• Mariana Salamon (8/5): Nice upgrade for a family - We booked previously 2 rooms (5 people) but we arrived earlier than the check-in time and the staff offered us a upgrade to an appartement, with no extra cost. The appartement was very big, with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. We really appreciated the gesture and it was a great solution to do our check-in ealier. Beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was a life-saving solution (the city is super hot all the time!). The room could be more clean. We had to skip the breakfast because we had a transfer to the airport earlier than the breakfast time.

• Mariana Salamon (8/5): Simple but nice stay for a night - The room was very spacious for 2 persons (really large!), it had air-conditioning (a must in the city!!!) and it was easy to access. Staff received us well, although speaking English is not as easy with all of them. There are some restaurants around so we didn't feel the need to go to the city center, so we considered a good location too. The room could be more clean. And the breakfast is very simple but fine for a day. During the breakfast we had a miscommunication with a staff member so our order didn't come as we expected, but it was fine.

Nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación pero aún así no estábamos cómodas. Nos resolvieron al cambiarnos de habitación y nos hicieron la devolución de la noche que no dormimos allí así que se portaron bien. Pero la relación calidad precio no la veo tan adecuada. Las cucarachas!

• INDIRA RAMPERSAD (7/5): Generally good. Well located in the heart of the city, not too far from the train station. - I had the superior room with kitchenette on the 10th floor. This was nice. Then I left for Colon and returned and got the 9th floor. This did not have a smart TV and that was a problem. No guest were allowed in the rooms. very strange

Reception desk was extremely helpful and willing to make our group feel comfortable and welcome. There were no problems with our stay. As instalações são antigas e poderiam ser modernizadas e repaginadas. Em alguns momentos fluia um cheiro ruim de esgoto e de mofo, principalmente, no banheiro.

• Knight (5/5): Not coming back - I loved the location it felt safe and was easy to get around from, i loved that a fridge was in the room The pool,was reaally really cold and really deep, no heating and not child friendly at all even thou I can swim could not take the kids out in the pool cause I was afraid the cold would make me get cramp and we would all drown lol, some of my items went missing from the rooms but I didnt report them as I only noticed when packing to leave no laundry room on property I asked and was told could be collect and done for a fee and if I wanted them collect now I said yes and no one showed up for it asked again the next day was told by a next lady I have to take to the front desk, was there for 10 days and my sheets was not changed water spilled on the floor I got a napkins to wipe it up and the napkins was black like dirt that means not cleaned properly at all although by looking it looked cieaned breakfast was horrible atbthe hotel and the kitchen ladies there was unpleasant the table clothes was nasty looking and it just felt gross I can keep going the best thing is I meet a really goof taxi man there and will be using him when ever I go back but will not be back to this hotel. Lord and the lighting and Ac in some of the rooms was also horrible. Need fixing up. I hit my, head on the wall,like 9 times when trying to use the toilet you would think I would remember for next time but the bathroom was just to small and the shower water keep running on the floors whole pool when you step out the shower dont care whatbyou do to try to stop it my little one hit down so hard.

• Emileth (9/5): Si les doy mas publicidad me quedo sin habitación 😀 - Principalmente tienen un personal muy amable y sobre dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que puedan y le he permitido. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Por lo general son tres camas. Una Principal y dos mas pequeñas. Es sumamente conveniente su ubicación. Es un área con puedo nivel de ruido. Estas a pocos metros de la estación del metro en la parada de Iglesia del Carmen. Tienen servicio de restaurante. Ahi son atentos y si necesitas algo distinto al menú por alguna razón, están dispuestos a ayudarte y hacer lo mejor posible. Llevo varias estadías en el hotel ya que debo venir constantemente por razones médica. Hace un tiempo atrás mas de dos meses comenté que podrían ser más cuidadosos con la limpieza. Créame no se leyeron el comentario y siempre mente no fue un buen dia el mismo. Pero desde ahí he regresado tres veces más y todo esta totalmente limpio libre de todo. Muy bien por eso!!

• Gloria (8/5): Muy buena relación precio-calidad - Ante todo, consideramos que ha sido muy buena la relación precio-calidad. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, linda zona, cerca de 2 estaciones de metro. Nos tocaron (las 2 veces) habitaciones amplias, ducha con abundante agua, toallas nuevas y mullidas, buen aire acondicionado, muy buena atención... y el bonus, en nuestro caso, fue que tuvieron 2 valijas nuestras, en custodia, los 5 días que nos fuimos a San Blas. No todos los hoteles tienen ese servicio. Nos fue de mucha utilidad, pudimos viajar más livianos. Consideramos que es un hotel 2 estrellas, un tanto viejo, sin mucho gusto en las habitaciones. No podemos opinar del desayuno porque no desayunamos en el hotel. Tampoco utilizamos la piscina. Pero estas son consideraciones sin importancia, solo usamos el hotel para dormir y, repito, fue muy buena relación-precio-calidad (por booking)

No es buffet, y a pesar de la excelente disposición de la señora que atendía el servicio, se complicaba para ser servido a un grupo grande.

El hotel aparenta ser un poco viejo, por lo que algunas instalaciones parecen afectadas por el tiempo. Sin embargo, con arreglos menores como pintura, podría mejorar

• Ada (10/5): Excelente opción de hospedaje en Panamá - Su ubicación es excelente, zona muy tranquila y segura. La habitación era amplia y perfectamente equipada, todo funciona muy bien, pudimos cocinar sin ningún problema un par de ocasiones. Los desayunos son buenos aunque no hay mucha variedad pues es buena opción y a buen precio. La piscina es de un solo fondo de 1.80 mts por lo que si no se puede nadar no se puede utilizar.
