- David (5/5): -
- Benjamin (10/5): - Staff was great. Rooms very nice fir an older hotel.
- Brandon (6/5): -
- Johnie (8/5): -
- Ashford (5/5): Won't stay here again. Stayed three nights and room was never made up or cleaned - Biscuits and gravy were good, waffles Powdered scrambled eggs were cold, few sausage links were too spicy, no other breakfast meat, like bacon, coffee machine empty, only fresh fruit was a couple of apples. Lousy breakfast.
- Matthew (8/5): Overall good. - Bed was comfortable. Overall clean. Right off the hwy. Loud. Ask for a room at the back side if the hotel. Also the address is wrong on Booking.com
- Colegrove (10/5): -
- Megan (10/5): -
- Terry (7/5): Comfortable. Will stay again - Nice quiet and clean The parking kinda sucks
- Brenda (10/5): - Everything was good. Breakfast
- Carter (10/5): -
- Steven (7/5): -
- Patricia (7/5): Probably won’t stay there again. - The dining area was clean. Breakfast was EXTREMELY skimpy!!!! Parking configuration was weird and the faint lines made it difficult to park especially in the dark.
- Steve (10/5): -
- MARK (7/5): My stay was pleasant and would likely to stay here again in the future. - The breakfast was good and tasty, and the property and my room appeared to be in good and clean condition. I would stay here again . I did let the hotel manager know that the drain to the tub/shower would not stay up and I had to place the soap bar in plastic wrapper to prop open to allow the water to drain from showering. I also told the manager of 1 of 2 lights in the bathroom that would come on and after 5 minutes would start flickering. She said she would let maintenance know of repairs needed. Other than that, the room and bathroom was clean, and bed was comfortable. There is some road traffic noise from the street on the back side of hotel at the begging and end of the day.
- Maria (10/5): -
- Nora (4/5): - Breakfast poor and no good coffee Beds small and uncomfortable bathroom dusty and not well clean, light or usb connector didn’t work
- Danielle (1/5): Absolutely horrendous. - I quite honestly can’t think of one thing and u hate leaving bad reviews but this place is horrid. The pull out bed in our room was broken, trying to get linens for it and extra towels was extremely difficult and not only that but when I had to call down a second time to get linens the front desk man yelled at me. YELLED AT ME. He was rude from the second we checked in and condescending. As a mother traveling with young kids by herself it was a very scary and uncomfortable experience.
- John (7/5): Okay - Location Room was not vacuumed and bed wasn't made ride really sloppy
- Brenda (1/5): -
- Bob (2/5): - Manager
- Carl (10/5): -
- Carl (10/5): -
- Delwin (5/5): I don’t know that I would stay there again - We had to ask for a shower curtain, no hair conditioner in shower, very noisy at night
- Doug (3/5): Glad to be gone - Not much Same bloody napkin in the lobby durning check in still there when we check out.
Didn't look like room was vaccumed (verywell)
Breakfast selection minimal - Eggs horrible
- David H. (8/5): - Very noisy, right next to the Main Street. By 6:00 in the morning you can hear all these trucks going by.
- Dennis (6/5): - staff service for needed individual help with a room issue lacking
- Kiyoko Joy (8/5): - Parking was safe and easy, staff friendly and courteous, bed was comfortable!
- Bradley (6/5): - Room was clean and comfortable, however no housekeeping for entire week of my stay. Breakfast was intermittent - good when available. It was not available 3 of the 7 days I stayed. No explanation. Every morning the coffee in the lobby was leftover and cold from the previous day. No one at front desk in the mornings. Had a sign with a phone and phone number but it just went to busy signal every time. Tried calling managed to extend stay - no answer. Finally gave up and moved to a different hotel.
- Stephiri (6/5): - emplacement
matelas fermes petit-déjeuner très pauvre et non-réapprovisionné après le passage de 2 équipes de soccer
fissures dans le mur de la chambre
- Shanna (6/5): - Our room was clean staff was great but the room it’s self needs repairs.
- Whitney (2/5): Beat, needs a facelift - The hotel is pretty beat. The bathroom door knob was falling off and sink wouldnt stay on. Swimming pool had too much chlorine.
- Rebecca (4/5): - There were no towels in our room. We called the front desk and were told we had to come down to get them ourselves. They would only give us 2 even though we had 3 guests in our room. Then when we got ready for bed we realized there were no sheets or bedding in the room for the pull out bed. Again we were told we had to come down and get it ourselves. When my husband went down they insisted they had given it to me already and they weren’t going to give it to him. He has to argue with them a bit. Breakfast was already picked over and not stocked and we were down there to eat by 7:30. It was clean enough, but the service for what we paid was not good.
