- Peter (9/5): Fantastic value in a 3-star hotel with breakfast as a bonus! - Although Scipio is hardly a town (sorry!) and there's not much of anything nearby, it was a perfect midway point for us between Yellowstone and Bryce Canyon, after a half-day stop in Salt Lake City. The hotel is on a par with major chain facilities (Marriott, Hilton, ets.) that would normally cost 2-3 times as much. We were grateful for this "find" and appreciated the welcome and the extra bonus -- a fully stocked breakfast bar (absent the hot eggs, but hard-boiled served well). We will mention the Scipio Hotel to anyone who is traveling I-15 and needs a convenient stop "in the middle of nowhere." No wine or beer sales available in Scipio. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like. Service, cleanliness, breakfast, price, price, price -- there was so much to like!

- Debra (8/5): Great stay - Great location, friendly staff and free laundry. Coffee in room and 24 hours in lobby. Bed very comfy and very hot water. Lack of restraints near by. Only subway but still good stay.
- Cara (9/5): Great option between Great Basin National Park and Salt Lake City Airport! - It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was great for road tripping travelers like ourselves. Being able to do laundry was a lifesaver!!! You only had to pay $2 for the detergent and the rest was free. Our kids were looking forward to the swimming pool and hot tub which we didn’t know were being renovated…but we pivoted and watched a movie instead.

But once we got to the hotel, the staff said we didn't book a room at all and after some run around they finally found it. - Birgit (9/5): Comfortable, clean, and a great value - The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location of the property makes is perfect for a restful night while traveling. The breakfast had some bad ratings previously, but they must have fixed the problem. When I was there it was more than sufficient: cereal, eggs, yogurt, breads, pancakes, coffee, juices... Staff was friendly and it was very quiet.

This is an older facility and breakfast was a bit sparse. Not much for restaurants in the area.

When he hooked it into main WiFi it worked fine. Unless you asked the tv didn’t work. We had a dog and had put that on our reservation and he insinuated that we were trying to sneak the dog into our room. Breakfast was limited but OK.

For the price I would recommend this hotel.

І лише коли телефонували на букінг щоб зробити зміну дат, то вже став більш любязним. Але в цілому готелем лишились задоволені.

There was breakfast with cereal, fruit and yogurt. The internet was terrible. It took 30-60 seconds just to load an text-only email. The power plugs were all loose and I had a hard time finding one that I could use to charge my iphone. No bedside lights.

- trailer (8/5): Great price and quiet location. - Left too early to have breakfast. The bed was excellent..better than the Hampton we stayed at in Mesquite. Priced right so no high expectations. Definitely would not have wanted to pay any more than we did. The bathroom and carpet needed updating. Couldn't tell if the carpet was dirty or just worn out. The shower head needed replacing an Couldn't tell if the tub was dirty or just stained beyond cleaning.

- Kerry (8/5): Great value for an overnight stay - The location was great, just off the highway. The room was very clean and quiet A great value for the money. The continental breakfast was sufficient to get me going in the morning - coffee, juice, yogurt, and cereal. Waffle maker was available though I didn't use it. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm passing through. The room was very dark, and one light in the corner of the room was only operable by plugging it in. The TV didn't work - it had lines all across it and was unwatchable. I used my tablet instead. I told the proprietor about this in the morning and he was very nice, saying I should have told him about it the night before. That said, there really shouldn't be an inoperable TV in a room in the first place. Other than that, the stay was really fine and everything else was sufficient. I'd stay here again.
