пакетный турист и хочешь пешком ходить, то здесь так не получится. В принципе тогда Бали не для вас! Здесь нужно брать байк и колесить по всему острову! Ну или вызывать байк такси. Я скажу так, что это удачное место для жизни, так как от сюда можно добраться до любой точки без проблем! До любого пляжа или смотровой на закат ехать 10-25 минут , до Куты ехать 35, до Убуда 50 минут. Для меня это оказалось золотой серединой!

Sergey (10/5): We will be back - This is a wonderful hotel, my wife and I have already done it for the second time. Our first stay was very short and we didn't have time to fully appreciate the experience. This time, we stayed for a longer period and realized how cozy and comfortable it is. We live in junior suite, they were spacious and had a beautiful view of Bali and the rooftops of houses with their local style. The hotel is in a quiet area, so we weren't bothered by bike noises. Our room was cleaned daily, and our towels were changed every other day. The hotel grounds are always clean and almost entirely covered in greenery. You can always find a spot in the shade, but there's also plenty of space to sunbathe on a sun lounger in the morning. The hotel has underground parking, which is convenient during rainy season. There are two roads leading to the hotel, one of them is under repair, and the other has good asphalt and very little traffic. The hotel is conveniently located, you can reach any location in the southern part of Bali in 20-25 minutes, and restaurants in Jimbaran are only 5 minutes away. The staff were so friendly and made us a great breakfast every morning with a variety of fruits. On our last day, they even served for us grilled fish and shrimp for dinner. It was delicious and romantic! We truly enjoyed our stay here for almost two months. I can't imagine any other place that could beat this hotel. The price and quality were top-notch. Michelle (3/5): Not a nice place to stay - The staff were very good. The hotel is very old and needs some TLC. It is miles from anywhere and the restaurant was only open for breakfast. There was no facilities in the kitchen to cook. No glasses or cutlery or anything. The water pressure was terrible. The road coming in was terrible and I know that isn’t the hotels problem but should be commented on the website.

Hotelli tarjosi meille toista huonetta joka oli täysin samassa kunnossa kun ensimmäinen. viimeinen heidän tarjouksensa oli sviitti huoneisto, jonka verhoista löytyi myös home läiskiä sekä huoneistosta olisi tullut maksaa ainakin 80€ lisää majoituksen hintaan. Lähtiessämme aulan työntekijä vaikutti hirveän ymmärtäväiseltä tilanteemme suhteen ja pahoitteli asiaa. Yritimme bookingin kautta saada majoituksesta rahoja takaisin, koska emme halunneet jäädä hotelliin majoittumaan kahdeksi viikoksi mitä olimme varanneet. Bookingin asiakas palvelijan mukaan majoitus paikka oli kuitenkin yhteistyö haluton ja ei suostunut rahoja palauttamaan joten jäimme vaille minkäänlaista korvausta majoituksesta hotellin osalta. Booking palautti noin 1/5 rahoistani bookingin omalle tilille myöhemmin. Aamupala oli huono ja vaihtoehtoja ei ollut paljoa.

Ładny teren hotelu i sam budynek. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. W zasięgu 20-30 minut jazdy grabem jest wiele ciekawych miejsc Miła obsługa, dobry internet. Cisza i spokój. Dobre miejsce do pracy online Okolica nie jest zbyt piękna ale nie dla najbliższej okolicy przyjechaliśmy ;)

Nos dejaron unas horas sin agua porque no habían contratado la cisterna de agua para llenar el deposito, la carretera pra llegar hasta el alojamiento, la peor qje he visto en todo Bali. Dos cocacolas en el bar creo qje pague unos 60.000, algo caras.

Desde la primera vez, el trato del personal ha sido impecable amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones mantienen siempre un alto estándar de limpieza y comodidad. Además, me encanta que el ambiente sea tranquilo, ideal para descansar apartado del ruido y bullicio de la carretera. Da gusto saber que cada vez que regreso me relajo en su preciosa y tranquila piscina. También agradezco los pequeños gestos que demuestran que recuerdan a los huéspedes frecuentes. La ubicación es muy conveniente apartado de la ruidosa carretera. Sin duda, seguiré eligiendo este hotel cada vez que visite la zona. Lo recomiendo totalmente para quienes valoran la atención personalizada, el confort y la consistencia en el servicio. Nada que no me gustara.

AH (1/5): V v v bad - Nothing We had a very disappointing experience at Argya Santi Resort Jimbaran. When we arrived, the reception area was completely empty — no staff in sight, no welcome, and no assistance. We had to wait in the lobby for quite a while before someone finally showed up. The lack of hospitality from the start was very off-putting. The room we were given was extremely old and poorly maintained. The toilet was outdated and very dark, making it uncomfortable to use. The entire space felt neglected. On top of that, the hotel has no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs ourselves — not ideal at all. Breakfast was also a letdown: very limited options, and the quality was well below expectations. Due to all of this, we decided to check out after just one night even though we had booked and paid for three nights. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to offer any refund for the unused nights, which made the experience even more frustrating. We would not recommend this resort unless there are major improvements. It simply doesn’t live up to the images or promises shown online.

Bleech (1/5): Bad - Nothing Terrible. One star is too many. Sent several messages to the resort leading up to our stay but received Zero response or service from the management. On arrival it was late in the evening after a long day of delays in travel. The room was musty smelling and the air conditioning was noisy. Upon waking up, the morning light showed the furnishings were dirty and mouldy. There was no hot water for the shower. We complained to the reception person who said she would have it fixed or would assist with getting a different room. Wanted to go for a swim but it had obviously not been cleaned properly for some time, with green mildew on the tiles in the pool. Added to this the water was murky. So no swim. I felt very uncomfortable and could not wait to be away from this place. We went back to reception to request a cancellation of the second night accommodation and a refund. We were told to contact Booking.com... contacted Booking.com service but no response.

We stayed 3 nights but we could not enjoy different menus at every morning. Location was not the most convenient. But putting it aside, I have some suggestions. - may better to update reception call number on any brochures on the room - may better to consider to prepare any plate/bowel and tea spoon for the room which has kitchen - need trash bin in a room. Not only toilet disposal bin. - need refills in bath shampoos & shower gel - better not to disturb guest at early morning for your room cleaning Sorry to listed such minor points.. we just hope your upgrade to be better quality villas.
Simona (6/5): A lot of things to be improved - Normal hotel. The location is not good. It doesn’t really have anything around it and the street to get to the hotel are pretty ruined with holes- so it’s not pleasant on a bike or car. Not many options for breakfast. No yogurt and they only had instant coffee which I found strange. Breakfast finished at 10am which was also too early. The main entry door to the room would be with sliding doors and they wouldn’t close fully. I found it very difficult to lock it as well. Which also made it very noisy especially if someone is walking by. It takes about 10mins for the hot water to get to the shower which to me was unpleasant. Not good cleaning services. They wouldn’t change my towels and they also don’t have laundry service as described on the booking page.
