I have stayed in many riads and this was at the lower end but higher priced. It’s nice and clean etc….. but value for money it’s not. They also wanted €10 per person per day for breakfast which has always had included in my stays at previous places.

Alors à ce niveau là beaucoup de choses ne vont pas, malgré quelque petite choses assez positive. - Une piscine montrer sur les photos or pas utilisable lors de mon séjour alors que j’ai quand même payée 100€ la nuit et aucun rabais de prix ou autre de proposer. - chambre très très sombres et très mal aérer donc odeur HORRIBLE de moisissures et de renfermer.. pour aérer très compliquée car tout le monde a vue sur la chambre car pas de fenêtre vers l’extérieur… et fenêtre très bancale j’ai dû appeler quelqu’un pour m’aider - problématique de douche le pommeau trouée donc sa fuit de partout et une fois sur 2 ok se brûle car l’eau froide s’arrête et vice versa ! Donc douche très speed - chambre très mal isolée c’était un calvaire on entend absolument tout même les personnes qui sèche leur cheveux … les arrivée le matin très tôt ( des personnes qui sonne pendant une fois 10 minutes…) ou le personnels qui travail à la porte à côté qui parle fort ! - prix très élevée sur les excursions ou taxi.. et franchement j’ai pas trouvée sa cool sa était la choses la plus décevante pour moi ( taxi 20 euros or que on a fini par le payer 6 euros en se débrouillant)

Consigliato - Il riad è carino, si trova in centro (ma defilato rispetto alla strada trafficata che porta alla piazza Jemaa), il punto forte sono la gentilezza di chi vi lavora, soprattutto Zacharia che è stato davvero simpatico e disponibile, e la loro terrazza rooftop stra ben tenuto dove fare la colazione fra le piante e vista sul resto di Marrakech. Le damos las gracias a Zacaria por su amabilidad,porque si no fuera por su trato nuestra estancia habría sido bastante peor La habitación no correspondía del todo con lo que entendimos al reservar en Booking.Habíamos filtrado una habitación con balcón y también seleccionamos la opción de fumadores,por lo que pensamos que tendría un balcón ,pero la habitación no tenía balcón.También aparecía la opción de bañera con hidromasaje,lo que nos hizo pensar que estaba dentro de la habitación,pero en realidad había solo una ducha muy pequeña en el baño,con muy poco espacio para moverse.La iluminación de la habitación y del baño era muy débil,prácticamente como una luz de ambiente,lo que hacía que todo se viera bastante oscuro.Otro problema fue la calefacción.Aunque el aire estaba puesto a 31 °C,prácticamente no daba calor y la habitación estaba bastante fría por la noche,lo que hizo difícil descansar bien.Además,en Booking indicaba que las habitaciones estaban insonorizadas,pero se escuchaban fácilmente los ruidos del riad,de la calle y de las habitaciones vecinas.

They were always smiling, professional, and ready to respond to all our needs and requests for help. We learned so much from them, and they were undoubtedly very important in making our trip to Marrakech so memorable. The riad is also very well located in a quieter area, which is perfect for resting while still being close to everything. There are restaurants and beautiful squares just a few minutes away, and for those who want to join tours, the meeting points are all very close to the riad. Without a doubt, we felt at home and very warmly welcomed. Thank you so much for everything.
• Máté (1/5): AVOID THIS RIAD IF YOU VISIT THE CITY IN WINTER, unless you want a dark, ruined, depressing room... - The staff was kind and helpful. The location is great for exploring the city center. That's all about the advantages... This accommodation might be much more pleasant in summer, but it was quite miserable during a winter stay.... The "deluxe triple room" we had the pleasure to stay in was dark, cold, depressing, dirty and ruined. The list of services they offered in the building, didn't match the reality! The bathroom was just soo miserably outdated, ruined, the shower was dirty and covered in mold.. There were electric outage several times, for several hours, therefore no heating, no lights, no hot water, no internet. The host didn't heat up the room properly to our arrival. However they turned on the AC, the whole room was 10-12 °C cold the first day, such as the external temperature. The bathroom only had a small electric heater, therefor it wasn't warm enough neither. during the whole stay. The room lacked basic maintenance and repair: broken socket, cracked entrance door (didn't close properly), damaged window sills, broken tiles in the bathroom. I personally find it offensive to get such quality for such price...

