• zaras372 (4/5): Rubbish hotel - The food is cold and not very good. The rooms are run down and full of mosquitoes. The staff are unpleasant, and overall, the hotel is very poor and neglected. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Don’t come to this hotel they’re I’ll take your money and not give good service.

Dolmus into Kusadasi was very good and cheap. All in all very good value holiday. Only downside was constant digging and drilling noise from mountain side behind the hotel where there was roadworks. Not hotel's fault obviously.

The rooms was clean and plenty of storage space, the breakfast was okay but the evening meal wasn’t a good selection.

The entertainment team do a great job in making your days more enjoyable and bringing everyone together! (honorable mention to Howie from the entertainment!). The complex is beautifully maintained, with lots of greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and always smiling. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious - there is something for every taste. The beach is clean and tidy, and the animation is fun for young and old. Every night there are different shows that are a must-see. A wonderful place for a family vacation - we would definitely come back again!

They were cleaned daily with great attention to detail, and nothing was ever missing. Watching the sunset from our balcony was one of the most memorable highlights of our stay. The food was truly delicious and varied. The open buffet offered options for every taste. We particularly enjoyed the dessert section and the fresh seafood. The restaurant staff deserve special thanks for their attentiveness and quick service.The animation team and daily activities were also fantastic. We never had a dull moment — whether we joined sports activities or just relaxed by the pool. • cameronmE2281IT (10/5): Incredible entertainment team - Back in June, I had an amazing stay at Kustur Club Holiday Village and honestly can’t recommend it enough! The hotel itself is lovely – great food, beautiful surroundings, and such a nice atmosphere. But the absolute highlight for me was the entertainment team. They put in so much effort every single day to keep everyone happy and having fun, from games and activities during the day to the brilliant shows at night. I want to give a special mention to Zoe – she’s full of energy, always so friendly, and an incredible dancer in the evening shows. She really stood out and made the whole holiday even more enjoyable.
• 126sharond (8/5): The start was really annoying! - We arrived after been travelling since 6am so really tired, arrived at 8.30pm then on arrival we were asked to produce our voucher, we had never received a voucher or any correspondence regarding a voucher. The chap on reception, who spoke very little English, was very pleasant but we were going back and forth trying to understand what the voucher was for. The guy could find us on the system but still said we needed a voucher, in the end he said we must come back and speak to reception and see our TUI rep tomorrow morning, it took for ages and by which point we missed dinner and were offered a cheese sandwich instead - really not the greatest of starts or welcome we’d been expecting. The key didn’t work either. There was a quick show of the map and that was it. The room was lovely, clean and big but very noisy as we near to the amphitheater. The next morning off we went to see the TUI rep and apparently there was never a voucher needed and it was because the chap couldn’t find us on the system - rubbish he had all our details. The rep didn’t give any hotel information just tried to sell us the trips - we’d have much rather the hotel times, where to get what and all the amenities the hotel had to offer! The hotel is lovely, it is very clean and well cared for, the food is great and something for everyone, we went in September and there were some queues and very few tables at 7.30 - 8 so I couldn’t imagine what it would be like in the height of summer. The pools were gorgeous and always spotlessly clean, plenty of beds all day. We did the a la carte Italian in the restaurant overlooking the sea and it was beautiful- very windy so top tip in September take a cardi and a hair bobble to tie hair back. Very easy to get to Kusadasi which was €7 in a taxi and less than 10 mins away - we tried the Dolmus bus but never again we were squeezed in and it’s very hilly to get to town so we’re getting thrown all over - I’d much rather a taxi! There are very few English, lots from Poland, Germany and Belgium. The entertainment team are fabulous and honestly a real asset to this hotel, the balance was just right and we loved the aqua aerobics twice a day! All in all a lovely holiday just wish the little hiccup at the start didnt happen.