- Tien (10/5): - Nice place. We stayed just one night.
- Jeff (6/5): Needs a spring cleaning. - The hotel is old, and that's ok, but it could have been much cleaner. Pee in the elevator from dogs, not cleaned for a day. Room had stained carpets, smelled musky, had toilet paper stuck to the ceiling near the smoke detector in the main room. Coffee was cold & stale both days in the lobby and breakfast area. Further, the breakfast was sausage gravy & biscuits both days, no eggs or other proteins. Lastly, the room did not match the picture as advertised.
- Frank (8/5): -
- Kathleen (8/5): - GPS kept directing us to a shopping mall and not to the motel. We had to stop and find someone that knew where the place was located. Good night's sleep but breakfast was nothing to talk about. No coffee cups in the dining room so could not have a cup of coffee we were told that they ran out of cups.
- Carlos (6/5): Mattress was awful but staff was friendly. - Hotel was fine but the mattress was top 5 worst we’ve slept on during our travels.
- Jan-Willem (3/5): Slecht - Niets Stroom uitval plus slecht personeel, niet aanwezig en slecht bereikbaar, ook was er geen ontbijt zoals beloofd.
- Kirk (10/5): No breakfast, no staff available at front desk - When we checked in, the front desk young lady was very polite professional and helpful. However when we checked out there seemed to be no one in the hotel. Breakfast was scheduled at 6-9. We went down and 6:30, 7:30, and 8:00 and all the lights were off. There were 8 or 9 confused guests wandering around the lobby. An empty coffee dispenser was sitting on a table. When you called the front desk, a recording said they were assisting other customers. It appears several people must not have shown up for the morning shift. We left and went out for breakfast.
- Phil (8/5): No staff or breakfast available... - When we checked in, the front desk young lady was very polite professional and helpful. - Juan (10/5): - I've stayed here multiple times, I like their spacious suites with 3 queen beds!
- Lindsey (10/5): - Hotel was spotless, very quiet, and had a great breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and we have literally no complaints! Everything was smooth from beginning to end. I loved how you could open the windows for fresh air and that we had sheep across the street we could watch. Highly satisfied!!
- Michael (4/5): Dirty - Only choice for our stay and it was really dirty
- Michael (4/5): Not so clean - Other the the front desk employee it was a pretty bad stay. Dirty towels in the bathroom and just dirty overall
- Charles (4/5): - The TV was not connected. And they couldn’t fix that while we were there. Property could use some TLC
- Brian (4/5): - Didn’t like the condition of the inside accommodations-they were dirty and in poor condition.
- Eddington (9/5): -
- Larry (10/5): - Decent room…nice beds…shower has some moldy caulking
- Travis (8/5): - Grear property, reasonable rate and friendly staff.
- Cynthia (4/5): - I had two rooms on the second floor. One room had a musty odor, possibly from the shower curtain. The other room had a broken window, repaired by two pieces of plexiglass, plus the bathroom door had holes in it, repaired by a piece of wood. We did laundry only to find out the dryer's heat was turned down so low that after 45 minutes 8 t-shirts were still not dry.
- frank (4/5): - I liked convenience of parking. I didn't like getting ADA room (I did not request), Not being able to change room because I booked through Expedia, cruddy bathrooms, cruddy windows, 2nd floor has shredded carpets in hall, slow elevator. We wanted to leave but no way to get money back. Won't stay here again! Probably won't use Expedia again either. This isn't first time I've had problems at this Hotel with Expedia getting involved or booked through.
- Alice (8/5): - Overall decent. Carley needed vacuuming tho!
- Lisa (10/5): - Great property. Great stay Loved it. Will stay Again!
- bell (6/5): Stone hinge - The hot tub and pool were nice. Room ok shower was good hot water all the time. The bed was a stone slab.
- Holly (10/5): - No coffee was available due to a plumbing issue on the machine in the breakfast area. This was resolved by 2nd day
- David (10/5): - Comfortable bed
- Christa (1/5): Terrible service not worth the money - The front desk guy that night refused to take my booking.com prepaid reservation and tried to run my card before I arrived there and then 3 more times after we left when he refused me service. It was after 12am so we were tired. Just accept my paid reservation.
- Patty (5/5): Not a hotel I would choose to book again - Location Room was hot, A/C not adequate. Shower poured water all over the floor, partly due to the curvature of the shower curtain. Mattress is old and worn out, same for the pillows. The hotel definitely needs to be updated. The hot breakfast was not great. The griddle for the waffles didn’t cook them long enough so they were doughy and the scrambled eggs were under cooked.
