• Fedefe92 (6/5): posizione centralissima, camera non silenziosa. - la posizione della struttura è centralissima. La camera è grande e spaziosa, con doccia walk-in e grandi finestre luminose. Il personale è oltremodo gentile e la colazione è particolarmente curata, con possibilità di servizio al tavolo veloce ed efficente, buonissima l'opzione salata del menù colazione alla carta. Dalla camera sopra si sentono rumori, se gli ospiti hanno un passo pesante o fanno cadere un oggetto purtroppo si sente e questo ha inficiato la qualità del sonno. è complicato usare il telefono all'interno della stanza, la connessione del wi-fi gratuito non è abbastanza stabile da supportare una videochiamata.

• Corinne Geppert (9/5): Schmuckes Hotel mit sehr persönlichem Service - Die zentrale ruhige Lage. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Ein sehr kleines Hotel, sodass der Kontakt sehr persönlich ist. Sehr bequemes Bett. Eigentlich nichts, ausser die Aussicht in den Innenhof mit Baustelle und allem Dreck war nicht so toll. Aber tagsüber waren wir eigentlich auch nicht im Zimmer.

• Ivica (2/5): - Lokacija je bila dobra. Lift je jako uzak, za jednu osobu doslovno 😅i djecja kolica nisu stala pa smo ih morali rasklapati. Dorucak nas je razocarao, nije bilo puno toga u ponudi. Jedino nam se kava svidjela. Culi su se svi zvukovi iz sobe ispod i lupanja nogom.

El generador de luz creo que es, hace un ruido que no me encanto porque no me dejaba dormir, pero simplemente quite la tarjeta de la luz y puedes dormir sin problema. Es pequeñito pero funcional.

Fantastic location within walking distance of all major sights; we didn’t use any transport once we arrived at the hotel. Public transport from the airport is very easy- Leonardo express train to Termini and then bus 40 to Piazza Venezia followed by a 5 min walk .A good selection of restaurants within a few minutes walk too The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the room ,301, is large , quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast, served in the pretty reception area is delicious with a wide variety of items served buffet style along with freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. Would highly recommend . You need to breathe in to use the lift - not a criticism- the building is old and full of character.

• Margarita (8/5): ideal para visitar Roma, pero no esperes ningún hall habitual de cualquier hotel - Lo mejor es la ubicación, en pleno centro de Roma: a 5 minutos del Monumento a la Patria y a 7 minutos de la Fontana de Trevi. La habitación es amplia y la cama muy cómoda. Baño también muy amplio, con todo lo necesario y ducha y secador de pelo con buena potencia. Desayuno correcto. No es la idea de hotel boutique que imaginaba, ya que está en una calle estrecha y con mal aspecto. La entrada es una puerta normal de un patio, a la que se accede llamando o con la tarjeta que entregan con posterioridad. Pero es cierto que está al lado de la Via del Corso, así que no hay problema. El desayuno es variado, en una sala pequeñita donde sólo caben 3 mesas (hotel de 6 habitaciones). Saben inglés, no español.

Espace petit dej. réduit à sa plus simple expression, la composition ? quasiment pas de charcuterie, de fromage, où sont les bons petits pains, les jus de fruits frais pressés,.. !!). à 350€/nuit (5 nuits), le petit déjeuner est à revoir, ce système n'est absolument pas séduisant. Petite parenthèse humoristique, n'ayez pas envie de sucre le soir, le KitKat est annoncé à 5,00€, refermez vite le minibar. Insonorisation avec la chambre du 3ème (chambre sup. au 2ème étage), prévoir Quies.

• Felipe (5/5): Sin WiFi durante 5 días - La situación. Se puede ir caminando a cualquier sitio de interés. Pasamos 5 noches y no tuvimos WiFi en ningún momento. Además, al tratarse de un edificio bastante antiguo, la señal móvil no atravesaba los muros gruesos de piedra con lo cual era imposible comunicarse, organizar y reservar las actividades del día siguiente, teniendo que salir a la calle para poder hacerlo. Por supuesto, al no tener wifi tampoco se podía reproducir contenido en la televisión. Se disculparon y nos ofrecieron una botella de vino, que es un detalle si se tiene en cuenta que te guste, que no es el caso, pero que no compensa en absoluto el trastorno ocasionado.

El desayuno muy rico, nos preparan la opción que elijamos, es chiquito el comedor pero suficiente. Está súper ubicado, caminando a todas partes. La chica que nos atendió en recepción es muy amable, atenta, el trato fué de primera. Llegamos por la noche y me dió indicaciones precisas para entrar a mi reserva. Gracias por todo. Tavoletta del water traballante, riparazioni murarie nol bagno esteticamente tirate via, finestra del bagno sigillata, cattivo odore proveniente dai sanitari. Troppo caldo per eccessivo calore dei termofisoni e impossibilità di abbassarli.Materasso con gobbe. Ha fatto il suo tempo, va sostituito.

Location is down a dark dirty alley that felt unsafe at night and not much better in the day. The room had a off odor that may have been from the dank alley but smelled bad even with the window closed.

• Debra (9/5): Great place to stay in Rome! - Very convenient location, within walking distance to sights & transportation. We are both seniors & found the location perfect. The room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast was wonderful, eggs made to order, pastries, cappuccino, etc. The three host ladies were fabulous & couldn't be more helpful. We ate dinner at the restaurant (Hadera) very close to the hotel 2 nights in a row! Would most definitely stay here again when we are in Rome! This hotel is located in a narrow alley & made it slightly difficult for transportation to find their way to the front of the hotel without backing down the alley!

• Sabine (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt zentral , in der Nähe des Trevi Brunnens in einer eher schmutzigen Seitengasse. Der Rezeptionsservice ist sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Das Frühstück  minimalistisch gehalten, in einer privaten Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Betten groß und bequem. Insgesamt erschien die Zimmerausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was uns nicht so gut gefiel, dass persönliche Gegenstände im Zimmer zum Teil umgelegt wurden. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl für eine Person. Das Treppenhaus ist eng, mit sehr hohen Stufen. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, auch wenn wir das Hotel im Preis -Leistungsverhältnis etwas zu teuer fanden. Rom ist eine pulsierende geschichtsträchtige Metropole. Die Stadt ist in jedem Fall eine Reise wert.

• Jan Stefan (3/5): Péssimo Wi-Fi - Café da manhã bom, lugar pequeno, se mais de 2 quartos descerem para tomar café não cabe no lugar. Localização é boa, mas a rua é meio suja Wi-fi péssimo, de noite quando queremos falar com a família e olhar a internet ele não funcionava. Fora que não tem recepção no hotel, não tem nem para quem reclamar sobre isso de noite. Tinha que desligar e usar o 4G do celular. Reclamei durante o café da manhã (que é quando tem pessoas na recepçã) e a pessoa disse que ia resetar, na noite seguinte continuou muito ruim ainda e sem funcionar. Se você pretende usar o wi-fi de noite melhor pegar outro hotel.