Aunque tienen aire acondicionado, hacia frío, sobre todo en el baño, en el que el grifo de la ducha salía, o muy caliente o muy frío. No es algo impeditivo, pero por el precio que tiene, me parecen cosas inaceptables. Literalmente pasé bastante frío durante la noche. No todo es una cuestión de mantas y aire acondicionado, las habitaciones deben estar bien aisladas.

• Cabrera Garcia (1/5): No fue para nada cómoda y pasamos bastante miedo. - La ubicación Hola, Quisiera presentar una reclamación respecto a mi estancia en el alojamiento Riad white flowers en los días 13-14-15 y 16 de noviembre. A nuestra llegada en el hotel nos dimos cuenta de que las habitaciones y el hotel eran bastante más pequeñas de lo que parecía en las fotos pero decidimos no darle importancia a pesar del fuerte olor a humedad que había en las habitaciones. El día 14, durante nuestro primer desayuno en el Riad, los dueños del Riad tuvieron una fuerte discusión que llegó a las manos, al estar nosotros delante decidieron seguir con la discusión en el patio para que nosotros no lo viéramos pero aún así seguíamos escuchando muchos golpes ya no solo entre ellos si no de distintos objetos volando y rompiéndose al caer. Al nosotros bajar nos encontramos con trozos de la decoración del Riad rotos por el suelo y una de las trabajadoras despeluzada llorando en una esquina. Esto ocurrió mientras nos encontrábamos allí y nos generó una situación de gran miedo e incomodidad, afectando seriamente nuestra seguridad y la calidad de la estancia. Intentamos buscar otro lugar para poder estar más tranquilos en nuestra estancia en Marrakesh pero al ser fiesta allí todo estaba ocupado o demasiado cara para lo que nos podíamos permitir por lo que tuvimos que tomar otra serie de medidas como ir solamente al Riad a dormir y nada más, no hicimos uso de ninguna de las tareas comunes ni tampoco del servicio de desayuno que nos ofrecían ya que estábamos bastante asustados. Cabe añadir que la noche del 14 al llegar, la cerradura de la entrada principal no coincidía con la que nos habían proporcionado. Considero que estas circunstancias son inaceptables para un alojamiento turístico y no se corresponden con lo que se espera de un entorno seguro. Por este motivo, solicito un reembolso total de la reserva. Adjunto detalles adicionales como fotos a pesar de no tener muchas debido a que nos fuimos cuanto antes, si es necesario, puedo aportar más información.

• Sandra (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf tijdens stedentrip! - Kleine, maar gemoedelijke en en fijne kamer. Voorzien van de gemakken die nodig zijn, geen overbodige luxe. - airco en bed waren top. Ontbijt werd iedere ochtend vers verzorgd op het dakterras, keuze was reuze. Locatie ligt midden in de Medina. Waardoor je meegenomen word in alle perikelen die Marrakech te bieden heeft. Loopafstand van vele bezienswaardigheden. Badkamer is aan vernieuwing toe, hadden op een gegeven ogenblik de warmte kraan in de handen. Mixen van water was onhandig. Verder geen op of aanmerkingen

I would have no problem if I got what I paid for. But compared to other places I stayed it was quite expensive. Room only cleaned once in 5 days and that is because I asked for bin to be emptied. The shower is not fixed to the wall and it is like a hose. The bed and pillows are very hard. Cushions and foot rests need a wash.

• Farid (2/5): Établissement en grand chantier - L'établissement n'est pas compatible pour recevoir des voyageurs, grosses travaux,constructions picine, chambres insalubres, cafards, moisissures dans sdb,une catastrophe, j'ai parlé avec le responsable pour lui informé de mon mécontentement et d'arrêter de prendre des réservations le temps des travaux, mais rien a faire, a Marrakeche malheureusement, tous le monde cherche de faire de l'argent, n'importe comment, voyage raté, merci hotels.com.
• Genevieve (9/5): Bon rapport qualité-prix pour arrêt à Marrakech! - Court arrêt avant notre retour. N'avons pas déjeuné vu départ trop tôt. Ruelles pour accéder à la Riad un peu sales mais Riad très propre et bel accueil! Air climatisé fonctionnait très bien.

