• Jay RM (7/5): - The from desk staff were really kind and helpfull, housekeeping not to much I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was very disappointing. My wife and I were staying at the hotel during an important trip, so privacy and rest were especially important for us. About an hour after we checked in, a male housekeeping staff member opened the door and entered our room while we were inside. My wife was partially undressed and resting at the time, and I had to immediately get up and stop him from coming further into the room. This was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation. The following day we had arranged a late checkout at 1:00 PM. However, when we returned to the room around 12:00 PM after our appointment, housekeeping had already entered again, removed the sheets, and started clearing the room even though our checkout time had not yet passed. These incidents made what was already a stressful trip much more unpleasant. I hope the hotel can review its procedures regarding room entry and respect for guests' privacy to prevent situations like this from happening to others.

• Ilean (3/5): Insegura y molesta - A las 2:20 am un hombre me fue a abrir la puerta sin tocar y según era de seguridad supuestamente para ver si había alguien. Yo estaba sola, no descansé del miedo e inseguridad. Se supone que Booking me pidió los datos de mi tarjeta para hacer el cargo y el hotel me estuvo molestando desde que llegué con hacerme un cargo por un pago inicial y el domingo que me iba a retirar apenas amaneció ya me estaban llamando por teléfono para hacerme el cargo por lo que restaba y además fue más de lo que me marcaba la aplicación de Booking

Da la impresión de que el hotel no tiene la estructura necesaria para recibir a tantos huéspedes y el desayuno incluido en el paquete deja muchísimo que desear. Si quieres desayunar de manera decente, tienes que pagar extra. Durante los tres días que nos hospedamos, siempre encontramos mesas sucias, sin cubiertos y las máquinas de café sin reposición. Ha sido, sinceramente, el desayuno más deficiente que he visto en un hotel. Pésimo. La relación costo–beneficio es muy mala. No lo recomiendo.

• ROXANA (5/5): Es el unico hotel decente que esta cerca de los apartamentos de los estudiantes, fue conveniente - Lo unico rescatable aqui fueron las dos chicas del front desk: muy amables ambas, nos ayudaron a sacar copias cosas que nos facilito bastante y nos dieron botes de agua y habia servicio de taxi en el area cercana. Gran ayuda. los primeros dos dias no sabiamos, pero lo usamos para el utimo dia. La ubicacion TOP para quedarse la primera vez e instalar a los estudiantes en los departamentos, pero prox trip no me quedaria aqui. El desayuno era continental full americano y bien basico. (no huevo, no tortillas mexicanas, no frijoles, ) Las 5 noches de la reserva en el desayuno sirvieron exactamente lo mismo. Lo unico rescatable alli fue el queso cottage y que habia cafe disponible en todo el dia y estaba muy bueno. De alli 3 dias decidi no comer mas alli. El gimnasio tambien es tan pequeño que solo cabemos 3 personas alli. Una caminadora esta mala y demasiado pequeno, no regrese al gym.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and the rooms were not only clean but also beautifully decorated, making for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect — close enough to explore the area, yet peaceful enough to unwind at the end of the day. Overall, the Hotel provided a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay there again in the future.

• Veronica (10/5): - This was a great hotel! I’d stay here again next time. Close to everything, several coffee shops and dining options. We rented a car and the parking section was very clean and safe. The hotel quickly validated the parking as it was included in our stay. Breakfast was lite, options included toast, cereal, fruits, cottage cheese, yogurts, deli meats, cheese, and fresh juices. A few cons that I’d like to mention would be that the carpeting in the rooms surely are very dirty and when we walked in on the first day, I could see blonde hairs and specs stuck to the carpet. Unless you are in a suite with kitchenette, the other rooms do not have a refrigerator and microwave like every other hotel. Having a small child, I’d wish they’d include that in all the rooms. We couldn’t take our left overs to reheat, and we couldn’t take refrigerated snacks for our child. Overall: Great location, Safe area, and many shopping, dining, and relaxation options.

Only the check in could have been better. One line for check in another for the keys took too long. There was a big game so i guess it was busy was the problem. Definitely would stay here again. Simple rooms but comfortable and clean.
