- Kim (8/5): Loved the Beachside villas and hope to return in the future! - We loved the updated interior and the location - close to the beach and close to the village! There was very little storage for clothes or for larger suitcases. Would also recommend additional electrical outlets and lights.

- Ken (7/5): Wonderful Siesta Key Property, Size Matters - The location of the property is ideal. Proximity to all the action in Siesta Key is amazing. The staff was totally helpful when we needed assistance. When we asked to be relocated, they were flexible and found another option. We booked a studio suite and were disappointed by the actual room size. It was fine for 1 person, but we were 2. Had the room size been included in the initial listing, we wouldn't have chosen it.

- Paul (9/5): A lovely piece of heaven with close access to THE BEST beach in America! - The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic!! The property is less than a five minute walk to the beach and even less to the village where there are several shops and restaurants. The facility provides beach chairs, coolers, and a beach wagon. There also complementary bikes available. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was basically a king size bed and a bathroom. Small microwave and small TV. Pool was cloudy. Gazebo's were nice, but a few outdoor fans would have helped with the no-see-ums.

- Reto (8/5): - Die Lage ist top! Paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Auch Fahrräder kann man gratis auslehnen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und man kann nicht wirklich abdunkeln, eine Schlafmaske die vor den Augen dunkel macht ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Então, se querem praia como estamos acostumados, fiquem no Brasil ou vão para o Caribe, pois aqui a comparação não será verdadeira. Mas se querem algo estilo americano, o hotel se encaixa. Pra nós valeu a experiência, é um hotel, quarto simples.

- John (10/5): - The owner's have built a very lovely set of villas in a great location that was a pleasure to stay in. A very well furnished and finished 2 bed villa. It was so nice to stay in with lots of space and lots of additional extras like a cooler bag and folding beach chairs. Very convenient for walking to the stunning beach and the lively Siesta Key main street.

- Amanda (10/5): - We had a very nice time at the Beach side Villas. We booked a room with a kitchenette, and it was very clean and fresh. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and there's were just enough dishes so we could prepare our own breakfast. I was also able to briefly see the inside of the large multi-bedroom suite some family has booked, which was also very nicely updated and clean. Although we didn't end up using them, they have beach cruiser bikes that would have been convenient. The Tiki area was a nice place to relax and have evening snacks, even that area felt updated and well maintained. Check in and out were quick and easy, the people were pleasant and professional. I would definitely stay again, as well as recommend this location to family and friends

We had a cold shower the first day because the temperature gauge was backwards (hot was cold and cold was hot. They are understaffed so if you want to have your room cleaned, you need to request it. Nice and close to the beach and the sunset was so beautiful every night.

Restaurants and shopping are also walkable. And their signature room scent is sooo yummy. Only critique is I was there was a better way to store luggage, our 4 person room got a little snug.

The beach and the water were absolutely gorgeous.The room was clean and tidy. There were a fridge, a “Keurig”coffeemaker, a microwave. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. However, if you want to sleep like home bring your own pillows:)

Was setup beautifully, beach towels provided, had a hot pad for cooking and utensils, pans, and dishes with silver ware. Was Microwave and Kcups. Everything was provided towels, dish soap, etc. They beach chairs for each of us, a wagon and a cooler. They had bikes as well. They had 3 outside hammocks, corn hole and connect four. A beautiful pool. And just a short walk to a beautiful beach. We would differently stay here again. So if we plan another trip here we will.

The bikes,wagon, coolers, and washing machine were such a wonderful surprised. There was limited closet space, but it looks like they are adding some more space and getting creative. They had a binder with everything you needed. A short walk to both the beach and the village. I enjoy the beach at the entrance used for the villas.. Very close to the sand bar. There are many options to have swallow or deeper water. The flowers and plants outside were my favorite. Definitely would recommend this place and stay again. There is a lot of work being done due to the hurricane, just a reminder. There's no reason to keep you away. Just a lot of rebuilding and clean up still. I'm happy to be part of seeing Seista Key rebuild.

They provide beach towels, cooler, bottled water, and a beach wagon which makes a good day at the beach! Clean and pleasantly decorated… they offer outside areas to grill, and the service is friendly. Minutes to the beautiful beach in one direction and minutes to the main tourist attractions such as restaurants and shopping. Best place and affordable 💯

We liked that we had the access of a beach wagon, beach towels, chairs and a cooler. Very nice. We also liked the location as we parked our car and walked everywhere. Our room was ready before 4:00 but they were going to charge us $25 for checking in early so we waited. We had the king studio as we are used to a king bed but it would have been nice to have more kitchen items so next time we’ll get a suite….hopefully you have one with a king bed.

- Lisa (7/5): Good - Clean and location House keeper was rude and check out time was inconsistent depending on who you talked to. But manager did try to make it right, but once someone is just rude it can leave a bad taste. Unfortunate.

- Mary (7/5): Our ac was frozen when we arrived. We told the desk and they sent maintenance. They moved us to a different room and a d - The location The room swapping. The ice is in the office so if the office is closed you can’t get ice for your room.

- Malcolm (9/5): Superb - Location Are air conditioning didn’t cool very well the first couple days but mentioned it to the front desk and they fixed it promptly. Not saying it was their fault I might have not been working it correctly.
