- Christina (8/5): Great stay for overnight close to campus - Great location for graduation! Victorian Inn is always clean and comfortable. Excellent value for staying close to university. Always pretty noisy here. Cleaning carts loud in the AM and always people in parking lot in the evening.

- Christina (8/5): Easy check in close to campus - Close to SFA campus and good value. Easy booking and check I . It was by noisy the night we were there, but that’s no fault of the management
- White (9/5): - The location was perfect. Didn't have to travel far for food or anything er needed I was a little concerned about the bathroom ceiling in the shower...
- Shane Webb (10/5): -
- Jessica (10/5): -
- Jamie (1/5): Lizards and rude staff - It is on North Street close to family. There were lizards as in more than one running through the room. The manager didn't want to refund my money after I told him I can't stay in a room where we have seen multiple lizards. He was rude and tried to blame me for there being a lizard in the room because I had the door open trying to shoo it out.
- Rivero (8/5): Buena - Bueno Hay q acompasar el techo del. Año y la puerta

- Patricia (10/5): Comfortable Stay at the Victorian Inn & Suites - It is so comfortable, and the location and staff are wonderful. The bed is terrific and makes for a very good night's sleep! The soap is a little small, but it never interferes with our total enjoyment of staying here.
- Shane Webb (10/5): -
- Carol (7/5): - Very good location. Vintage but very well maintained. Brand new carpet, tiled outside walkways very well lit.
The beds are slightly firm for my tastes, but I slept well. It was on the major artery in Nacogdoches, but it was very quiet.
Parking right outside the door. Got help immediately when I couldn't turn the shower knob
I enjoyed my stay and hope to stay again Nothing
- Kristopher (5/5): It was tolerable at the very least - Price was ok and location was good. Hot water was plentiful. Staff at check in was nice. We received a phone call on the room phone as soon as we walked in the door claiming to be the front desk asking about us leaving a bad review which we hadn’t. We had only been there long enough to set our bags down. The guests next door in room 119 continually were outside smoking weed and we couldn’t avoid the smoke trying to get to our vehicle. The bed was uncomfortable (extremely hard) and the mini fridge didn’t appear to have been cleaned. When asking for receipt at checkout, this was a business trip, we were told no.
- Aleazar (2/5): -
- Shane Webb (9/5): Quality - Quiet, comfortable affordable. What more do you need? Nothing I can think of.
- Baloch (10/5): -

