Juan nos recibio de forma excepcional, pero todo el personal es muy amable y cordial, ubicación perfecta para salir a todas las ubicaciones necesarias sin pagar demás, la piscina y todas sus areas muy limpias y felicitaciones a todas las personas del hotel, muy cordiales, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. LA vigilancia exterior no se si es del hotel, pero supongo que del lugar algo corresponde al hotel... el vigilante poco vigilante de las situaciones y otro huesped nos comento problemas con un taxista de la ciudad y el vigilante nunca apareció para apoyarle.

Únicamente a mejorar la zona de la tarima de la piscina ya que resbala y uno se puede lastimar fácilmente.

• laguado (10/5): Perfecto - El servicio mejor de lo que esperaba, en fin GHL sabe como tratar a sus huéspedes, el personal muy amable todos en general resaltó un poco a alfred. Siempre me he hospedado hacia boca grande, el laguito, Getsemani. Según yo por ‘Comodidad’ esta vez quise salir de la monotonía y darle una oportunidad al castillo, debo decir que desayunar y ver el castillo y sencillamente increíble o llegar tarde en la noche y ver el castillo iluminado es mágico. Las habitaciones son espectaculares!

O chuveiro é muito fraco e não é tão pertinho assim da cidade amuralhada e de Getsemaní, porém é bem perto de um shopping onde podemos fazer algumas refeições mais baratas

• Lisa (9/5): Superb value, excellent location if you don't want to be in the middle of everything. The mall across the street was - The location made it easy to access many areas of Cartagena. I walked everywhere from the hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and kind. Breakfast was fantastic!! I woke up early went to the fort no lines, no waiting, got there before the massive crowds. The only sad part was the rooftop pool was closed. That would have been amazing!

Un seul transat au borde de la piscine Pas la peine de payer le supplément pour vue du château, la chambre donne sur la rue, impossible de laisser les rideaux ouvert
• Sarah (9/5): Schönes Stadthotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Es waren alle super nett - haben sogar ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen. Frühstück war super! Bett bequem. Tolles Stadthotel.
• Saspakscn (1/5): Sein Geld absolut nicht wert. Runtergekommen und mehr als renovierungsbedürftig. - Das Frühstück war soweit ganz gut aber keinesfalls herausragend. Kaffee ungenießbar. In Kolumbien. Unbegreiflich. Das Bad im Zimmer ist ebenfalls ok. Das zuerst zugeteilte Zimmer verfügte zwar über ein Fenster, jedoch komplett mit Milchglas versehen. Es gleicht einem Zimmer ohne Fenster. Absolut nicht akzeptabel. Und erst am nächsten Tag hat man uns nach ewigen Diskussionen in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen lassen. Die Zimmer sind mehr als nur renovierungsbedürftig. Schimmel im Zimmer. Farbe platzt von der Wand. Die Fenster sind so dreckig, dass man kaum raus schauen kann. Smart TV ohne Smart. Es gibt einen einzigen Sender und das wars. Das Personal war bei Ankunft überheblich und unfreundlich. Auch der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht annähernd meinen Erwartungen. Völlig überteuert für das was es bietet. Absolut keinesfalls zu empfehlen. Woher die guten Bewertungen kommen ist sehr fragwürdig.

• Constance (7/5): Bon emplacement - Le personnel est très serviable et particulièrement gentil, notamment Juan qui nous a accueillis. Il a toujours pris le temps de nous demander comment nous allions. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité, avec un personnel également attentionné. La piscine est bien située et agréable, avec une belle vue sur le fort. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à proximité des lieux emblématiques. Le lit était particulièrement confortable et la chambre agréable. Nous n’avons pas eu accès à Netflix durant tout le séjour. La piscine ne disposait que de deux transats, dont un cassé. Le logement était très humide (absence d’aération dans la salle de bain) et la climatisation fonctionnait de manière aléatoire. Enfin, un manque d’hygiène a été constaté sous les supports de gel douche.

Quizás lo único un poco y hablo muy poco incomodo fue la reparación de la alfombra y no estar marcada de por donde pasar para ir a ver la piscina y el restaurante, pero solo un espacio de tiempo muy pequeño y el resto de mis vacaciones fueron increíbles

• sharon (8/5): Good hotel in great location - Good breakfast, comfy beds, nice small pool (but only 2 sunbeds), great views, friendly staff and good location. We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a bit tired - we had a leaking air con unit and very dirty windows. New carpet was being laid in the corridors whilst we were there.

