• Morales (5/5): Es bueno pero con el mismo precio se podría encontrar algo con mejores instalaciones - La alberca muy bien, limpia y a temperatura ambiente, estaría muy bien que pudieran colocar una sombra para la mitad de la alberca. lo mejor fue la alberca. El hotel en general ya se ve un lugar viejo, con poco mantenimiento. el primer día no nos pudieron dar cobijas para las tres camas ya que no tenían suficientes, las camas hacían mucho ruido, los colchones o la base de la cama en cuanto te acostabas rechinaba muy feo. las toallas ya estaban muy percudidas. El personal siempre muy amables dando el máximo en lo que estuvo en sus manos

• Garcia (5/5): Mala experiencia - La ubicación Estaba sucia la habitación, la pantalla no funcionaba en canales de tv de cable me justificaron diciendo que estaban cambiando el cable normal por fibra óptica, el personal en recepción no estaba cuando se le ocupaba, los vecinos son un grupo de niños muy ruidosos en fin todo mal, lo bueno es que solo lo usamos para dormir

• Renee (5/5): Although we were disappointed in a few things, we’ll stay again cuz the price & location were great. - The location was great. Really quiet, really cute complex. With a little update it’d be great. We will stay again. Unfortunately our room smelled so bad! The main room spelled like mold, we had to buy some incense for our stay, the bathroom smelled like sewer. NO CLOSET! And although it had a kitchen it was just for looks, the sink was not plumbed & the stove was not hooked up, the unit was literally just there not functioning. A microwave would have a least been nice.

• Olimpia (5/5): - Staff were lovely. We stayed twice during our visit in Mexico - the first room was subpar, the 2nd stay was much better. Still, the flooring outside the room was broken, and we tripped occasionally getting into the room. Not the staff's fault - though the hotel could use a bit of a revamp

We booked during peak season - which resulted in us getting a room which potentially is typically not offered or available to guests. The beds were mattresses on concrete slabs, the bathroom smelled of septic / sewage, and the aircon did not work.

• Ivan (8/5): Un buen lugar para llegar a descansar. - La ubicación esta muy centrica, por ejemplo esta a 2 cuadras de la Marina, que es donde salen los tours a los arcos y playas muy cercanas. La alberca un poco sucia, la primera habitación no enfriaba el aire acondicionado, pero la recepcionista muy amable nos cambió de habitación. Habitaciones muy pequeñas.

Hotel muy viejo, los aires acondiconados ya viejos y funcionan con poca potencia, no hay jabones o shampoo de cortesia, las puertas rotas, te recepcionan terriblemante con tonos amenazadores.... el trato del personal muy malo, amenazandote desde que llegas con cobros por todo, muy desagradable la forma de como te recepcionan, ya despues el trato fue mejorando por parte del personal.

• Stephen (4/5): If you want to save money in a hotel room - The place is close to the marina and restaurants , that’s the biggest plus , besides they do clean the room each day . But the door wouldn’t close right , doesn’t have a safe and anybody could have broke into our rooms . The lies on the outside of the building feel like they are lifting up from the ground . Be careful ! The shower leaked for four days in a row, thankfully it was fixed by the fifth day when they noticed the towels on the floor . There is no hair dryer , shampoo or conditioner, just body gel and a small fridge that worked well. There is also no coffee pot or any place that make it but you can buy it in a place to the left that make espresso coffee . The drawers were not functional, we kept them closed by using a big water bottle to push them in , there isn’t also a place to hung clothes just some bars across the room where you can hung your hats . The swimming pool was crowded by furniture without pillows or towels , you couldn’t walk around but the water looked clean . The WiFi is worthless unless you go to their little office and use their private WiFi . The employees are all very nice people , and right next to this place there is another hotel called the Siesta Suites Boutique Hotel which is home to a great Italian restaurant called Salvatore’s and the Terrace Bar . You should visit it ! Excellent views, strong margaritas , great bartender , and horrible attitude from the manager ( curly, long hair he is specially rude with customers )

Lack of microwave or a coffee maker (they need to add this). I stayed in room 312 - the bathroom smells like a sewer every time I open it to use it. This is Bad!!! More than Michael Jackson bad. They need to fix this. I’m just going end my review here.

And she said I should have told her, but I said I told the night mngr and I was fishing all day every day so that should have been enough to get it fixed. She argued profusely with me so I said well you are going to get a terrible review so here it is, Also the whole room stunk very badly, it is the stinkiest hotel I have ever sprayed in, & I have been a world traveler for over 50 years. So I will never stay there again, especially with the attitude of the day lady mngr. They should know there is no hot water when they clean the room, oh yes, maybe they don’t use hot water when they clean!! Dave

The location was great, near to the dive shop I was meeting my group, and Cabo Wabo was a short walk away. It was a great budget place for a quick overnight stay before I boarded my liveaboard dive boat. There was no cover on the bed, just sheets. When I got cold, I covered myself with the extra pillows. There was no breakfast or restaurant on the property. The pool was small and looked unclean. There was no hair dryer in the room or at front desk, and no shampoo/conditioner provided.

• Sufia (3/5): Cost-effective but uncomfortable. - The staff was helpful and responsive. They rectified situations that arose when we went to them. The location was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. The wifi worked very sporadically and was not consistent. The air conditioner did not throw out cold air. It was more of a fan. It also malfunctioned in the middle of the night and started throwing ice cubes and leaking water on us. They changed us to a different room after that, since the bed was wet, but the new room smelled very musty and moldy. The shower leaked and made a puddle throughout the bathroom. The room also had ants. Lastly, the beds were small and uncomfortable.
