- TABITHA (6/5): Super 7, met my current needs fully. -
- Patrick (1/5): - The property was poorly maintained and filthy.

- Mario David (10/5): -
- Catherine (5/5): Was 2nd time we stayed, 1st time was lot better. Won't be back. - The bed and pillows were awesome! The only problem with the bed frame is that the base had metal legs, and everytime we got out of bed, we would knock our foot on the leg! There was a terrible smell in the bathroom when we got into the room. We left the door closed and the fan on, and it did disperse, we were thinking that it was coming from the pipes or something. The smell was nowhere else in the room.
The parking was horrific! Could hardly get out of our spot in the morning!! Also, the early evening, till about 10 or 11, there was a lot of activity outside of the room. Lots of people talking, and sometimes right outside our door. It was a little disconcerting to us. But it eventually quieted down.
- Luis A (10/5): Bueno gracias por todo - Muy buena Todo
- Michele (7/5): Staff was nice , great location! - Great location to where I needed to be The squeaky bed frame ! and the comforter made for a poor nights sleep .
- Adelina (1/5): Booking reimbursed 12.00 credit that is a disgrace from them . I have used them since my kids were little my oldest is 5 - N/a Bed bugs

- Isaac (1/5): Not worth my money whatsoever - If I told you something I liked during my stay, I'd be lying Awful management, depending on who you are is how they decide how you'll be treated. Went in my room several times while I had the " do not disturb" sign on my door. I travel for a living and have never experienced this bad of a hotel in my 3 years on the road.
- Linkin (1/5): - There was nothing to like it was filthy. The bed smelt like a super sweaty man slept in it prior to me. It smelt so bad that I could not sleep with the blankets. There was also a huge spider in my room.
- Tam (10/5): -
- Steffene (10/5): - The staff was super friendly and nice The WiFi didn't work
- Victor (9/5): - I liked almost everything except there was no coffee. In the morning 🌄
- Marco (9/5): - Easy access to room. Friendly front staff Heater was not on in the room. Took awhile to heat up.
- Emery (2/5): -
- Robert (9/5): -
- David (7/5): - Staff friendly. Check-in easy. Extending stay when possible was uncomplicated and straight forward.

- William (1/5): Very disapointed - That it's close to home. We stayed 5 months before with our cats and paid a deposit and extra fees for them. No problems. Then this time they won't let us stay because they no longer or she said never accepted cats. That she has rooms that still can't be rented for over a year because of cats ruining them.... ! Ok... Really??? How bout you clean it and rent it to people with cats???!!!!! Make money instead of loosing it. Wow
- Naranjo (10/5): -
- Eric (8/5): Staying at the Super 7 - The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Too close to the traffic of the road. Would have rather been on the back side of the building.
- Isabella (7/5): -
- Jennifer (6/5): - The staff was excellent. The room smelled from the old AC unit. It smelled and the staffed tried their best to treat it. There were a few drain flies and the bed was not comfortable. But the staff was very friendly!
- Shawn (6/5): - Location, price, great and friendly staff, overall it was fine for a place to catch a few hours of sleep coming in for a football game Room was very noisy so you could hear everything from neighbors to cleaning people to traffic outside at all hours, bed was extremely uncomfortable, but overall the hotel's good qualities greatly outweighed the bad and we would stay here again the next time we come in for a game
- Pasqualino (4/5): Very low end but it was clean. - We went last minute, homecoming wkend so the hotel we usually stay at was 3x the normal price. This is a very old, low end hotel (like a motel 6 or red roof room type). The rooms are extremely small, no amenities. BUT it was clean & the AC worked great. All rooms are accessed by it's own door to outside. There are many restaurants, stores & bars in walking distance. It works for really busy college weekends when they jack the prices way up for other hotels.
- hernandez (3/5): Not a really good one - Nothing Roaches in the rooms ! 2 rooms rented and in both rooms roaches ! TVs and internet didn’t work !

