Con una vista increíble de la Ciudad de Panamá Al hacer el check-in demoraron una hora y media para darnos las tarjetas de acceso y tuve que preguntar por la misma porque tenía un evento a las 4 y no nos habían entregado la habitación

Puedes llegar caminando al mall y a restaurantes. Solo un detalle muy mínimo que puede aumentar el confort. Falta un hilo o lugar donde colocar la ropa mojada de la piscina. Muchos hoteles cuentan con ello en las duchas.

Mas imprimen facturas sin preguntar si la quieres y parte de la demora en el checkout es la espera que imprimen facturas. Lo otro es que su fragancia de ambientes en el lobby y en planta baja es demasiado fuerte que da la sensacion de no poder respirar adentro. Estos olores tienen que ser algo sutil y no se comen.

• Stephanie (3/5): Ich würde auf keinen Fall nochmal buchen - Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, reine Glasscheiben. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht steuern und ist eiskalt. Auch die Angestellten konnten das Problem nicht lösen. Die Lage ist nicht gut. Direkt an einer extrem laut und befahrenen über mehrere Ebenen gehenden Straße. Nicht sicher dort nachts alleine rumzulaufen, Fortbewegung nur mit dem Uber möglich. Frühstücksbereich draußen geschlossen, man muss im extrem eiskalt gekühlten Innenbereich essen. Toilette im Zimmer hat gestunken und die Tür war nach oben offen.

Unfortunately, just three hours before our arrival, we received a call informing us that they could not provide us with a room due to “unforeseen circumstances.” This last-minute cancellation was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable. While the hotel did arrange an alternative stay for us, the replacement hotel was far from the area we specifically chose, which significantly disrupted our plans and overall experience. The location was one of the main reasons we booked here in the first place, so this change was a major inconvenience. This situation showed a serious lack of organization and consideration for guests. After planning ahead and trusting this hotel with our reservation, being left scrambling at the last minute was incredibly disappointing. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and we will not be booking here again.

• Ana (5/5): Cambiaron mi estadía sin previo aviso - Del hotel que me asignaron debo mencionar que la atención de las personas fue muy buena y el desayuno era muy variado. 1. El hotel Las Américas Golden cambio mi reserva de la habitación para un hotel vecino sin mencionarmelo antes , que si puntuamos por su arquitectura moderna y limpieza está waoo. 2. Lo más molesto es que yo había reservado en el Hotel Golden una habitación doble cama Queen para mi, mi esposo y mis 2 hijos. En el hotel donde nos alojaron nos dieron una habitación "familiar" 1 cama Queen y 1 sofá cama 3/4 . Mi esposo venía de un vuelo de 22 horas con deseos de tener un buen descanso y debimos dormir 3 en la misma cama haciendo que el descanso no fuese placentero. 3. Mi mayor molestia es que anteriormente me he hospedado 2 noches e incluso 3 noches en Golden, no soy un nuevo cliente y aun así a ellos no les molestó vender mi reservación y no asegurarse de que recibiría lo mismo en el otro hotel.

The only positive mention goes to the female receptionist on the second day, who was the only person professional enough to actually apologize for the series of failures we experienced. The entire stay was a chaotic disaster. After a 16-hour flight, we arrived only to be told there was no room for us due to overbooking, despite having confirmed our arrival time in advance. They claimed to have sent a message about this, but we received nothing via Booking, email, or WhatsApp. They moved us to the Riu Hotel for the first night. To be fair, the Riu was far superior—cleaner, with much better breakfast and professional staff. Our biggest mistake was actually coming back to Las Americas. They promised a taxi for 10:00 AM which never showed up (we had to call an Uber), and then they made us wait until 2:00 PM for our room despite promising it would be ready by 11:00 AM. To make matters worse, the pool area was filthy, full of hair and dust. The level of cleanliness and service is nowhere near what it should be. We deeply regretted not staying at the other hotel.