- Tom (10/5): Fishing trip - Convenient
- Marion (6/5): - The lobby floor was dirty and needed vacuumed.
- Kindi (10/5): - Nice hotel, especially without many options around. Clean.
- Brenda (8/5): - We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had to ask for towels at the main desk because there were not any towels in the pool area.
- Allen (8/5): -
- Shawn (4/5): - Our room had no working AC and no cold water. My expectations for this property were modest at best, and still wasn't met. This place needs a better maintenance plan.
- Lowell (8/5): - A pretty nice place to stay. Minor items that could be improved in the room include wall damage at the tub/shower, a lamp switch that does not work. Some breakfast items were already gone by the time we ate.
- Nancy (10/5): - Satisfied
- Douglas (1/5): Bad -
- Betty (6/5): - It wasn't a horrible stay, but was definitely just average. Front desk clerk was busy talking to someone in the back when we arrived and we waited a long time for him to help us check in. The room was about what you'd expect. Nothing special but was mostly clean. Stains on the comforters, melting chocolate in the vent of the AC unit, TV remote didn't work so had to reach behind the tv to change channels. Called front desk for help and he said he'd be up. Waited over an hour then went to front desk to see what happened and he'd forgotten and then couldn't help anyway. Breakfast was meh. Unsalted instant eggs, stale bread.
- Michelle (6/5): - Staff was great. Motel & room was average, but I didn’t see any critters so that’s a plus. The bed seemed like it was made in a hurry. Breakfast was very limited, it didn’t have much.
- Ronald (8/5): Very good - Location was good Bed wasn't comfortable they want charge high for room but breakfast wasn't that great
- Erica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeff (6/5): - Front desk was very confused about my reservation, they tried to have me check in under a different name. Hotel is starting to show its age and could use some remodel.
- Geoffrey (10/5): - Pretty good
- Lonnie (9/5): Superb -
- Jeff (10/5): - Wasn’t get too, very clean
- Teri (9/5): Superb -
- Trevor (6/5): Pleasant -
- William (10/5): Exceptional - Nice rooms n pool All good
- Stephen (8/5): Quiet and comfortable - The room was large and quiet. The bed was comfortable.
There was some room for improvement.
- There was no ice machine on the third floor.
- There was no hot sauce to go with the scrambled eggs.
- The ground floor doors did not open making unloading more effort.
Also, the cereal was about 50 feet from the waffle makers. The breakfast room is a weird layout.
- Francis (6/5): - Our sick was clogged, we were just there fornthe night passing through. Breakfast option was terrible.
- Misty (3/5): Rude employees and hardly worth the trouble - Well the beds were comfortable, and they had a pool. We reserved a room from the 12th- 15th of june.
And had to her home to a family emergency.
The hotel staff was extremely rude and ignored our request for a refund for the day we didn't stay.
I mean... really, since when do you have to reserve cheap hotels and have to pay for them once you leave???
I would understand if it were a luxury hotel.. but its barley even 3 stars.
The bathroom smelled like someone spilled a bottle of cologne and did not clean it up.
The room was cramped and small.
Their tiny dresser with only 2 drawers was broken, and the hardware that helps the drawer open and closed was stuck open and when we tried to shutit so we could get through to the beds it came off so the dresser was totally useless , the thing was sticking out and my 4 year old hurt himself on it and was bleeding, when we tried to contact them for medical assistance they ignored us.
All the exits were locked so you could only use the front entrance, which made us feel very claustrophobic.
I would strongly urge you not to stay here.
They act like their facility is so nice.. the truth is its not. There's holes in the walls and dings in the doors. They definitely don't go out of their way at all to make the guests feel like guests...
More like an annoyance.
Horrible experience!!!!
Spend the extra money for a nicer hotel..
- Kimberly (4/5): - Had to request that the sheets and comforter be changed due to soiled liens. There was rarely someone at the front desk for questions and support and the continental breakfast was sub par at best.
- Jamie (8/5): - Last time the room was spotless this time it could of used a good vacuum
- Ted (3/5): I paid for a good night's rest and it didn't happen. They refused to make it right. - The breakfast was good - I live for hotel waffles! My only suggestions would be to use bigger cups for the waffle mix. The cups they were using were half the size needed to fill the waffle maker. At 4:00am the smoke detector began chirping loudly. I knew it needed a battery. Obviously I didn't have one. If I did, the ceiling was too tall for me to change it anyway. Not able to sleep I read the news on my phone. I was miffed that there was nobody manning the desk in the morning and I had to call hime twice to get him. I wanted some compensation for not getting a full night's sleep. The guy's answer was I should have gotten out of bed, gotten dressed, called him at 4:20 am and wait 30 minutes for him to show up, and finally change the battery. Then I could have changed back into my PJ'S and tried to get back to sleep before my alarm went off at 6:00am. Totally unreasonable. Whatever happened to customer service? I've stayed there many times because it has been my hotel of choice over the years, but not anymore. This new management stinks. I won't be back.
