Felipe (10/5): Can't wait to come back! - Location was lovely, just up the road from some cute wineries. The room was huge and comfortable and cute. The staff were friendly and great. Didn't see any farm animals.
Leigh (8/5): Nice big room and quiet location. - Comfortable room. I personally feel that for the price range a continental breakfast should be offered which is standard in most places. You can get breakfast, but for a fee ($50 per couple). This was not clear on the Booking app. The manager offered to let us out of the reservation.
Stewart (9/5): We used this as a base camp to visit the Carrizo Plain and it worked great - The flexibiliy of the owner for things we needed and wanted to do, the attention to detail in the room and the breakfast, the animals on the farm, and easy proximity to Templeton, a very nice town
April (10/5): Rustic Charm - This was a nice bed and breakfast surrounded by vineyards. They have a selection of wines, honey, fig jam, olive oil, and almond brittle in your room that you can purchase through venmo. The location is very beautiful. The stars were very bright at night, and walking around the property in the morning was lovely. Although the location is only a 15-minute drive from town, there is no cell service. However, their Wi-Fi worked great. I wish there was a suggested walking path with arrows or something to follow while wandering the property because I wasn't sure what was off-limits or if I could just walk anywhere. I also wish they offered flights of their wines.

Dijeron que teníamos que pedir el desayuno con anticipacion para que lo sirvieran pero eso no lo indica nada booking y el email de bienvenida del hotel dice que lo sirven a las 9. Teníamos expectativas buenas de la comida y el lugar por los reviews pero ninguna se cumplió. Es una lastima. Perdimos nuestra noche en el valle.

Amy (10/5): Enjoyable, comfortable, peaceful and accommodating. - Very quiet and peaceful. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Nice walking trail on the property including views of vineyard and animals. The host prepared a wonderful breakfast for our group in the morning—avocado toast, eggs, bacon, fruit, juice and coffee. I really appreciated her making a special accommodation for me and offering gluten free. Be prepared to drive on windy and narrow country roads getting out to the property. It would be best for guest who appreciate being out in the country.

Verified traveler (2/5): The room was occupied and I had to left - I booked the room on Aug 2nd, but there is no reception but a paper with host's number. nobody picked up the phone. They only replied text message. my booked room was occupied (Deluxe Room, Mountain View – The Viognier). And the gust said they booked this sam room couple of months ago (I met with them when I texting to the host). The host said he did not get hotels.com's reservation, but I had gotten host's email confirmation through hotels.com message system. I found another hotel by other booking platform.

My friends and I were there for a wedding and we were the envy of the other guest. Lastly , they have farm products for purchase for a make shift picnic or take home. LOVE

Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the property is fun to walk, and the breakfast each morning was delicious including fresh eggs from the chickens on site. Elizabeth was a great host and provided us with suggestions as to where to eat and where to do tastings based on her own experience and from listening to whatwe had enjoyed in the past. Her cooking was amazing and she was fun to talk to each morning. If you're booking here on Expedia it isn't quite clear that breakfast is an option (which we missed) and Elizabeth was helpful in letting us add it when we communicated before our arrival. Such a beautiful area to visit and nice place to stay!

It has the feel of staying in a country estate. Quiet and relaxing, yet just a roughly 15 minute drive to town. Far better than staying at a conventional hotel.
Verified traveler (4/5): Meh - It was disappointing for certain. The room was clean and comfortable, but I don’t understand how it could be called a bed and breakfast. We were literally the only ones there. No other guests or even employees. There were a couple outdoor cats that seemed to depend on guests to feed them, so we did that. Would never stay here again.

I loved spending time with the animals and I appreciated the thought and care put into the vineyard. The house had fresh eggs and avocados in the kitchen! They also had beautiful gift baskets or individual items to purchase. I bought olive oil to support the vineyard. I liked everything!

