For this price, this is very affordable with the facilities and amenities they provide. Such as free guarded parking, comfortable hotel room, friendly staffs, strategic location.

• Farah Adibah (1/5): - The room that was given to us was an old room with broken AC and when I called the receptionist they only told me to just keep waiting for them to find a new remote for the AC which is stupid and very rude of her because she hung up the phone on me. Then I suggested to give new room because we come from far away and was so tired only then they do that and when asked for bell boy the receptionist told us to take the hotel trolley and push it ourself once again very rude of her. The hotel facilities are very poor and the towel are old and yellow. Please don't come this hotel again.

• SITI FARIDAH (5/5): Kebersihan dlm bilik..air..tuala perlu di perbaiki lg..klau boleh stiap bilik ada siaran asto /njoi baru la tdk memb - Berdekatan dgan dobi dan servay express Kebersihan kurang memuaskan lebih2 lagi tuala mndi nmpk tidak bersih…air pun tidak bersih ..kwsan dlm bilik berhabuk…klau boleh setiap koridor sediakan penyapu untuk memudahkan tetamu membersihkan bilik masing2 tnpa menyuruh cleaner..dan beberapa kali sy mnginap d sana tv tdk berfungsi dgn baik..

• Hee (9/5): Short trip for Penang Bridge Marathon 2025. Walking distance to Komtar and easy to get food etc - Clean and new. So far ok
• chong (10/5): i went for wildlife and sight seeing. i love sandakan xD - when i first booked the room didnt expect the place to be quite far from the city area, but thats a good thing. as i keep going on to RDC and sepilok orang utan sanctuary area for the 2 day trip , saved me the hassle of going to the city. its actually in the middle between the sites and city area. parking was easy as the parking space is huge. quite alot of eateries within the hotel area. if you ever went for tang dynasty hotel its exactly the same. have wifi , water heater , water kettle. it was enjoyable. would be nice if they could provide spoon and fork or have their own cafeteria, at night i got too lazy to went out and just bought instant noodle, but there's no spoon or fork, overall, still a very good stay.

• Fazidah (6/5): One cannot expect luxurious facilities or ambiance when paying a lower price. - welcoming staff, big room The towel and comforter were stained, the air conditioner could not be controlled as the remote was not functioning, and the television reception was unclear. However, as my primary purpose was to attend a meeting, these issues did not significantly affect my overall stay.

First bilik, ada air bocor dr atas, so pindah bilik.. n pihak hotel sediakan lagi 1 bilik.. semua nya okay, masalahnya saya nampak binder clip d shower head yg sudah berkarat.. kita mandi dengan air berkarat.. rasanya mcm sudah lama tu binder clip. Sudah bg tau receptionist ttg masalah ini, cuma lupa ambil gmbr.. tp so far semuanya okay.

• Maria (6/5): - La comodidad de la cama y la amplitud del cuarto. Está cerca del aeropuerto. No tenía aire acondicionado. Me queje varias veces pero no me resolvieron el problema.

• Marvelousdc23 (3/5): Hopefully they can work on their maintenance. - The shower pressure was quite strong. The toilet seat cover was broken (unscrewed). The flush wasn't working properly (had to flush multiple times). Some of the towels were dirty. The kettle was confusing to use. I filled water inside the kettle and left it. The kettle kept on heating with no auto-off function visble and it eventually absorbed the water to the point I had to switch the kettle off myself. The television only displayed 2 channel and even they were full of static.