The animation team was amazing – they were full of energy, friendly, and kept us entertained throughout the day and evening. The shows and activities were enjoyable for both kids and adults, creating a very lively and cheerful atmosphere. The food was delicious and there was a great variety every day. The cleanliness of the entire resort was impressive. Our room was cleaned regularly, the common areas were spotless, and everything felt well-maintained. Everything is under control, secure and great staff. I also want to sent best loves and hugs to Ada Cafe staff. Melda, Öznur and Aysima. They are the best with helpful attitude, friendly behavior and smile. Keep it going.
• Clrthrn77 (8/5): A great hotel for a family holiday - We really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is great for families and has a lot to do for all ages. The food started off not great but on Day3 the quality shot up and it was very very good. Not sure what happened on the first days but they solved it. The snack bars are nice during the day. The kids club is for little ones, there wasn’t much for my 7 yr old to do there which was disappointing. A club for 6-10 yr olds would have been nice. We enjoyed the slides and the pool area is massive - even when it’s busy, there’s still lots of room to swim and play. We managed to get sun beds at all times of day and in both shady and sunny spots. The location is great and the gardens are lovely. The rooms are a bit dated but we weren’t in there long enough each day for it to matter. Everywhere us very clean with staff working all the time to keep it looking great. The entertainment is a bit repetitive but the team are lovely and enthusiastic . Special mention to Zoe who took time to talk to guests and got everyone involved in the aqua fit sessions. The kids loved her. The beach area isn’t very big but we still had a good time and the sun sets are gorgeous. I recommend the Turkish bath, I enjoyed my treatments and my daughter loved the kids bath and massage session. All in all, a solid 4.5 stars that could easily be 5 with a few changes here and there. Recommended if you want a lovely family holiday.

As previously, the food was excellent, with a (welcome) Turkish influence featuring fresh vegetables, salads, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, various grilled meats / fish and a large selection of desserts. The staff was continuously (and genuinely) friendly, attentive, and helpful. Special thanks go to Erkan at the front desk who helped navigate issues. Excellent spa and masseuses. Kids especially loved the water slides! Thank you, Kustur Club, for a relaxing and most satisfying time!

The mid day activities where fun and the staff where very friendly and welcoming especially Hawi in the entertainment team and Songul at the main bar. The comedy show and the woman vs man were very funny in the evenings. Slides were great for families.

They were definitely my highlight of this hotel. The workers were always helpful and took our wishes into consideration. Roast lamb was beautiful especially. They have a staff member on the restaurant door to meet and greet you is a nice touch! The bar staff are very welcoming and you would not wait long at the bar. 24 hour bar available too. The entertainment staff really were expectional,created a great vibe around the pool.As a family we actually took part in pool games which never usually happens!! Zoe from entertainment is a credit to the hotel,sat down and took time to speak to us at the end of her working day and was genuinely interested in having a chat. Dined in the A la Carte (Asian night)You pay €12 extra per person for this but was well worth it!Lots of food!The setting was so nice overlooking the bay and ocean. The settings for the accommodation was beautiful,we had a superior room,was totally adequate for your needs. Nora at the jewellery shop is such a nice lady. I have worked in Hotel Management for 30 years so I like to think I have a good eye for detail and this place did not fail. We 100% well be back! Only slight complaint is wi fi could be improved. • alikamilk2025 (10/5): Holiday yy - Kustur Holiday Club offers a mixed experience. The food was absolutely fantastic — fresh, tasty, and with a wide selection every day. The animation team also did a great job keeping guests entertained with fun shows and activities. However, the beach was a real disappointment. It was not well maintained, and the shoreline was full of rocks, which made swimming uncomfortable. If you’re not too focused on the beach, the rest of the resort delivers a pleasant holiday.

Unfortunately, the beach did not meet our expectations — it was poorly maintained and the sea was very rocky. On the other hand, the animation team was very energetic and entertaining, keeping us engaged with fun activities throughout the day. The food was definitely the highlight of our stay — delicious and with plenty of variety. Aside from the beach, everything else was quite good.

• 564irenac (10/5): Lovely hotel - I have been to Turkey 7 times and this is my favorite hotel. One or two storied hotel buildings are spread over a big beautiful, well maintained garden area. It was so much relaxing than staying in a big hotel building with a lift and long corridors with lots of rooms along. Food was very good and lots of choices every day. You can sit outside and look at the sunset while dinning. Recommend Nora jewelry shop in the grounds (not pushy, friendly, good advise and service). Bus stop to Kusadasi just outside the hotel and only 10 min to the centre. I have a rule of never going back to the same hotel as it is nice to experience something new. However, I might come back to this one.

• Y93VCmichaelo (4/5): Great food, but full of Fly's - Really an amazing hotel and resort. Would echo most of the positive comments here, even if they look a bit AI generated! Most of what they said is true. BUT... ONE VERY BIG PROBLEM!.. Fly's!! They are everywhere that food is served. The food is fantastic but its usually teeming with Fly's and there on everything. Never experienced this before on a Turkish holiday! It really does spoil the holiday as to be honest the food is probably the main thing you look forward too! Some food is covered which is fine, but the majority of cold items are not! We're currently on holidays here and are enjoying ourselves apart from that. But we did get food poisoning so are really left wondering if it is the Fly's. Certainly isn't helping. Some previous comments have mentioned this. Management are aware of it, but choose to turn a blind eye. Most resorts would normally have a fogger machine which sprays pesticides to control the levels of Fly's etc but not here. A real shame as apart from that it's a great place.