• Tavowel (9/5): Muy buen lugar, para una escapada y vista a Ciudad de Panamá! - + Las vistas del hotel eran maravillosas (piso 19) hacia la ciudad. + Personal muy atento, amable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda (salvo una persona que estaba abajo en 1er piso, en el acceso, ayudando con maletas). + Pieza muy amplia y cómoda, con muy buena limpieza. Le faltaba un poco de mantención (como muro colindante a la ducha y la puerta corredera de acceso al baño, que era difícil de mover). + Muy buen desayuno y muy variado. + Camas cómodas y buenas almohadas. + En la pieza, mantienen agua y café de cortesía, se agradece. + Tuvimos 2 estadías de 2 noches cada una y entremedio fuimos a Bocas del Toro. Amablemente accedieron a mantener en custodia una de nuestras maletas, y se agradece. + En la segunda estadía, nos hicieron un up-grade a una habitación mejor, lo que también se agradece. - Tal parece por el movimiento de personas (entiendo hay centro de convención y estacionamientos) y la cantidad de pisos, hacen que el movimiento x ascensor sea bastante lento. - Hay que revisar algo de la mantención (humedad en muros y funcionamiento de puerta corredera del baño). El resto todo bien!.

La réservation précisait deux très grands lits, hors il s’agissait de lit pour une seule personne… impossible de dormir à 3 (comme prévu dans le réservation) sur ces deux lits. Malheureusement aucune compensation. C’est dommage car tout le reste était parfait.

Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente al ingresar con la limpieza de la habitación, pero conversamos con recepción y de una nos solucionaron y nos hicieron upgrade de habitación donde estuvimos muy cómodos con nuestro hijo pequeño. Deben mejorar un poco la variedad de los desayunos buffet ofrecidos y el café con leche, pero esto ya es de cultura y sabores.

• Kelly (8/5): Enjoyable stay for our family in Panama City with lovely city views. - The hotel was in a good location and nearby to the mall and short rides to restaurants and other attractions. Amenities such as dining room food, gym, happy hour, and the pool felt very accessible throughout our stay. Breakfast was especially enjoyable with many options available everyday. Rooms were sizable and we appreciated the ample storage shelves and closet space. Views from the room window were enjoyable, even a peak of the ocean! Sound control was very good and we never heard other guests or had disruption at night from traffic below (from floor 19). The hotel was reasonably clean and friendly service from staff was excellent and probably the best part of the stay. A factor for us was the open frosted glass shower “window” that was exposed to the rest of the room. Not completely see through but uncomfortable enough for our teenage son who wants privacy to need us to leave the whole room in order for him to shower, and vice versa. Not a problem if you are just traveling with a partner but for our family created a complication for the comfort of our stay. Smaller issues were discovering that our fridge had an open hole and would not keep food at a safe temperature and the phone would not work to dial the front desk. We just opted to go downstairs when we needed something. We would look forward to the neighboring food hall and perhaps the hotel restaurant space being back in service if we return one day.
• Yaneth (8/5): Muy buen hotel. - La ubicación es excelente. En la zona encuentras de todo, mall al lado y restaurantes cercas. El hotel tiene bonita su fachada, Lobby en el 5 piso. Buen desayuno. Las habitaciones súper grandes y cómodas. Las camas son deliciosas de muy buena lencería. Y el baño grande y cómodo. La piscina es espantosa. Es cubierta, de pésimos acabados y se ve vieja, necesita remodelación. Horrible.

Hotel rezerwowałem w styczniu po przyjeżdzie okazało się ze nie ma dla mnie pokoju i zaproponowano mi pokój w innym hotelu.Nie zgodzilem się na takie rozwiązanie i po dyskusji z panią w recepcji otrzymałem pokój. Niestety okazało że muszę zapłacić więcej o ponad 80 dolarów w stosunku do ceny jaką miałem rzekomo zagwarantowaną przy rezerwacji w styczniu. Po 14 godzinnej podróży nie miałem już ochoty i siły dyskutować, zapłaciłem więcej. Do dnia dzisiejszego nie otrzymalem faktury za nocleg mimo iż miala zostać wyslana na maila. Trochę słabo jak na hotel 5 gwiazdkowy

El internet es muy malo, para no de decir pésimo, no conectaba el wifi y cuando lo hacía la señal era muy baja, aparte cobran el uso del baño turco algo que en otros hoteles de la misma o mejor calidad no cobran.