Gayle (5/5): This was our third stay at Eden House. We will not return. - This was our third stay at Eden House and we had raved about the breakfast to our friends that came with us. I thought the breakfasts very creative and for the most part tasty. Our rooms were very comfortable. However the first two days we were there, our eggs were cold. I don't mean lukewarm, I mean cold. That would never be acceptable in a restaurant; why would Elizabeth do that? Secondly, the temperature in our rooms, we had the two upstairs, was fine. However, she kept the bottom level thermostat set between 56- 64 degrees. When we arrived, the thermostat was set at 62. I emailed Elizabeth about it and she said that due to a power outage that afternoon the inside temperature had gone down but she thought it would return to 68 once the power returned. However, when we went to breakfast the next morning, the thermostat was set at 64 degrees. Elizabeth never mentioned the temperature. We were there during a very cold spell; it rarely was in the 60's and I would reset the thermostat to 68-70 when we left each morning, we would return to find it had been lowered again. She always set the thermostat between 56-64 degrees. So during the 5 nights and 4 days we were there, I would turn the thermostat up and she would turn it down. It was doubly uncomfortable because three of the nights we were there, we ate our dinner at Eden House. But we had to eat upstairs in our rooms because it was too cold downstairs.

Jeanne (10/5): - This is a true b & b located in the carriage house of a vineyard and farm. Lovely accommodations (we had a room that had a bedroom, living room area with a sofa bed ( and adjoining balcony with a small patio set) and a bathroom between them. Bedrooms are on the second floor (walk up stairs). Everything was immaculate , nicely decorated, and lots of thoughtful touches. The living room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a collection of food items for sale, some of which are produced at the vineyard (wine, olive oil and honey). Kitchen, breakfast area and sitting area with fireplace is on the first floor. Included breakfast features fresh eggs. The farm has sheep and cows you can feed. Signage to the accommodation could be improved (there is a wine barrel with “B&B” and an arrow on it, but multiple dirt roads around a group of buildings, so it’s unclear where exactly to go. It would be helpful to have large lit signs to the correct one, especially at night.) Note that the GPS will take you along a road with no signs that runs parallel to the driveway/road that does have a large sign with the name of the vineyard. The b&b’s innkeeper is very accessible and friendly.

MAKIKO (10/5): - Amazing property. Spacious, clean room. Loved separate bathtub from shower. It takes 10-15min from Templeton and the area is very safe and quiet. Enjoyed exploring the vineyard and seeing chickens, sheep and deer. I got honey that they make there, which taste amazing. It was nice getaway.

Di Anne (4/5): - We had just driven about 5-6 hours with our toddler and were ready to get some rest. We arrived and there wasn’t a person on site for support so we didn’t feel like we had a lot of direction on using appliances in the kitchen and so on so it was pretty limited. Our room was nice however, during the night we didn’t sleep at all. Every 30 minutes or so there would be this terribly loud clicking like someone was turning a very heavy light switch on and off. It was so loud and honestly scary and uncomfortable especially with a baby so we slept very little before having to continue our trip the next day. Also, I tried taking a bath in their very beautiful bath tub and it was barely warm and was cold before I could enjoy it. We were exhausted the next day.

Bryan (9/5): I would say, it’s must stay kinda place! - The Eden house vineyard was amazing. It’s a cute little bed & breakfast out in the middle of wine country. The location was awesome, just a short drive from Templeton and Paso Robles. The Inn keep is amazing, she makes the most delicious breakfast! So good. My wife and I will be staying there again for sure. No complaints here

As a B&B, I would have expected much better than my ice cold mystery waffle and cold coffee. Where was the breakfast that I saw in your photos? It's no wonder we opted out of breakfast on the second morning and drove to a better breakfast.

