• Tony (10/5): - Aivan ihana hotelli ja mitkä näkymät! Huone oli tilava ja lapsista oli ihanaa vielä lokakuussa käydä uimassa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Lähellä oli pieni kylä josta sai illalla hyvää pizzaa.
• Eveliina (10/5): Fantastic experience!!! - Everything was fantastic! Giuseppe, is a gem, and was so kind organizing a safe wonderful local driver to pick us up from the train station, and he also picked me up for dinner at night, and a last minute train hurdle he even drove us to Rome for a fair price. This Villa is like no other, overlooking the mountains and Mediterranean views. It feels like you’re home away from the world with nature and quietness. Breakfast was fantastic delivered to our balcony in the morning, with croissants and cappuccinos. I hope we can go back that’s how much we loved it! Pool is beautiful even though it was a little chilly since we’re in October but we still loved it. I cannot recommend this enough! 5 stars!!! It is up in the mountain with no stores around, so it’s good to come with basic snacks and immediate food and drinks. However there is a small mini bar in the room with good prices and it saved the day for us since we arrived earlier in the day. Thank you again truly!

• Alma (10/5): - This Bed & Breakfast was the best we’ve ever been to. The view was incredible, the infinity pool beautiful, and the room so clean and nicely appointed. We will definitely recommend to others. Getting to the property is a drive up a steep cliff but really with only one curve that is ok if you’re ready for it. I would recommend contacting the property to find out exactly how to get there and not just rely on GPS because you’ll lose service. But it’s absolutely worth it!

• Alex (10/5): - Super Unterkunft mit tollem Pool und schönem Blick. Wir hatten eine Suite mit eigener großer Terrasse, was sich meiner Meinung nach absolut gelohnt hat. Die Terrasse hat allerdings etwas kahl gewirkt. Ein paar Pflanzen wären schön gewesen. Das Frühstück ist italienisch, also eine Tasse Kaffee, Saft, Marmelade, Nutella und ein süßes Croissant. Man bekommt es aufs Zimmer serviert. Zum nächsten Restaurant muss man ca. 15 Minuten fahren. Die Straße ist eng und etwas abenteuerlich.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Rust en uitzicht - Alleen al voor het zwembad wil je hier verblijven. Schone, grote kamer, prachtige tuin met dito uitzicht. Alleen maar natuur om je heen. Op 5-10 minuten rijden het dorp, waar je wat winkels, bars en restaurants vindt. Vriendelijk personeel, dat 's morgens een eenvoudig ontbijtje komt brengen. Minpuntjes: er is geen bar of restaurant dus je moet zelf eten en drinken meebrengen. Er is geen koelkast, alleen een klein minibarretje. En het is wel érg afgelegen. Het hotel ligt aan het eind van een doodlopend weggetje waar je niet graag een tegenligger tegenkomt of 's avonds in het donker rijdt.
• Olof (8/5): - Ligger väldigt vackert med fina rum. Ägaren talar bara Italienska men är duktig på Google translate. Det finns en utmärkt pool men jag begriper inte varför den inte får användas efter 18.30??? Om man anländer lite senare på eftermiddagen är det ju poolen man längtar efter.
• Manfred (10/5): what an amazing place.... - what a great place tinged away in the hills near Gate, the road is a bit of an adventure but after driving it several times during our stay it got less scary, and not any more scary than driving in Italy in general.... :-) it is a great place to explore the local surroundings like Gaeta, Formia and Sperlonga (one of Italy's 30 most beautiful cities) and its beaches... The hotel is fabulous, we got of the roof top rooms with private terrace, which I highly recommend, the pool was nice (a bit chilly the first days as it had rained the days/weeks before, but warmed up quickly in the three days we stayed there... a fantastic place overlooking the ocean in the distance, tugged away in the hills......

• Sebastian (10/5): Unsere Erwartungen wurde übertroffen! - Absolut genialer Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt und die Zeit an dem Pool zu verbringen, macht viel Freude. Der Inhaber ist wahnsinnig freundlich, die Zimmer groß und sauber und das Frühstück aufs Zimmer sehr angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Villa degli Ulivi uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

• Guy (10/5): Un joyau hors des sentiers battus - Trouver cet établissement peut sembler un exploit (!) mais, tel un joyau, la découvert en vaut vraiment la peine. Accueil chaleureux des hôtes, établissement impeccable et emplacement fabuleux face aux montagnes. La piscine est un atout supplémentaire et spectaculaire. Si vous revenez de la Côte amalfitaine et désirez vous reposer à mi-chemin sur le retour, cet établissement est idéal. Et vous pouvez y séjourner le temps de visiter Sperlonga et Gaeta! Fortement recommandé - nous y ferons certainement un détour lors de notre prochain passage en Italie !
• PeterA (8/5): - This was a very clean and well maintained property. The pool is beautiful and the yard is very nice with olive trees and lavender gardens. We stayed in one of the Deluxe Suites and it had a nice queen bed, private covered patio with double screen doors and was very clean and modern. There are 11 rooms at this hotel. The yard and view overlooking the valley toward the sea was beautiful. It faces SW so we got sun all day and there were plenty of loungers to enjoy the pool. It’s a little remote but that’s what we like. It was well-signed and a pretty drive through olive groves to get there. The hosts were awesome and very friendly. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I recommend the Il Miserablis restaurant in nearby Itri for dinner for a local, hip menu. We both thought the breakfast could use a little more variety (fruit, some sort of eggs), but what we did have was very tasty. Including the cappuccinos. And the breakfast room is very nice... classic Italian country view.