- Marli (4/5): - The hotel was convenient for our activities. But the hotel overall seemed run down and not maintained. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken and when we informed the desk attendant she tried to find a screwdriver so we could fix it! Apparently it was never reported to maintenance. The door to the room didn't shut properly. We had to secure it each time we left. The bathroom door handle was loose and the door wouldn't stay open. I asked for fresh towels to be delivered for each day of our stay (as the room would only be cleaned on the 3rd day of our stay--we checked out on the 3rd. day), and they were never delivered to our room. At the end of each day I had to ask for towels at the front desk. Pillows were not comfortable and looked and felt very used. Overall, the room felt clean, but we were disappointed in the hotel. We won't be staying at a Comfort Inn in the future.
- Braxton (1/5): Bad -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible and Dirty - This was the most disgusting property we've ever seen. It is definitely not up to Choice Hotels standards. Someone from the Choice Hotels Corp. needs to go inspect this property and revoke their franchise.
- Lori (6/5): Just okay will probably stay elsewhere next time - It was quiet Breakfast was lackluster. Bowls too little for cereal. We were down there at 730 and most items needed refilled
- 249ChrisP (4/5): check out other hotels first - I know this is rated number 2 on trip advisor, but I would highly recommend to check other places first. The whole place needs updated. I got the 3 bed room with 2 tvs, only one works. The bathroom does not open and close properly. There is trash on the hallway floors. The front desk person is not at the desk, he is outside in the parking lot with friends. I called the front desk twice and talked to him twice about the tv and got not results. I am hoping the breakfast is good and I can get something back for the bad room and service.
- Cheryl (4/5): - A bulb was burned out in the bathroom, the bathroom door handle was falling off (the manager did fix that). Later we realized another handle was hanging off a dresser, the curtain was torn and there was a bullet hole with painter's tape covering it. I told the front desk and they didn't do anything.
- patricia (4/5): - Had trouble with key card. Shortly after I left the desk at check in, the staff left the front desk, took 3 times to get into room. the building was packed, and somewhat busy in the hall. Hot in the room, and hot in the hall ways. The rest of the stay was ..... OK
- Jolene (8/5): - Had a few issues with check in and door to room but quickly resolved.
- Cayce (2/5): NOT Clean - Easy location to the main street. Not walkable though. The front desk staff was helpful. NOT clean, had to switch rooms and that one wasn't a ton better. The cost was not cheap for what you got. I am sure because there were tournaments that weekend, the pricing was high. Cleanliness was a major issue. there was hair in the bed, on the sink (the hair on the sink was face or pube hair) browninsh red stains on the walls (in both rooms), stained sheets and comforter (in both rooms), used q tip on the wall. that does not account for the stained carpets, doors that wouldn't fully open and shut int he room. Not good.
- Ross (9/5): Superb -
- Heather (4/5): - I star
- Kendall (2/5): - This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! We booked a king suite with a pullout sofa bed for me, my wheelchair bound husband, and our two children. Staff started ok, but as things continued to be discovered that was wrong with room, the night staff became extremely hostile and insulting. The pullout bed was garbage and unusable - it was all springs just wrapped in the mattress cover. After asking for some kind of padding, we received 3 blankets. We decided to use the king bed comforter to try and help pad the couch bed more, but upon undoing the bedding we discovered a large yellow stain. Called front desk for a replacement and were told they only have one comforter per room - there are no replacements (how do they get washed?!), but they would try to figure something out. The staff member ended up bringing another comforter he took from another room. We said thank you, and I put it down to get my kids in and out of the shower, so an hour goes by before I finally undo the replacement and it has a stain too! Looks like blood or makeup... It's now 11:30 at night and I call the front desk again to let him know about it and to ask for just flat sheets to use for extra warmth. The clerk then goes off on me and accuses me for being the reason that the room and linens are damaged. We ended up leaving at 12:30 am because we didn't feel safe after the accusations or comfortable with the lack of cleanliness. Now we're fighting to get a refund and have pictures of it all.
- Kyle (10/5): - This place was clean and quiet