Mark (8/5): - We recently discovered this Bed & Breakfast, and love staying here. The rooms, beds, and sheets are amazing. There are tea and snacks waiting for you upon arrival, and a nice sitting room to enjoy them in. Kristen arrives in the morning to prepare a lovely breakfast. Inside, this home is clean and fresh with updated rooms. Outside is nice too with easy parking, but could use a gardener to deadhead the flowers, etc. It’s very much out in the country, but only about a 10 minute drive to get to town for concerts, restaurants, wineries etc. This was our third visit, and we will definitely stay here again next time we’re fortunate enough to be in Central California.

Alexandra (10/5): Would love to come back - I'm so glad i discovered Eden house randomly looking for hotels on Google maps. Our stay was very comfortable, the house and the surrounding property are so serene and peaceful. It felt like i was staying at my parents house, except for this room was large and had a bathroom en suite! The breakfast was delicious. Our room was right by the dining room, which has a long dining table, which was perfect for when i needed to do some laptop work. There is also another table outside. We never saw other guests except for during breakfast. We stayed here because we came to see Sensorio lights. Will definitely come back here for longer next time to relax and explore more of Paso Robles.

Kathleen (7/5): Eden House vineyard - Quiet. Clean. Comfortable bed. Geography is pretty. Lots of wine tasting nearby. No staff present. Very little in the way of snacks, drinks, usually found in bed and breakfast. In fact no drinks for free. Breakfast ok. Feels less like a bed and breakfast and more like a hotel without staff. No wine tasting at this vineyard. Window shades not all working.
Rod (8/5): Cristin was very helpful in many ways. Especially her efforts to contact after we left a bag on our departure - Privacy Signage The main sign at the road was difficult to see from the road. It was obscured by vegetation.

Dana (10/5): Loved that it was located in the vineyards/country. Perfect romantic get away. - The breakfast was very delicious and the chef friendly. We loved the location, the grounds, and the accommodations. It was the perfect stay for us! Thank you. We will be back!

Mary (9/5): Marvelous - we will be back - The property is lovely! We have not had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast yet since we were in the area for a family issue but, we plan to return. Walking around the property in the early morning while the dew was still on the meadow. Excellent way to start the day! We love Freddy. You may need to turn the mattress in the Grenache room or invest in a new mattress. There are huge dips in the bed. Otherwise the stay was great.

Londono (7/5): Great location. Bad breakfast - Fantastic location. Big, comfortable room. The hostess- lady at the kitchen- was not friendly. Seemed really annoyed to have to serve us. Breakfast was terrible. Rubbery eggs in tomato sauce. I think they were cooked in the microwave. Orange juice was off. No pastries or anything sweet.

Kaushik (9/5): Would recommend for cleanliness - We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the facility itself. We liked the property as a whole as far as comfort is concerned. The room was very clean and well-stocked. It was very difficult to find the place, especially at night. GPS gives the wrong direction. Although we got an email for the direction, it was unclear. When we tried calling the phone number provided no one picked up. We even emailed the property but no one replied. When we reached the property, no one was there to receive us other than a letter on the door. We had to leave early and since the letter said that we were allowed to help ourselves in the kitchen and it was B&B, we took fruits and coffee when someone came in, never bothered to introduce herself (Christine), and seemed displeased that we helped ourselves. She was very cold and made us feel uneasy.

Gary (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was delicious. Bathroom very nice. Grounds beautiful to walk. The king mattress in the Syrah room needs to be replaced. We both found it difficult to get comfortable. Hills and dales from overuse.

Lorne (8/5): We enjoyedour stay especially meeting other travellers from Europe. - The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The house was neat and tidy. There was no one there to great you. We had a notice taped to the front door. Except for the breakfast period there was no one at the house. For us the property was too far out of the way.
Mila (10/5): Beautiful place, will stay again - It’s such a quiet tranquil place, we had a great time. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. We had a great time. The only thing I would change is pillows. A bit firm for my taste.

Glenn (1/5): Bad - We are elderly, arrived after dark. Very remote place. Muddy driveway, hard to find house, like a maze. No one there, place unlocked, felt very uncomfortable so we left and didn’t stay. Would like a refund. See above.
