• Attimera (3/5): Sinceramente no volvería. - Lo único que estuvo bien fue el precio. El complejo no estaba muy cuidado, la zona de la piscina menos, dentro habían miles de cucarachas, los dos días que nos quedamos dos días nos gozamos una pelea fuerte al lado. Por dentro me parece bastante viejo.

• Ana (4/5): - Las vistas Estaba todo muy dejado, grietas, las paredes del apartamento sucias hasta de no haber pintado en mucho tiempo.. las hamacas de la piscina rotas, la piscina necesita mas limpieza. Ponia en las normas que la limpiadora hacia el cambio y limpieza cada 3 dias y en 7 dias no apareció nadie..

• Yassira (8/5): - La tranquilidad, ya que había poca gente, las vistas increíbles y lo agusto que nos sentimos, estábamos como en casa. Una zona tranquila y a la vez con mucho ambiente cerca, super familiar , nos encantó todo.. si le sacan partido a esto y se lo trabajan sería un alojamiento de 10!☺️ Un poco sucia la piscina sobre todo la pequeña, y el parque yo recomendaría tenerlo un poco más al día ya que está un poco sucio y no te puedes ni sentar en los bancos y parece que va a caerse , actualizar un poco el tema del menaje de la cocina pero a pesar de esto nos sentimos súper cómodos!

• Juan (1/5): No lo recomiendo a nadie - Las limpiadoras que estaban explotadas y hasta pena daba decirles nada del apartamento. Estaba sucio, cambian las toallas al cuarto día, todo roto, con cosas de otros clientes, las sábanas daban pena, la losa de la cocina con manchas de tomate y un largo etc,la piscina sucia con bichos sin mantenimiento, las hamacas rotas . Una pena de verdad por mis niños porque no pudieron ni meterse en la piscina.

• Miriam (3/5): Muy descuidados y anticuados - La verdad estaba limpio el apartamento pero no nos gustó prácticamente nada, mobiliario muy viejo instalaciones en mal estado los baños de la piscina sucios hamacas en mal estado ,nos robaron las toallas de la piscina ,en resumen no es para pagar más de 30e la noche ,muy caro para como están son horrorosos por dentro nesecitan una reforma por ese precio he cogido otro sitios mucho mejores sin lujos obviamente pero al entrar es como entrar en la serie cuéntame un saludo

• Marlene (1/5): Vergonzoso - Al llegar al alojamiento que teníamos dos apartamentos pagados, estaban llenos de cucarachas vivas por todos lados , llamamos al responsable y no nos dió ninguna solución, teniendo que poner quejas y llamando a Booking para ver si conseguimos que nos devuelvan el dinero que hemos perdido porque obviamente no nos quedamos allí y tuvimos que pagar otro establecimiento para podernos quedar , dado que íbamos con tres menores , vergonzoso.

I found all the staff very nice and friendly. The room itself had a few issues and needs some maintenance/upgrading. A few things were broken.

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, można poczuć się jak w domu. Polecam każdemu który ceni sobie komfort oraz przystępna cenę. Z czystym sumieniem polecam.

• Christer (7/5): Trevligt men rätt långt från centrum - Trevlig lägenhet men lite sliten! Behöver uppdateras! Lungt och rätt stor balkong med sol till kl 16. Stor pool men vattnet kunde vara lite varmare. Läget upp på Europatoppen är rätt långt från byn

• Daura Peña Abrante (1/5): - En primer lugar eso de tener q llamar a un numero para que te den las llaves y que el personal de alli ni siquieran sepan como va el tema es patetico. En segundo lugar, las instalaciones y apartamentos descuidados y sucios. El pasillo donde nos alojamos tenia escalones rotos y pasillo sucio con trastos viejos y enfrente del apartamento ponian cosas viejas ( una maleta rota y sucia y un ventilador). En tercer lugar el apartamento apestaba a tabaco estaba sucio y las vistas del balcon a escombros. Lo mas asombroso esque el trabajo de la limpiadora muy por debajo de su profesion dado que la ultima noche se m cayo un coletero y movi el sillon y habia un condon usado que llevaba tiempo alli, q lastima que lo vi la ultima noche porque sino hubiera puesto una reclamacion y reembolso ( llega a ser un niño quien lo encuentra y echarselo a la boca y hubiera sido un problema, hay que rerevisar señores antes de alquiler) Cuarto para lo poca calidad y varias razones el precio demasiado excesivo para lo que ofreceis y por todas las malas reseñas que teneis que hubiera tenido que leer antes. Quinto y no menos importante, eso de tener camaras dentro de un apartamento es cohibicion,uno va a descansar y desconectar y no tener que estar sintiendose observado. Cosa que deberian de informar,porque nosotros la tapamos con una toalla para poder tener intimidad y sentirnos relajados.

• Jonean (7/5): Nice stay, but horrific check in process. - The location was fab, the price was fantastic. The property was nice with everything we needed. The check in process was absolutely horrific!!!! What makes it worse is the people round the area, explained this happens all the time. I cannot understand why the management run the check in process like this. We were told to call on arrival to get a code for the key box. However, no-one was answering. This was so stressful. We were tired after travelling, kids were upset, and we couldn’t get anyone to help. The number on the front door was not correct. I had to try find WiFi to check my booking.com emails for another number and no one was answering. Eventually someone returned my calls and gave me the pin. This could’ve all been avoided if this information was given prior to arriving. Even the morning of. I don’t understand why they leave for you to arrive and then ask you to call them. I read previous reviews but didn’t think we would fall under this situation and here we were. Everything else was great. But the stress of the check in process really needs addressed as it’s not fair.
• barbro (8/5): Lite slitet men rent och charmigt. - Läget uppe på berget med vidunderlig utsikt. Poolområdet lugnt och tyst och fin pool. Rent och fint. Slitet rum-behövs en renovering. Även solstolar och parasoller behövde bytas ut. Saknade en bemannad reception. Har bott flera gånger på Monteparaiso och då kunde man nyttja receptionen på närliggande Riosol. Tydligen ny ägare Riosol och personalen i deras resorption var mycket otrevliga mot oss . Har också tidigare bott på Riosol men jag kommer aldrig mer att boka rum på det Hotellet. Föredrar Minteparaiso.

I wasn't told I needed to put 00 on the beginning of number to call. We are not mind readers. You must give more information and let people know before arrival, be clear about it. I was standing outside for at least an hour, I had to email to ask how to access the box as I couldn't get through on phone. After a tiring journey this is not acceptable.
