• BMarshall16105 (9/5): Great hotel, breakfast NOT included. - I liked the proximity to the casino and I also liked the fact that there was a sheetz convenience store within a few feet of the hotel. I did not like that the breakfast was not included in my room cost and it was an additional 14 dollars. I also didn't like the fact that I had to tell the front desk clerk that we would not be partaking in breakfast the day before so we wouldn't be charged that extra 14 dollars a person for breakfast. I feel there could be a better way to handle that whole thing.

My only complaint is that there were no complimentary waters in the room that I have come to expect when staying at a hotel. No complimentary waters.

• case0219 (10/5): Great hotel attached to casino - This hotel is great for the stay that we had when going to the casino. The room is nice and spacious. Each room comes with a fridge and microwave. They have a small pool and a small fitness room as well. The breakfast in the morning? Eh? not the quality that it was a few years ago. They do have eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, bagels and toast. If you have time, go to the casino and have brunch at the Sportsbook. It is much much better. Overhall, this is a nice Hyatt with friendly helpful staff.

• Chanon (3/5): Convenient location, but uncomfortable room and disappointing amenities - It was connected to the casino, the property looked nice, and the food at the Parlay Lounge was good. We stayed here because it was connected to the casino, but overall our experience wasn’t great. The casino itself didn’t have many games and was disappointing. In our room, the bed and pillows were both hard, we didn’t have enough towels, and the fridge was leaking. The sofa bed had no bedding, so we had to go ask for it. Breakfast wasn’t included and was billed separately. The hallways smelled strongly of weed, and there was no ice machine on our floor.

• susanmI1863RY (8/5): Warm welcome back - Our room was neat and clean. Room 418 was close to the elevator. Unfortunately, we could occasionally hear elevator noise. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was being repaired. Not sure if it was completed. However, it was all we needed . Overall the room was fine, the beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Upon check in Brandi was very efficient and pleasant. While she was securing our room, Kyle M. gave me a huge welcoming smile and said “welcome back, good to see you”. That was such great customer service. What a great way to make customers feel welcome and special. We try to make it to this area once every 4-6 weeks Spring thru Fall. It’s a nice fun getaway for us.

Probably because they were full of mite fesses. The people that worked there are NOT interested in serving the customers. They don't look at you or give you a smile. Looking away they asked, "Can I help you?". But not really meaning it.
