As a family friendly park, the safety and comfort of all our guests is of the utmost importance. We welcome pets at the Park Managers discretion and other pets by negotiation. For the comfort of all our guests, here are some of the things you'll need to know when staying at a Park Lane Holiday Park with your pet. Things to know In accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, Service/Assistance Dogs are exempt from this policy and are welcome in ALL Park Lane Holiday Parks. For our guests who may experience severe allergy issues, we offer designated cabins that are strictly pet-free for your convenience. Please contact reception and speak to one of our friendly Guest Experience Officers who will be able assist in finding the right cabin for your next holiday. We cannot guarantee the availability of a pet-free cabin and therefore strongly recommend you discuss your preference prior to booking your accommodations, rather than at check-in. For dogs to be permitted in park and in cabins, they must meet the following criteria: Maximum of 2 pets in one cabin/site. Pets must be house trained and well behaved. Pets are not permitted on the beds or couches within our cabins. Pets own bedding or crate/s must be supplied by the guest. The breed and size of the dog must be declared at the time of reservation. Though we understand that dogs do bark, excessive and ongoing barking is not ideal for guests to enjoy a peaceful getaway and will not be tolerated. Pets that shed excessively will not be permitted inside the cabins. For the health and safety of all our guests and their pets, all visiting pets must be treated for fleas prior to arrival and be up to date on all vaccinations as required. “Dangerous Dogs” as defined in 34A of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 are prohibited within all parks. The acceptance of pets (including but not limited to dogs), is at the ultimate discretion of Management. Acceptance may be revoked at any time. PET FEES & CHARGES A ‘Nightly Pet Charge’ for all CABIN bookings of $15.00 will be applied per pet, per night and is payable at time of booking. This fee covers dirt brought in from paws, reasonable amounts of pet hair and general pet smells. A ‘Nightly Pet Charge’ for all SITE bookings of $5.00 will be applied per pet, per night and is payable at time of booking. This fee covers park pet facilities and maintenance. An 'Excessive Cleaning Fee' (from $200) will be charged if a cabin is left in an unacceptable condition due to pets. This includes pet hair on beds/couches, inside toilet accidents, minor repairs etc. Further damage to floors, furniture and fixings will be recorded, assessed, repaired and billed accordingly. Park Lane 'Petiquette' Pets are the responsibility of their owners at all times and must not be left unattended inside cabins unless crate trained and enclosed in a suitable crate. Where dogs are kept in a crate in a cabin; The temperature of the cabin should also be maintained in such a way suitable for the weather. The pet must not be left unattended for extended periods of time or overnight. No wet or excessively dirty pets are permitted inside cabins. Owners must pick up after their pets doo doo and deposit in the outside bins provided. All dogs must be kept on their lead while out in the park. Pet blankets and accessories are not to be washed in the cabin or communal washing machines. Guests are requested to advise reception of any loss or damages that may have been caused during their stay. Staff will review the situation and where necessary, charges will be applied as per the guest’s reservation terms and conditions. We are all about PET DIVERSITY! If your best animal friend doesn't come with four paws and a waggy tail, call and speak to one of our wonderful Guest Experience Officers prior to booking and they will advise whether we can accommodate your scaly or feathered mate.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Priya (7/5): It was good experience but slightly over priced given the cleanliness was not spotless and the check in time is 2 on whi - The property is well located and is spacious considering its a cabin only but with ensuite. The staff was helpful and did let us check in 1 hour early as we requested in the day. The property was not clean enough, specially the floor and dome’s see through walls. The ensuite was spotless though.

Kelly (7/5): Loved the location, and will be back. - The superior family cabin was a perfect space for our family. The grounds were safe for our kids to scooter around. Our internet never connected which is more of an inconvenience especially when you pay for something.
Samantha (10/5): The perfect mini getaway. - There was so much for kids to do, the facilities were soo clean and well maintained with lots of space it never felt over crowded even in the busiest times in the kitchens/bathrooms. The bell tent was so well equipped and so cosy while still being so spacious. Can’t complain about anything it was all fabulous.

The park facilities need an upgrade. - Pros * Great base to travel the Yarra Valley and surrounds. * We stayed in a Superior 8 cabin we were upgraded from a 6 cabin. Great size cabin with lots of space. Kitchen and bathrooms were decent. * Lots of play space for the kids to kick the ball and scoot around the park. * Loved the creek at the back and the jump track hours of fun play. * I thought at night it would be loud given all the camping but surprisingly it was quiet and nice. Cons * WiFi, nonexistent we were upgraded to an 8 ppl superior cabin at the back of the park which meant WiFi could not be reached and our 4G and 5G kept cutting out. If we wanted to use WiFi it was outside our cabin which is not ideal. Not sure l would consider this as an UPGRADE we didn’t need an 8 ppl room and then we lost WiFi. This was really disappointing and the front staff didn’t care just told us to connect from outside. This also meant we were unable to use the TV with Netflix. * Beds were so uncomfortable. Not sure what’s wrong with the bunks but my kids were over heating in them. Lucky we did have the extra double bed. * 1 bed sheet was dirty. * Lots of insects, the room should be sprayed before the next stay. I know you can’t help it but we had lots and they looked like they were around for sometime. * Jumping pads- do not market these on your website if they aren’t available. I get one being broken but both! My kids were really disappointed. * Swimming pools are very small considering the size of the park and the 14 ppl capacity is not manned. * The games room is useless, need to upgrade the room.
Marylou (8/5): Terrific and would definitely stay again. - Facilities were excellent. The "extra" Easter & School Holiday activities were well organised and appreciated particularly by parents. Great range of accommodation options. Kids were very well entertained. Perhaps a little extra effort of cleaning in cabins (inside and out) would be appreciated. Also a small range of grocery staples in office shop would be very handy. Noise from bike ramp carries to nearby sites and starts very early but certainly can't be helped.

Simona (7/5): Had a good time in the park, nice facilities, but quite pricey. - The cabin was compact but clean and cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice facilities around the park. Loved the proximity of the creek. We met friends who rented caravan spots here, and came prepared with coal bbqs, but were not allowed to light fires despite not being a Total Fire Ban day (they called beforehand to confirm it was ok to bring the bbqs…) Nice location, but quite expensive. The pool area was small and extremely busy.
anita (8/5): - We loved our Geo Dome - it was cozy and different. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. The communal areas like bathroom and camp kitchens were not clean when we arrived at 2pm. Also the light outside the dome could not be switched off at night and spoilt our sleep and enjoyment of the night sky.

Miki (9/5): Brilliant and would absolutely recommend it to anyone - Loved the uniqueness of the tram. Brilliant location. Brilliant holiday park. Very luxurious and up class. Our outood area was not mowed which would have been overall nicer and reflected the price. Was disappointed that there wasn’t much privacy in kitchen or hallway - people kept looking in. There were also several wasp nests around.

Pod and shared bathroom were well equipped . Nice products in bathroom . Good TV in pod Sill soft chairs in pod -wasted precious space needed for more bench space ? Only one wine glass ! Small shelf behind bed in bad spot for your head but movable at least - ( but we had requested 2 singles which can be made into double so admittedly difficult to have bedside shelf)