• Natália (10/5): Excelente custo benefício, equipe muito simpática, ótima café da manhã e quarto muito confortável e espaçoso - Limpeza, Quarto espaçoso, equipe muito simpática, quarto confortável, café da manhã muito completo. Recomendo. Não é no miolo da Cidade Amuralhada e de Getsêmani, mas dá pra ir andando tranquilamente durante o dia. De noite, os arredores do hotel ficam um pouco deserto, então é recomendável pegar Uber ou Táxi. Mas a localização não afeta negativamente a experiência.

• Paul Andrés (10/5): - La ubicación es genial, con el castillo en todo el frente. Las camas muy cómodas, no ruidosas, limpias, y con una temperatura agradable, aún sin el aire acondicionado. El desayuno es en el restaurante en el 3er piso, con vista completa al Castillo, inmejorable. Y la calidad de la comida, 1A. Fuimos con un niño pequeño, y nos trataron muy bien! Y pues él encantado por ver el castillo al frente. Ya para ir al centro; era muy fácil, un taxi/uber barato y en 10 o 15 minutos se estaba allí. Las inmediaciones del castillo no son muy caminables; por la falta de andenes y el sol radiante. Pero pues son unas por otras, porque en cambio se tiene el centro comercial al lado.

• Cristina (9/5): Hotel muy cómodo con una piscina con vistas únicas - Sin duda las habitaciones, eran espaciosas, tranquilas y las camas increíblemente cómodas! El desayuno también generoso, variado y muy servicial su personal! La piscina aunque es mas pequeña que lo que se percibe en las fotos, tiene una ubicación frente al castillo única! La ubicación, si quieres ir hasta el centro histórico, por seguridad requerirá hacer uso de transporte, la caminata hasta el centro es larga y no muy segura! Nosotros usamos las aplicaciones de Uber y Cabify y funcionan muy bien en la ciudad, te dan mejor precio que los taxis!
• Marília (7/5): - O quarto é bem espaçoso, confortável e atende bem para uma estadia agradável. A vista para o castelo é muito bonita. E o restaurante do hotel também é bom. Durante a hospedagem tive uma situação bastante desconfortável. Um Kindle que tenho há cerca de seis anos, que sempre levo comigo em viagens e que normalmente deixo na mesinha ao lado da cama, desapareceu do quarto. Reportei imediatamente na recepção, informaram que iriam procurar e, mesmo depois de eu já ter vasculhado todo o quarto, o aparelho foi encontrado posteriormente de forma um tanto inexplicável. Nunca tive nenhum problema desse tipo em outras viagens, o que me surpreendeu e me deixou insegura durante o restante da estadia. Recomendo que futuros hóspedes deixem seus pertences sempre bem guardados no cofre ou trancados na mala. E não gostei do tratamento dado pela equipe após reportarmos o ocorrido. Me questionaram algumas vezes se realmente eu havia trazido o Kindle, e expliquei que sempre leio antes de dormir. Mas fica a lição para a partir de agora sempre deixar tudo trancado.

• Manu F. (8/5): Schönes Hotel in schwieriger Lage - Gute Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse, nette Mitarbeiter, was in Kolumbien Seltenheitswert hat. Tolle Aussicht auf die Burg. Am Abend kann man kaum zu Fuß gehen, man braucht immer ein Taxi. Mehr Liegestühle am Pool wären angebracht.
• Júlia Gadelha Torres Furtado (10/5): Hotel impecável! - Ficamos no quarto 221, com vista para o castelo, amamoos! Roupas de cama deliciosas e cheirosas, quarto e banheiro amplos! Chuveiro quente! O funcionário Juan nos recebeu super bem durante toda a estadia. Fomos a pé para Getsemani! A piscina é pequena, mas é uma delícia ! Nada a reclamar, hotel ótimo! Escolha os quartos mais novos e com vista!
• MARYSE (9/5): - L'hôtel est situé face à la citadelle et la terrasse est très agréable pour manger , petit déjeuner,et boire un verre Les chambres et les lits sont immenses, très propres. Le personnel à l'accueil ainsi qu'en restauration sont à l'écoute et bienveillants. Joli buffet pour le petit déjeuner ( sucré et salé) Il y a un grand centre commercial à 2 rues de l'hôtel et un distributeur d'argent à l'entrée de l'hôtel. On ne voit rien par les fenêtres ou des quartiers mal fréquentés. Il faut être prudents le soir et circuler avec taxis ou uber.