• Ifeadika (8/5): I really enjoyed my stay. Nice breakfast and great staff. - The location is quite good though a bit inside. The breakfast is superb. The staff are excellent in their work The bathroom/shower area size is not big. However the room and all arrangement is Okay.
• Emma (7/5): Nice quiet spot near Bahia Palace - Quiet. Good location. Near Bahia Palace and Moroccan Cuisine Museum. Clean room. Friendly staff Room very dark. Quite a small room for 3 people. No fridge
• Megan (2/5): Very poor - The breakfast was good but the hours were terrible. If you had an excursion, you missed breakfast. The owner was not friendly at all. The room smelled like mold, filth and cat urine. Beds were very uncomfortable, shower was extremely small and in poor repair. The room was very dark during the day. Steps were missing tiles.

• Lea (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück war super, leider klappte unser Flughafen Abholservice nicht. Nach zwei Stunden Wartezeit beschlossen wir ein Taxi zum Riad zu nehmen. Der Transfer nach Essaouira klappte super.

• launay (8/5): Très bon séjour - bonjour, nous avons passer 4 nuits dans ce Riad pendant les vacances de février qui est bien situé. Même si la chambre manque de rangement, tout est propre. • Kyenta (6/5): Lovely stay marred by a smelly bathroom. - The roof was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were INCREDIBLE. The only negative was that the bathroom smelled horrible. It really impacted our stay as the smell spread to the bedroom. We didn’t smell it until we took a shower and after that there seemed to be a smell that came from the shower drain.

• Christine (3/5): Disappointed at accommodation - Leaving , Riad could do with updating and stairs are dangerous , loose broken tiles , place a bit shabby .Our toilet facilities in the standard double room were below standard , no bathroom door ( curtain) shower head had to be used hand held , toilet seat broken , wash hand basin was very old and not fit for purpose.S no where to store clothes 1 clothes hanger provided..All of the above explain our disappointment .

• Chelsey (10/5): Great stay at White flowers - Zach and Latifa were great, very welcoming and so helpful. The food here is so good and tasty, they provide traditional Moroccan food! Portion sizes are huge! Our room was not shown in any of the pictures advertised on booking and was away from the rest of the rooms up another 2 flights of stairs. Location was perfect and only a small walk away from the Medina.

• Rock (6/5): Pleasant - Room is clean and was tidied up upon request. We almost paid more than what was supposed to be charged to us. This is because we had to pay extra for using a card. The lady was charging more and we had to verify this with the manager. Good thing we managed to recompute the charges ourselves. We requested for a laundry the day we arrived. The lady in charge of laundry collected it the following day. We followed up few times for our clothes to be returned back. However, our clothes were returned on the day of our check out which was so much hassle as we needed to pack and sort it out. Our clothes are still damp and stains are still visible. You can find other riads that are way cheaper with same facilities.

• Ian (5/5): Disappointing riad looks nothing like photos, but lovely staff - Friendly and helpful staff. Large roof terrace Whole property is shabby and in need of a refurbishment and clean. Lots of items broken, missing or with temporary fixes. Bed very uncomfortable. Room looked nothing like the photos.

• Paolo (10/5): Readiness, professionalism and kindness. - White Flowers is a traditional riad. The owners have been careful not to contaminate it too much with styles and tastes far from Moroccan culture. Few rooms but very welcoming. Roof terrace for sunbathing or relaxing at sunset. Silence reigns supreme and you will find yourself a short distance from the main attractions of the historic center of Marrakech. The large square (Jamaâ El-Fna) is a 10 minute walk away on a completely pedestrian path that passes through the alleys of the Medina. After a couple of times you will no longer need to consult Google Maps and you will feel at home, at any time of day or night. Zacharie (Zack) manages the riad with great professionalism and kindness. You can ask him anything: he will solve it for you. Latifa is the other irreplaceable personality: an exceptional cook and assistant. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. We did not have lunch or dinner, but other guests were very satisfied with her cooking. For the transfer to and from the airport, definitely ask them: it would be complicated to reach them on your own for the first time. They will wait for you at any time in case the plane is delayed. We plan to return!

• Inese (4/5): Quite a disappointment - Good location in the center, welcoming staff Requires a lot of improvement. The main disadvantages are a broken door (we couldn't lock it when we left, and even though they promised to fix it in 10 minutes, it didn't happen during the whole week), one boiler for everyone and often no hot water, the rooms are not cleaned, breakfast is late (before the flight we talked that we would eat from 8:30, when is the start time), but no one even came for 15 minutes.. we left without eating. We waited more than 1 hour for an already paid airport transfer :( and then they tried to ask us to pay a second time. And a VERY uncomfortable bed :(