• Kelly (10/5): Hidden hills getaway - The view from the B and B was absolutely amazing. The drive to and from is beautiful but not for the faint hearted. The breakfast was very nice and served by the pool. Would definitely come again for some rest and relaxation. So peaceful.
• Emile (10/5): - Jättefint hotell. Trevligt mottagande och rummet var i väldigt fint skick. Superfin infinitypool med utsikt över havet. Allt runtomkring (gräsmatta, häckar, rabatter) var välunderhållna. Frukosten serverades på uteplatsen utanför rummet, vilket var väldigt trevligt. Dock var den lite ”tunn”, innehöll inte så många val.

• A (6/5): - Did not stay at this property as upon arrival at destination, it was way too far from where we wanted to be and the room was cold. We visited this area May and apparently the heating system was off.
• Lynne (10/5): Wonderful remote accommodations - This place was incredible! The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating and could not have been nicer. The setting is unbelievable and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a remote special place to stay.

• Trine (10/5): Rolig, idyllisk hotell - Etter noen dager i Roma var det godt å komme til dette flotte, idylliske hotellet med et fantastisk basseng og hage. Frokost servert på verandaen om morgenen var luksus. Gode senger, rent og fint.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Fantastiskt boende & värdar, men lite "off"! - Boendet är helt suveränt, med fin pool, välutrustade rum och ett fantastiska värdar. Pga läget uppe i bergen med dåliga vägar och ingen belysning, gick det tyvärr inte att gå in till Itri som vi trott - utan bilen är ett måste vad man än ska göra. Inga matbutiker eller restauranger finns i närheten och inget mer än frukost serveras på hotellet. Det blev mycket tapas på terrassen på kvällarna, för att slippa köra varje kväll...men utsikten är magnifik.

• Michelle (10/5): Wonderful Bed and Breakfast! - My husband and I made Irti one of our stops during our Italy vacation. My husband's father was born and raised in Itri and he had never been to the area. Itri is a wonderful little town and this bed and breakfast was wonderful! We had wonderful views from our room of the countryside and we could see the coast as well! In addition, our room was extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished. Last of all, Giuseppe was extremely helpful and was a gracious host. He doesn't speak any English but there was other staff who did and we were able to communicate. We also visited Gaeta, which is a neighboring town and is right on the coast and is beautiful town. We spent one of our days there and it happened to be International Labor Day and there was a festival in old town that we participated in. I enjoyed being somewhere that there wasn't a lot of tourist and I felt like we were able to get a real feel of Italy during the two days here.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely family-run accomodation w/ personal touches - My husband and I booked our stay here for the 2nd leg of our honeymoon to visit his family in Itri for a few days. Disclaimer: unfortunately, we didn't end up staying as we accepted a room to stay near family. However, we did go up twice to the hotel where the owner, Giuseppe, greeted us and had set up their beautiful and comfortable suite with a private balcony overlooking the valley, sea & mountains. Giuseppe was heartbroken we weren't able to stay & truly expressed how happy it would make him to show us around the hotel & let him take care of us during our stay. He truly enjoys what he does and takes pride in his business which is beautiful to see and very representative of the people who live in and around this area. When we stopped by on the morning of our last day to say goodbye before we headed out to Sorrento, we had a coffee at Giuseppe's bar in the intimate & comfortable breakfast area where he had brought fresh pastries, looking out to the sea and mountains. We would absolutely recommend a stay here if your looking for some peace & quiet with a beautiful view. My only piece of advice would be to prepare yourself for the drive up the mountain to get to this beautiful view, if you're not used to the area. :)
• Sirwa (10/5): Avkoppling och underbar utsikt - 5 dagar spenderades på detta underbara B&B. Vi fick ett underbart rum lite avskilt från de andra med egen altan och ett fikonträd! Frukosten bestog av croissant, sylt, nutella och kaffe. Alltså inget man blev mätt på så vi hade köpt lite frukt och matigare bröd nere vid ett supermarket i Itri. Anläggningen i sig höll toppklass. Suverän pool, härlig miljö och total tystnad. Vi gjorde en del aktiviteter runt om Itri och kopplade sen av på eftermiddagarna vid poolen. Det finns även gott om bra restauranger i Itri och strax utanför. Giuseppe som är ägare till anläggningen kunde även rekommendera några bra restauranger. Ta hjälp av TripAdvisor så kan ni hitta många bra aktiviteter samt restauranger i närheten. Ett annat stort plus var att deras wifi hade grym täckning. Ett tips. Lär er grundläggande fraser i italienska eller franska innan ni åker hit då ägaren inte kan så mycket engelska. Däremot är hans dotter som jobbar där ibland bra på engelska.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Posizione scomoda - Il giudizio finale è influenzato dalla posizione troppo scomoda del B&B. Perché la struttura è bella, curata e recente. Solamente che per arrivarci si deve percorrere delle stradine ripide e tortuose per almeno 15 minuti. Può andare bene per raggiungere Itri ma no Gaeta e Sperlonga. La spiaggia più vicina è quella di Sant'Agostino che dista più di 20 minuti di strade di campagna, con buche e rovi su dirupi senza protezione! Lo consiglio per chi vuole stare sulle colline ma non per chi ha voglia di andare al mare perché è davvero stressante fare quelle strade per raggiungere Gaeta o le spiagge per quattro volte al giorno. Buona la colazione anche se troppo limitato l'orario (dalle 8,30 alle 9,15). Ps la rete cellulare è completamente assente ma è presente wi fai in camera
• Pasquale (10/5): due giorni di relax - Abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario, Sig.Giuseppe, dai modi garbati ed estremamente gentili. La dependance in cui eravamo alloggiati è molto graziosa. La piscina, presenta una vista meravigliosa.

Eravamo nella camera con balcone, stupendo mai visto un cielo così in Italia, la prossima volta mi porto anche il telescopio!Itri ed il suo castello valgono la prema di essere visti.