The entertainment team is really friendly and outgoing, always coming up with the best activities to keep the one's needing to do something occupied. Water in the pools are clear and in the perfect temperature, so the heat from the sun can be countered.

Their entertainment was excellant and so funny, i enjoyed evry might at the amphitheatre They made me feel very welcome here. The food was also good! I felt safe leaving the kids at kids club and they loved every day there. My favourite part was the turkish bath at the spa and the massage was good too. The beach was also beautiful.

• 68debrab (6/5): Relaxing holiday - We have just returned from Kuştur as a British couple we felt in the minority here and is very much focused towards German, French and Belgium visitors We found our room to be very clean and right next to the quiet pool and quiet bar which we used most of the time and were very nice and ozam who works on the quiet bar is lovely and friendly The restaurant can be busy at times and the food was ok but very repetitive and not always the warmest Check in wasn’t great I didn’t have the holiday voucher at hand and had no internet to retrieve it when asked if I could connect to internet the lady on reception stated she couldn’t let me do this until we checked in and couldn’t check me in till I showed my voucher this resulted in me needing to buy a days internet from my supplier at a cost which was quite annoying There is nothing around in the local area at all apart from a market but nowhere to have a drink at or eat out for a change from the restaurant and Kusadasi is a taxi or bus ride away and very expensive with being a cruise ship destination There are lots of flies which become very annoying and feel they need to address this in the food areas more Mosquitoes are in abundance and me and my husband are covered in bites this is not of course the hotels fault but remember to bring spray Me and my husband had a very relaxing week which is what we were looking for but probably wouldn’t return to this area
• X-blue-eyes-x (10/5): Coming back ❤️ - This was our first visit to the West side of Turkey after many Holidays to the BIG 5⭐️ All Inclusive Hotels of Antalya (Side) We booked this destination purely down to the good flight times from and returning back to the UK KUSTER CLUB HOLIDAY VILLAGE ARRIVAL It is sooo peaceful Very warm friendly welcome from reception / check-in and we were taken by golf buggy to our room which was situated near to the silent pool ROOM (Superior Room) As this was a last minute booking the only availability was a Superior Room The Superior room blocks are only two stories high set in between fern trees on a flat walking level to access pools and restaurants BEACH Yeah it’s not a long sweeping stretch of golden sand beach but it was clean POOLS We spent the whole of our holiday around the silent pool As it was the end of the season there was no sun bed wars MAIN RESTAURANT We alway ate at the main Restaurant for breakfast / lunch / dinner I’m newly diagnosed as celiac so the lack of food labelling within the restaurant was hard for me this is something that the hotel needs to address Ending off….. I am not a big fan of reviews about hotels animation teams on this site but we breathily met Jimmy and what a lovely guy See you next May KUSTER CLUB HOLIDAY VILLAGE
• Z4546WYcheryls (10/5): Brilliant holiday - After seeing a horrendous you tube video I was very apprehensive about our stay, how wrong I was, from checkin in the early hours to a lovely clean (huge) room to the fantastic food, great bar staff, excellent entertainment team I cannot recommend this place enough. So clean everywhere and location is fab. Only disappointment was the beach, very rocky and lots of seaweed but the pools made up for it. Don't let youtube put you off its great
• E3499PJandreac (10/5): Beautiful holiday - We came for 9 nights. The rooms and pool areas are spotless. The staff are very polite and attentive. The animation team are great always chatting. The food was nice especially the grill area. Room was cleaned everyday. Sarah and Jimmy are the most pleasant people I have ever seen and come over virtually every night to speak to us. There was never a big line at the bar or the food service. The beach has alot of pebbles so would recommend beach shoes.

• May (8/5): Familienhotel - Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Baby. Das Essen war teilweise super, manchmal einfach oke. Schön grüne Anlage. Gerne wieder.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice place... - It was a nice hotel. I visited this facility 20 plus years ago and I knew it was going to be rather old but expected some upgrades. The facility is clean and has very nice staff. I probably would go there again, if I need to stay in Kusadasi.