- Young (7/5): - No iron for your clothes and hot water didn't work well and refrigerated made noise all night we had put a towel under it other then that it was good very quiet 😉
- Patterson (7/5): - Proximity and nice staff Cleaner beds
- Gerdes (10/5): -
- Yonilda (1/5): Not a good experience - There wasn’t any mention of breakfast The room needs updating or remodeling
The worst thing is there was a roach crawling on the floor when we first entered
There are cracks in the wall; specifically in the corners
We were not pleased with this hotel at all!!
- Flores (8/5): -
- Gonzales (8/5): This was an good location for our trip, We will not have a problem booking at this hotel again. - The hotel upgraded us from two full size beds to two king size beds at no extra charge. The location of the hotel was perfect. We were in town to see our daughter who attends
SFA. We thought we were going to have to stay in Lufkin so this worked out perfect.
- Daisy (3/5): -
- Douglas (8/5): - Convenient, good for simple overnight stay
- lance (6/5): -
- Jennifer (8/5): I'd stay again because it's the most affordable option and a decent, friendly place. - Staff were very nice, rooms were pretty standard, nothing special. AC and hot water worked fine. Close drive to everything. Felt safe. No pool, no breakfast.
- Asjia (2/5): - Housekeeping came in without knocking 30 minutes before checkout time. Also had a really big roach when I woke up to use the bathroom, as I was getting my stuff I also seen a little roach. Housekeeping lady was very rude.
- White (10/5): - I like it because it is safe environment clean quiet and the management and owners were really nice There not anything wrong with it wood stay there again 🤪
- Kelly (8/5): -
- Simmons (5/5): You get what you pay for - Friendly employees/owners Sheets had huge stains on them, old/run down
- Latonya (8/5): Very good -
- Glass (9/5): Superb -
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruben (8/5): - Kind of worn out but it is a older hotel,.
- Tracy (8/5): - Seemed to be family owned and operated. Cleanliness was good. The room had good amenities: microwave, mini fridge, hairdryer, cable tv, AC that all worked. The bed was comfortable.
The property is aged and shows some signs of that (door sticks and was hard to open and shut, the water pressure in the shower was very low, pool was not available though I would not have used it anyway). Business was conducted through the "night window" at all hours of service needed. The property was well lit and seemed safe. It was a good value for a one night stay where all I needed was a place to shower and get some sleep.
- Susan (5/5): Passable - It is a nice size room. Located close to SFA and businesses on North St. Rooms were old.
- Efrain (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jo (5/5): Disappointing- didnt enjoy our stay - We booked a king bed disability suite – probably because that was what was available. Good hot water. the The room was large and had fridge and microwave. There was a coffee machine but with just one small coffee bag provided. The hotel seemed to be full of workmen – they arrived in trucks late afternoon and then woke us up at 6 am when they left. The room was gloomy – one very small window. The Internet was almost non-existent. If we did ever get access it dropped out after a few seconds. This was a problem for us as we were trying to plan the next few days of our road trip. I did ask at the office and they said they would turn it off and on but that didn’t improve anything. Also, although we didn’t see any flying insects we both got bitten, one of us with a bite that swelled up quite badly. I did tell the office and suggested they spray. We left as soon as we could in the morning. This was the least comfortable place we stayed in a number of weeks of touring.
- Thomas (8/5): Very surprised by value - Extremely clean, plenty of channels on the tv, easy parking, great location
- Tina (8/5): Good for value and location. - Location. Shower was excellent! Door would not lock and tub drain broke.
- Les (10/5): - It was nice and clean no one all outside smoking are listening to loud music it was very clean im going to stay again i like it
- Kasky (9/5): Superb - Great location and clean. Good parking, and quiet. Bed was firm but not too hard. Pillows. The pillows were bad. Clean but not comfortable at all.
- Mathew (8/5): - It was quiet and pleasant
- White (10/5): Exceptional - This properly was good quiet clean in good location
- H (3/5): Poor - The location was good near where I wanted to be daily. I had several bed bug bites, and they moved me to another room after I reported. However, in the entire 3 days, I have been suffering from itching and skin irritation.
- Sueann (8/5): - Only bad thing about the hotel was the washer & dryer didn’t work. Everything else was great.
- Amber (4/5): - The hotel had a smell that did not smell clean. The furniture was outdated, and the front desk was not welcoming.
- jessica (8/5): Hair on pillows - Pillows had white hair on them and towels looked dirty! But other than that it was quiet and comfortable
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional - Calm quiet environment. Wish there was vending machines or sort. Not ganna complain.
- Efrain (9/5): Pleasant and welcoming staff. Will be back as daughter starts college activities late Spring and Fall - Clean and well lit N/A
- Lydia (10/5): - I visit Nac 4-6 times a year and like to stay at this hotel when visiting. It’s a convenient location and it’s always very clean! The biggest bonus for this place is it’s decently priced and there are 0 bugs!!! (Unlike some of the other hotels I’ve stayed at there). NO bugs here!!! I’d give this place 10 stars for that alone!! It’s always very clean! Which I appreciate so much!
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient, easy parking.. relaxing There could be a few more towels
- Reba (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sillin (9/5): Superb - Location and nice room. Pillows
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- White (1/5): Bad - The shower was good 🔥 AC and heat was good good location price of reasonable good clean sheets it good just not worse $62 Now what I didn't like about it that was pee on the back of the toilet that's been there for a minute the Michael bolt the microwavable button was broke it still work and the refrigerator was old had two different colors but all that is is ok say there need be $40 not $62
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Staff was extremely helpful. I had to change rooms and it was no problem. I would stay there again. Nothing.
- Allensworth (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic. Very quaint hotel. There wasn't a breakfast available when we stayed.
- Rodriquez (8/5): - Property was well kept. The Continental breakfast could be improved but it's conveniently close to the restaurants in the area
- Cynthia (9/5): Superb -
- Edna (1/5): no good - there were roaches and bedding was moldy smelling
- Flores (9/5): Superb -
- Shantral (8/5): Very good -
- Penny (4/5): Place was gross - No breakfast
Location was good Office chair was broken
Lamps didn’t work
Dead roaches in bathroom
- Parke (10/5): Mid drive Layover to see my family in Texas. - Exceptionally clean Nothing
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - We liked that it was very clean, smelled good, comfortable, the staff was very friendly & helpful!
- Leslee (8/5): Very good - Good location, good value
- Branch (9/5): Superb - It was convenient to a many restaurants and stores
- Williams (8/5): Very good -
- Roberto (8/5): Very good - Very clean room and bathroom. The mattress wasn’t as comfortable as I’d like, but for one night I survived.
Not a lot of amenities, but the price was right. Mattress comfort
- Gary (2/5): - Rooms were smelled stale, they didn’t have AC on when we check it. Bathrooms were disgusting and not clean. Refrigerators didn’t work.
- Thomas (6/5): - All i really cared about was cleanliness, and i was completely satisfied.
- Flores (1/5): Bad -
- Brandi (10/5): - I always stay at this location when I come to town to visit family except the one time I didn’t and wished I had..the ppl in the office are friendly and helpful and this is my go to place..I would recommend this place to anyone
- Dylan (8/5): - Very quaint property with friendly staff. Very nice stay overall.
- Fred (8/5): - Nice place, clean and and quiet.
- Mekysha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandra (1/5): Ruder than rude - Nothing manager/owner? Very rude! Had reservations noting that I had a service dog. He refused to let me stay there. I even had registered service dog card I presented with my identification.
- Latonya (7/5): It was a good stay - It was quiet and easy to access The space between the door and floor. Things can actually crawl in under the door
- Plourde (3/5): Very disappointed with the lack of upkeep of the property. - At least the bathroom was clean and no sign of bugs in the room. Staff was courteous. The room had a horrible and overwhelming saturation of recent cigarette smoke throughout the room despite no smoking signs. Lamp shades were old and damaged along with the microwave glass door.
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Candice (10/5): I love pillows. - The staff was very pleasant, and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and had a pillow of every firmness available.
- Ariel (5/5): Passable -
- Blyth (10/5): Amazing Service - Friendly and helpful staff. Room older but clean and maintained. Property older but well maintained. Left behind an important item . Staff contacted me to work out how to return it to me. On entry a/c off but room cooled off quickly.
- Anna (8/5): Very good -
- James (5/5): If you're tight on money and just need to stay somewhere, it'll do. - There was plenty of space to move around in the room and the bed was comfortable so for the purpose of getting a night's sleep it's okay. The AC worked great. The man who took my reservation was difficult to communicate with and not very friendly, and the room smelled like some kind of orange spray to try and mask the smoke smell as we stayed in a smoking room due to short notice, and the orange smell only made it worse.
- Roderick (10/5): - Excellent service
- Langthorn (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (7/5): Good - Convenient location for what we were doing. The price was right for a quick one night stay.
- Zachary (5/5): Passable -
- Micah (7/5): Good - Breakfast?? Rooms were updated but still an older motel
