- Jérémy (9/5): Très bon, mais assez cher pour ce qui y est proposé. - Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins qui n’hésitent pas un seul instant à répondre à toutes nos questions (merci Pako et Giuliana !). Un établissement ultra propre. La literie très confortable. La terrasse de la piscine est bien trop petite pour bronzer (pas de chaise longue pour s’allonger) ce qui rend difficile de s’offrir un jour farniente pour se reposer quelques heures à la piscine après de longues marches en ville.
- Sasa (10/5): Will definitely be back! - This is a great hotel! The staff, especially Paola, was kind and helpful! I mentioned it was our 40th wedding anniversary and they gave us a special treat! The room was clean, bed very comfortable and just the right size! Very centrally located. We did not choose breakfast because we like local coffee shops. Valencia is an amazing city! Definitely would stay there again! Nothing!

Because of teachers strike we couldn’t take a taxi to the hotel - we ended up walking from the train station with all our luggage which was inconvenient but fine. They did warn us in advance but Watch out in case of strikes! Otherwise great location.

- LAETITIA (9/5): Trés trés bon séjour. - Le personnel était vraiment très très bien et très à l'écoute. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite en plein centre et a proximité de la gare. Je suis restée 5 jours tout était parfait quant à la propreté sauf que les draps n'ont pas été changé au milieu du séjour, cela aurait été un plus.

Geen flesje water op de kamer, terwijl je een behoorlijk bedrag betaald. De tv is verouderd waardoor je geen tv kan kijken geen Netflix of iets dergelijks.

From the very beginning, he made me feel completely at home with his warm and welcoming attitude. He was always attentive, kind, and willing to help with anything needed, which truly made the experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. It is rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and cared for, and Alberto did exactly that. His friendliness and genuine hospitality created such a positive atmosphere that I felt more like a welcomed friend than just a guest. I truly appreciate all the effort he put into making the stay memorable, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

- Katja (8/5): Zentrale Lage top – kleine Zimmer und Frühstück mit leichten Einschränkungen - Das Hotel punktet vor allem mit seiner optimalen Lage mitten in der Altstadt – perfekt für tägliche Erkundungen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Service war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind zwar eher klein und etwas dunkel, dafür aber ruhig und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Sehr schade war, dass die Rooftop-Bar während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts geschlossen blieb, da sie ein entscheidender Grund für unsere Buchung war. Beim Frühstück gab es einige Abzüge: Trotz frühzeitiger Anmeldung von Unverträglichkeiten fehlte zunächst laktosefreier Joghurt, und über eine Woche hinweg stand nur eine einzige glutenfreie Brötchensorte zur Verfügung. Insgesamt war die Auswahl eher begrenzt und wenig abwechslungsreich – qualitativ jedoch in Ordnung.

- munchkinsue (8/5): Fabulous location for the old town - Great place to base yourself if you're exploring the old town. Walking distance to everything. Also not too far from metro stops. The hotel was quiet and clean. VERY comfy bed. Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good but not the best; the juice tasted watered down and there was no granola (appreciate that is a personal thing). The roof pool area is lovely and very sunny, but very small. I imagine in high season it could be tricky to get a spot. There's a space to leave your luggage if you arrive early or want to leave late.

- 347el (6/5): Nice location, but nothing more. - Good location but that's pretty much of it. The rooms are 3star size, the breakfast is not that great, just ok. I had much better breakfast in smaller 3star hotels. The reception stuff is pretty much clueless about recommendations, organizing stuff and everything. The hotel "swimming pool" is for children, the toilets are most of the time without toiletpaper. Staff constantly need a reminder to fill it up. In total 3 stars only. Not more. The 4star room price is not justified at all. Not my first choice for my next trip coming to Valencia.

- Iris (8/5): - Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer und die Lage mitten in der wunderbaren Altstadt von Valencia ist natürlich großartig. Das Hotel mit dem Auto anzufahren war ziemlich schwierig auf Grund der Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone.
