- Gabrielle (9/5): Great value hotel in a really good location. - Perfect location for our first few nights in Tokyo, walking distance to the train station and right in amongst many restaurants. A small room as expected, but the bathroom surprised us, it was bigger than you would normally find in Tokyo. Close to so many attractions and a great value hotel. The origami station was a really nice touch.

Although the rooms, like most hotel rooms in Tokyo, are quite small, they are very well thought out and pack a lot of resources into a small space (e.g. washer/dryer, ironing set-up, desk, fridge). - Chantelle Simioni (9/5): Excellent stay in a great location! - Room was relatively spacious, added an extra little gift for us and decorated with balloons because it was our honeymoon which was a nice touch. The room had a washer/dryer which was very helpful, and included all amenities we needed. Great location right near lots of restaurants and bars and easy to get to Shinjuku station and the subway. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but other than that no issues!

- Kevin (9/5): A great 3-night stay in central Tokyo - Centrally located in Shinjuku, about a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku station or a quick local metro and within 20-30 minutes I could get to all major areas within Tokyo. Staff were friendly and very helpful in answering questions. Room was spacious and had a large window which let some natural light in. Some good breakfast options was served at the local restaurant right beside the hotel, which was included as a part of my package. Rooms are tightly packed together so sometimes you can hear others outside your door coming and going from the elevator to inside their room.
- Chunsheng (9/5): Great stay! - Great location! Less than 50 feet away from Shinjuku-sanchome Station C3 or B2 entrance. Be warned, Shinjuku-sanchome Station is connected to Shinjuku station via a very long underground passage, it could be quite a bit of walk to take some of the many lines. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to Kabukicho. Lots of activities nearby during the night. Hotel service is quite hospitable, and the staff is very attentive. There is no onsite gym, but the room washer / dryer is so useful. We load it before heading out, and by the time we returned, the clothes are fresh and dry. The room is quite small, but Japanese is so creative in space management that it was well furnished with a small dining table with two chairs, microwave, safe, iron table, fridge, washer / dryer, cloth hangers, luggage stand, etc, and still not feel cramped. Amazing. The hotel is so surprisingly quiet despite being in busy area. We even slept with window open to get fresh air. We did not try hotel breakfast, b/c there are plenty of options nearby, so no opinion on hotel restaurant. Overall, such a great stay, will definitely come back again. No onsite gym.

Plus Shinjuku-sanchome Station direkt ums Eck, womit man schon ziemlich überall hinkommt. Das Personal war wie überall in Japan freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die tolle Lage widerspiegelt sich im Preis. Von drei Hotels war dies das teuerste und hatte die wenigsten Services von allen. Ich war 8 Nächte da und das Zimmer wurde 1x gemacht. Andere Hotels bieten mindestens einen Tag mehr bei gleichen Aufenthaltszeiten. Preis-Leistung war für mich nicht gegeben. Für den Preis bekommt man Hotels, die mehr Service bieten. Auch die Sauberkeit war eher enttäuschend. Nicht schlimm, aber überall Flecken, Schrammen und an gewissen Stellen viel Staub.

Die Shinjuku Golden Gai ist ebenfalls nur ein kleiner Fussmarsch entfernt. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und tiptop eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war genial. Sofort wieder! Eigentlich nichts. Wir waren vollends zufrieden.

Vending machine downstairs and two entrances depending on where you were coming from. Room was a bit small but exactly as I expected it to be! Literally the same as the pictures. It was great, I had a fantastic sleep all 4 nights! Washing machine and air conditioner/heater in the room were also great to have. Close to lots of restaurants, 30 second walk to Shinjuku-Sanchome underground station (which we used frequently) and a 5-10 min walk to the big Shinjuku station. Would definitely stay there again :) Nothing

- Eric Yi-Hsiu (9/5): - 選擇最大房型兩個人的大行李是有空間可以打開的，房內整潔，服務人員都很親切有禮。旅館地點非常方便，大部份會去逛去買的店都在走路10分鐘以內，週邊也有很多餐廳和小居酒屋，絕對不會餓到 浴室稍嫌小了一點，但附有強換氣風扇功能，洗好的衣服不太需要烘掛在浴室蠻快就會乾了

The room and all common areas were very clean, and the location was excellent-easy to get around the city and very convenient for transportation, dining, and sightseeing. The staff were efficient, friendly, and professional, making check-in/check-out smooth and always ready to help when we had questions. A huge advantage for us was having a washing machine and dryer in the room-this made a big difference during a longer trip and allowed us to pack lighter and stay comfortable. Highly recommended. We would gladly stay here again. 5 stars.

- COTTILLE (9/5): Hôtel très pratique, fonctionnel, propre et bien situé. Personnel serviable et professionnel - L’hôtel est très bien placé, le personnel est très professionnel et gentil et surtout les chambres sont très bien équipées. Certes les volumes des chambres restent petits mais pour le standard du Japon c’est très correct. Gros plus : la machine à laver/sécher dans la chambre !!! L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs ascenseurs si bien qu'il n'y a pas d'attente malgré le nombre important d'étages. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, ce qui était plus appréciable que d'autres hôtels sur lesquels on ne voyait que des murs. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises dans le hall, car nous avions de l'attente avant notre vol retour. Le personnel a sécurisé nos valises.

- Po Jui (10/5): - 住宿地點非常方便，離新宿三丁目C3、4口僅一條街，外頭還有一間全家便利商店 外頭的商店應該可以滿足所有購物需求，買了太重直接提回房間再去外面繼續shopping 房間內備有微波爐和洗衣機(有提供洗衣精)真的是太方便了，每天回家就有乾淨的衣服可以穿，回家也不用再洗衣服了 櫃台提供寄行李服務也相當的方便 房間稍小了一點，兩個行李箱打開之後就沒什麼走路的位置了
