- ROY (6/5): - Room is spacious and nice. Toilet is clean. We arrived minutes before the stated check in time but 2 rooms were not yet ready with 1 almost 4pm turned over. They said we can extend for 1 room due to not being able to turnover the rooms on time but the following day, they called that we need to check out on time. So as not to argue, we just did what was asked. Breakfast has limited choices. Front Desk staff, kinda slow to respond to concerns and taking their time despite not so much guest on queue.

Staff were all SUPER friendly which was the highlight of my stay. Bidet had a leak but after calling the front desk, a maintenance immediately came to fix it.

At 2pm, I had to wait for the room to be prepared and when I went up to my room, someone was there being assisted by the staff doing an ocular. This is not acceptable.

Take note from the Henann Garden Resort comforter. The mattress could be a bit softer as well. They should not offer breakfast in the basement of the hotel with minimal food.

- James (4/5): - near the mall My stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing due to multiple issues that affected comfort, safety, and overall experience. First, the initial room had a defective air conditioner. The airflow was weak and the cooling was far below what you would expect from a hotel. Maintenance attempted to fix it, but the issue was not resolved. Second, the room safe was also not working and would not lock. Maintenance was unable to repair it on the spot and had to replace the entire unit. Because of these issues, I requested to be transferred to another room. While the second room’s air conditioning was slightly better, it still did not provide proper hotel-level cooling and remained underwhelming. Another serious concern was the door lock in the second room. It did not properly lock when leaving the room, which is a major security issue. Maintenance took several minutes to fix it. Fortunately, I make it a habit to double-check the door before leaving. Lastly, both my companion and I experienced severe itchiness from the bedding. We are unsure whether this was caused by mites or possibly the laundry detergent used, but the discomfort has persisted even after our stay. These are honest experiences shared in the hope that management will address these issues and improve the quality and safety of their rooms.

They clean the room everyday(optional) just press the button before you leave for the day. Do not disturb or clean my room. They are trying like receptionless, techniek like japan. Self check in. But they are there 24/7. Reception don't realize. You're checking in on the lobby. You give them everything they need. And after they put you infront of a monitor so you can do there half job for them. What a pleasant welcome. The parking is free. But there is a down side. You always have to validate your f--- ing. Parking ticket on the reception. Everytime you go out. You have to tell them your plate nr. Your room nr. Everytime. There was a day I go out for 3x. My saliva is running out on that day. Anyway is free(but why do i have to work when its free). The breakfast buffet. 500php. Dont do it please. Its not worth your money. Its like that they just send somebody there to cook against there free will.

We booked 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms smells like sewage. They put a humidifier but it didn't help. They did not even offered us to move to a different room, we have to request for it. This is poor service.

Slow WIFI sometimes disconnects. Air con is uncontrollable and fan is too strong with huge noise. No supply of coffee cup or amenities such as toothbrush. Huge noise in the hotel corridor by cleaning staff. Picture taking was going on from early morning with big voice and shouts. Room wall is thin and huge noise from next room and corridor. Had to wait for check in more than two hours due to slow cleaning up of the room. Staff education is too easy and it shows the terrible results. Have commented same before many times but nothing improved. They probably didn’t take our comments serious as it is easy business to take advantage of convenient location inside mall.

- chirotech (7/5): A little more attentive to basic guest needs. - We stayed at room 414, booked 2 nights so that we can have an early checked in on Dec. 10 as our flight arrives early morning. This hotel is in a good location next to a mall, competitive room rates, lovely staff in general. We have stayed many times and booked king size rooms. They are providing environmental supplies like the dental kits and glass water bottle & refillable glass water pitcher. Thank you. We have no facial tissue upon arrival, then the following day, inform the housekeeping at around 11:30am that the room housekeeping button is not working and they agreed to help me refill coffee & tea, also toiler paper, but no one attended when we were back at 10:30pm. I have to call the recep to notify housekeeping staff, which causes unnnecesary inconveniences. Also the toilet flushing mechanism needs replacement at it did not work 3x after usage, the water gets empty as it keeps on flushing the water. So I have to fixed it manually to get the water stop draining, so that we can flush. The house keeping needs improvement in room servicing, also the bathroom fixtures and fittings. Like last time we had experienced the shower hot water did not work properly or no water to shower as it goes on & off. Needs timely maintenance to keep it in functional for hotel guest.

- Christine (4/5): Other than good location in the mall and courteous staff, renovation of hotel is long overdue. - Location A few tiles in the room were very loose and had loud popping sound when stepped on. This was highlighted to staff who said hotel was due for renovation. A part of wall paint peeling, skirting chipped off, toilet had odour. Backrest of bed looked stained. Gym was very hot, stuffy, dirty and musty, aircon not working for a while cos front desk said the parts were used for another aircon !!! Corridor had strong foul smell of preserved salted fish on one day. This was highlighted to the staff who attended to it right away. Hand towels are not provided until we asked for it. Staff said there was limited supply.

- Langt (3/5): Very disappointed and we regrettably scheduled to stay there again in 2 weeks - The room was large and the bed comfortable We had a significant problem with a large group of guests on the same floor. They were occupying many rooms in the same floor and for several hours in the evening they were shouting and running the corridor. We asked them politely to be quiet and they ignored us. We called security who did nothing. We called security again and he came up. One of the male guests of the large party physically threatened my wife with violence. They treated the hotel like their own playground. We included breakfast as part of our package and to be honest it was the worse breakfast in any hotel we have stayed. Worth a few dollars but charged a lot for it.

- Junaid (7/5): It was a good stay. - The location is very convenient and the staff took us in really well. Good job to them. Thank you. Maybe I was expecting more from the hotel since it is right beside the mall and Robinsons have a good reputation. But, most of the things inside the room look old. I think it was not being maintained really well. Overall, it was good tho, I just expected more, I think.

- Michał (8/5): - The hotel is conveniently located inside a shopping mall, so shops are right at hand without even stepping outside. The LRT station is just a 5-minute walk, making it very easy to reach the city center. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is quite limited. Apart from that, everything was perfectly fine.
