El parqueadero és frente al lugar pero no es en un lugar cerrado, ni tienen sombra para los vehículos, sin embargo esta monitoreado x cámaras .

- Naty (10/5): It's a paradise - This place is beautiful. Their pictures are accurate. Rooms are spacious, clean, and beds are super comfortable. Staff was really nice and kind. Its atmosphere is really nice, the property is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. We had to options: french toast with fruit, and coffee or hot chocolate, or eggs, Arepa, bread, cheese and coffee or hot chocolate. I recommend this place to anyone. I hope I can go back in another time to spend more days over there. It is close to the Reserve, Hacienda Napoles and El Santorini Colombiano. The only thing I regret was staying there for just one night, I would've loved to stay more days.

Location was just outside the center of Doradal which was perfect to us. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The AC didn’t work well in the room, but we were offered a new room. So it was solved in a good way.

Jacuzzi tub is the same temperature as the pool, maybe that's normal here. Wifi was a little hit and miss. Overall very happy and above expectations.

- Christian (5/5): Enough for the price you pay - Is near to the Doradal Town, the staff have great attitude Is too close to the road, and the noise is annoying. Need to be careful with the extra charges, they are excessive.
- PendejoTWTD (6/5): Mixed Bag Experience - Rooms good, well equipped, easy to get to, nice pool, excellent receptionist [Jhon] who when out of his way to make us welcome, got us into rooms even though we were really early and when at the pool kept the drinks flowing. Pool area nice and clean, rooms clean. There were things that would have a British Local Authority Inspector having the place closed down for... but that's Colombia for you, it's part of the charm. Other than Jhon the rest of the staff really need to take some lessons in Customer Service Excellence, or even just a smile, making guests feel welcome rather than a burden. Breakfast was meh, evening meal an embarrassment to Colombian cuisine. Would go again but eat evening meal elsewhere.

No se quede aquí Este hotel llamado el parador del Gitano es una estafa donde tiene un pésimo servicio al cliente y aparte te roban las pertenencias , estuve hospedada con mi familia esposo u hija el día 23 al 25 del septiembre 2022 donde fui hurtada por los propios empleados que son los únicos que tienen llaves de las recámaras me robaron mis pertenencias de finito a mente no recomiendo este lugar la comida es repetitiva y no tienes elección esto es una estafa la administradora es una grosera y no tiene nunca argumento para lo que dice solo es una mala atención con los extranjeros que quiere robarles tantos en los costos que tiene el hotel , investigue antes de adquirir el servicio. Del hotel y miren los comentarios u los casos que an pasado ahí This hotel is a scam. it has terrible customer service and apart from that they steal your belongings, I was staying with my family September 23 to 25, 2022 where our stuff was stolen by the employees themselves who are the the only ones who have keys to the bedrooms they stole my belongings. There is no security or cameras so the owner says it’s your fault. I do not recommend this place at the food is terrible and you have no choice this is a scam the owner is rude and never has an argument for what she says it's just bad attention. With employees who want to steal. Be very cautious before even considering this terrible “hotel.” There’s is no security for your belongings.

- Juan Camilo (4/5): El verdadero parador del gitano - Un gitano es alguien que va por la vida y le importa todo poco. Así es este hotel, una muy mala atención por parte de la señora que lo maneja. Las personas de servicio son geniales. El parqueadero es “a su suerte” sobre la vía, y yo tuve la poca fortuna de ver google street view y no lo supe, entonces me responden groseros de allá diciendo que “ud vio las fotos que estaba al lado de la carretera y aún así reservó”. Yo entonces me disculpo por haber reservado así, la próxima prefiero reservar en el quinto infiero que volver aquí. Un saludo para tan bellos propietarios.