- Anonymous (1/5): Did not get to stay. - I never got to stay because after I reserved a room I got an email saying I couldn't check in at the time we'd be getting into town. When I messaged asking another time (would have to really push how fast we were going) they never responded. So I called the front desk. The automated system whenever I tried to connect to the front desk staff just rang a few times then kicked me back to the main menu no matter how many times I tried. Being unable to contact anyone there we were forced to make arrangements elsewhere. I still haven't gotten my money back from the reservation at the time of writing this review.
- Jeffrey Dawson (8/5): - The room was nice. The upper level walkways are a bit uneven and look scary with so many cement patches.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Augustina (6/5): - It was close to the major road and cars driving noisy and no privacy open to a coffee chop you open your room and you see strangers in the drive through. On the block facing your room. . And there were flies all through the night don’t know where they were coming from.
- Washington (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lewis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachael (8/5): Very good -
- Barb (6/5): Pleasant - No breakfast included. Location, price, parking in front of our door. Would have liked coffee.
- Dennis (7/5): for the price, it was a better room then the motel I paid much more for a couple weeks ealier - the room was very clean, all things worked, the shower was above average (very good) provided coffee when checking out; the bed was below average
- Adams (6/5): Pleasant -
- Meredith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Saylor (1/5): Bad -
- Jhuffman (8/5): Very good -
- Hernandez (4/5): Disappointing -
- Catherine (8/5): Nice, cost effective, and close to VA Hospital. - The room was very comfortable The refrigerator in the room was not working correctly. We were at the VA Hospital for most of our stay. When we got back there was water on the floor in front of fridge. We were in Room 107. I just put towel under the fridge, it didn't seem to keep things cold. Other than that, we were satisfied with the room. Needed about one more pillow!!!
- Alper (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (6/5): It was pleasant. - Location No hair dryer, but I called so I knew they didn't have one.
- Gregory (10/5): - Clean
- Morgan (2/5): - Clearly prostitution and drug dealing and violent activity. Disgusting room with our first room having dirty bedsheets with trash in them, the next room they gave to us after we complained, had a dirty rag with a substance on it, and a big dark pee stain all along the head and down of the mattress. Gross floors, sinks look like theyve been cut up. Truly gross looking old men all around the area. Not a safe feeling environment at all. Staff could be a lot more friendly.
- Brittney (2/5): Roaches - We were very upset. This was our anniversary trip and we went for a Hawkeye game. We still paid quite a bit for a 2 night stay.
The service was amazing I will give them that. Also great location. But this hotel is awful. I know it is a motel, so I wasn’t expecting fancy or nice. But it was extremely dirty, uncomfortable, you could hear EVERYTHING. We saw several roaches and killed one for proof. The bed was rock hard and squeaked at the tiniest movement. It was extremely dirty. We couldn’t stay in that motel our last night, so we packed up and had to drive all the way home our second night and missed out on a fun night out in Iowa city because we didn’t sleep our first night there, and because it was roach and whatever else infested. Under the bed is also extremely dirty and dusty. So how could we stay in that? It ruined our anniversary. We will not be back. Requesting a refund. Bummed out. :/
I’ve stayed in cheap run down motels before, nothing compares to this. They should be shut down.
- Konrad (8/5): - It served its purpose .
- Judy (7/5): Pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. - Pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. Looks like bathroom and floors had recently been re-done. Location easy to get to, close to river walk and lots of eating options (coffee place literally next door and Perkins across the street for breakfast). Price was great especially given the other options for the football weekend we were there.
- Chris (1/5): Bad -
- jessica (8/5): - A little loud at night but nothing my sound machine couldn’t help with. Walkable food area and coffee. Shopping not too far!
- Tracey (7/5): Good -
- Shadoe (2/5): Very poor - Sheets weren't changed they were old sheets,
- Lyon (5/5): Passable - the staff was great place looked run down bad
- Celestine (10/5): - Safe
- Kevin (2/5): - If you’re looking at this hotel, you’re trying to do the calculus of whether the low price is worth what you expect will be a substandard hotel. I say that to clarify I had very reasonable expectations for what this hotel would be. But it’s way worse than you’re thinking, so I would advise you to find somewhere else.
- Ofelia (10/5): - Staff was great and it was nice and clean
- Lacie (2/5): - This property wasn't great and they had tons of flies.
- Bailey (1/5): Bad -
- Khogali (4/5): Disappointing - N/A
- Matthew (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything
- Kashindi (7/5): Good -
- Kashindi (7/5): Good -
- Benedict (10/5): Good - The friendliness of the staff I didn't get breakfast
- Masunguna (3/5): It was uncomfortable. - Clean bathroom The bed that was supposed to be the size of queen was very small. It could hardly fit two people.
- Marshell (9/5): Great place to spend the night! - Location and price I’m easy
- Orlanda (4/5): - The microwave plate was very dirty. Also, the phone in the room was missing some buttons and the AC was working on and off.
- Gary (8/5): - Got sleep
- Anthony (6/5): Pleasant -
- luke (8/5): - Easily best value in town. Not a nice motel but not scary or disgusting. For how grossly overpriced every spot in town is, if you’re like me and don’t like getting ripped off, this place is a pretty good option.
- Orlanda (6/5): - The staff/housekeeping charging me for checking out an hour late when I was out of the room by 11:20am. Was accused of unplugging the phone when staff tried to do a “wake up call” but the phone was unplugged, I noticed as I went to plug my phone charger in the wall next to the bed. I stayed in the same room 2 nights in a row, but with different check in times, dates, and staff, I had a small pink stain from a marker on the bed sheets the first night, when I was checking in the next night, I was given the same room # as the night before, and saw the pink paint marker stain- which would mean that housekeeping didn’t bother changing the bedding. Very unsanitary.
- Chih (4/5): Disappointing -
- Orlanda (6/5): - I stayed one night and got a drop of paint marker on the sheets, checked out but ended up renting another room for the night and the sheets weren’t changed
- Christopher (7/5): Good -
- Mudassar (4/5): Disappointing -
- Michael (2/5): - Better housekeeping is needed.
- Nikkiela (3/5): Not cleaned! - That staff was very friendly and helpful! The shower curtain had a bloody booger on it. The bath towel had public hair on it. I got a no smoking room and there was cigarette ashes in the bedside table drawer. And the other drawer had mcdonalds wrappers and a hot packet left overs in it.
- Ray (10/5): All most home - Much nicer than I expected
- Anderson (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (8/5): Nice place - The hotel was clean and reception was helpful as I had booked non smoking but hotel.com tried to put us in a smoking room. The reception managed to move us even tho the Expedia group restricts them doing this.
- Saul (4/5): - .
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- thomas (2/5): Not good - The room smelled like cigars. There was a dog in another room barking all night. It's fine for college kids to come to stay and party, but for families, find somewhere else.
- Fermin (10/5): - Nice
- Betty (8/5): Very good -
